本发明涉及纺织品后整理技术领域,更具体的涉及一种薄荷冰感硅油复合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人民生活水平逐渐提高,人们对纺织品尤其是针织物的手感要求越来越高。现在,人们对针织面料除了软度和滑度的要求外,还要求其具有冰凉感。黄武欢等在棉用亲水冰感整理剂TF-4689的论文中公开了一种以端氨基聚醚、端环氧基聚醚硅油和硫酸二甲酯为原料,异丙醇为溶剂,在80~85℃下两步法反应10~12h,制得季铵盐改性三元嵌段硅油TF-4689的方法。该方法制得的亲水冰感整理剂TF-4689具有很好的离心稳定性,耐热、耐碱和耐盐稳定性,能赋予棉织物冰感手感。
然而织物具有冰感仅是一种触觉感受,倘若加入味觉效果,则能更进一步提高人们的体验度,触觉与味觉共同作用下,会让人无比舒畅。其中加入香料是提高味觉效果的一种方式,如薄荷香料,但薄荷香料属于油性物,其与硅油体系不容易混合乳化,如果是在原有的冰感硅油中直接加入香料,那么即使后续再补加乳化剂也是非常难将其乳化均匀和稳定的,乳液透明度也很差,即使勉强加入最终香料会在体系中慢慢分离出来,味觉无法持久,这是当下急需解决的技术难题。

本发明的目的在于提供一种薄荷冰感硅油复合物,借助该薄荷冰感硅油复合物对织物进行后整理,使得织物柔软且手感优良,尤其是既能给人冰凉感还能给人清香感,且清香感持久,让人清爽,大大地提高了用户的体验度。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种薄荷冰感硅油复合物的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种薄荷冰感硅油复合物,制备原料包括聚醚改性硅油、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、薄荷香料、非离子乳化剂、长链季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂、阳离子乳化剂、脂肪酰胺、固化剂和水,长链季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂的碳链个数为14-18,非离子乳化剂选自含12-15个碳链及2-5个环氧乙烷的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
在本申请薄荷冰感硅油复合物技术方案中,采用聚醚改性硅油,亲水性增加,能使织物柔软且吸湿性良好;借助异构醇聚氧乙烯醚对聚醚改性硅油进行乳化;薄荷香料不仅提供冰感且能提供清香感;非离子乳化剂中采用2-5个环氧乙烷,使其更有利于与薄荷香料相容;采用长链季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂以实现慢溶、增稠的目的,更有利于对薄荷香料相容;阳离子乳化剂一端亲水,其另一端能促进薄荷香料的乳化;脂肪酰胺的引入进一步促进薄荷香料在体系中相容。总之,通过非离子乳化剂、长链季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂、阳离子乳化剂、脂肪酰胺复配很好的将薄荷香料溶于乳化后的聚醚改性硅油中,以实现该薄荷冰感硅油复合物既能给人冰凉感还能给人清香感,同时还引入固化剂,可对各分子进行包覆,使其香味不易挥发,实现清香持久。
较佳地,所述聚醚改性硅油的分子量为8000-10000。
较佳地,所述异构醇聚氧乙烯醚选自异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构十一醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚中的至少一种。
较佳地,非离子乳化剂选自十二醇聚氧乙烯醚且含2个环氧乙烷(简称C12E2),十二醇聚氧乙烯醚且含3个环氧乙烷(简称C12E3),十二醇聚氧乙烯醚且含4个环氧乙烷(简称C12E4),十二醇聚氧乙烯醚且含5个环氧乙烷(简称C12E5),十三醇聚氧乙烯醚且含3个环氧乙烷(简称C13E3),十五醇聚氧乙烯醚且含3个环氧乙烷(简称C15E3)中的至少一种。
较佳地,所述长链季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂选自十八烷基三甲基溴化铵、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、十四烷基三甲基溴化铵、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵、双十六烷基二甲基氯化铵、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵、十四烷基三甲基氯化铵、十四烷基二甲基吡啶溴化铵中的至少一种。
较佳地,所述阳离子乳化剂选自苯扎溴铵或苯扎氯铵。
较佳地,所述固化剂选自聚氨酯类固化剂、苯乙酸类固化剂,比如但不限于固化剂JX-516(江兴实业)、固化剂JX-615H(江兴实业)。
较佳地,制备原料包括10-40份聚醚改性硅油、5-15份异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、1-10份薄荷香料、1-20份非离子乳化剂、1-20份长链季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂、1-20份阳离子乳化剂、1-10份脂肪酰胺、0.5-5份固化剂和10-50份水。其中,聚醚改性硅油的含量可为但不限于10份、15份、20份、25份、30份、35份、40份;异构醇聚氧乙烯醚的含量可为但不限于5份、10份、15份;薄荷香料的含量可为但不限于1份、2份、3份、4份、5份、6份、7份、8份、9份、10份;非离子乳化剂的含量可为但不限于1份、3份、5份、10份、15份、20份;长链季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂的含量可为但不限于1份、3份、5份、10份、15份、20份;阳离子乳化剂的含量可为但不限于1份、3份、5份、10份、15份、20份;脂肪酰胺的含量可为但不限于1份、2份、3份、4份、5份、6份、7份、8份、9份、10份;固化剂的含量可为但不限于0.5份、1份、2份、3份、4份、5份;水的含量可为但不限于10份、15份、20份、25份、30份、35份、40份、45份、50份。
相应地,本发明还提供一种薄荷冰感硅油复合物的制备方法,包括步骤:
采用异构醇聚氧乙烯醚乳化聚醚改性硅油,得到混合物A;
采用水将长链季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂和脂肪酰胺进行溶解,得到分散体;
采用分散体、阳离子乳化剂和非离子乳化剂对薄荷香料进行乳化,得到混合物B;
将混合物A和混合物B搅拌均匀得到半成品;
将固化剂与半成品搅拌均匀制得薄荷冰感硅油复合物。
较佳地,聚醚胺和端环氧基聚醚在溶剂的条件下聚合生成聚醚改性硅油,
其中,聚醚胺选自ED900、ED1200、EA1200。
具体实施方式
以下实施例旨在说明本发明内容,而不是限制本发明的权利要求的保护范围。
实施例1
一种薄荷冰感硅油复合物,制备原料包括20份分子量为8000的聚醚改性硅油、5份异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、2份薄荷香料、10份C12E5、5份十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、5份苯扎溴铵、2份脂肪酰胺、1份固化剂JX-516和50份水。
该薄荷冰感硅油复合物的制备方法如下:
(1)制备聚醚改性硅油:以聚醚胺ED900和端环氧基聚醚为材料,在异丙醇为溶剂的条件下聚合生成聚醚改性硅油,控制其分子量为8000;
(2)采用异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚乳化聚醚改性硅油,得到混合物A;
(3)采用水将十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和脂肪酰胺进行溶解,得到分散体;
(4)采用分散体、苯扎溴铵和C12E5对薄荷香料进行乳化,得到混合物B;
(5)将混合物A和混合物B搅拌均匀得到半成品;
(6)将固化剂JX-516与半成品搅拌均匀制得薄荷冰感硅油复合物。
实施例2
一种薄荷冰感硅油复合物,制备原料包括30份分子量为10000的聚醚改性硅油、10份异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、5份薄荷香料、5份C12E3、10份十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、10份苯扎氯铵、6份脂肪酰胺、2份固化剂JX-615H和40份水。
该薄荷冰感硅油复合物的制备方法与实施例1相同,不同在于该实施例中聚醚胺选自ED1200,在此不详细阐述。
实施例3
一种薄荷冰感硅油复合物,制备原料包括10份分子量为9000的聚醚改性硅油、10份异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、10份薄荷香料、15份C12E3、5份十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、5份苯扎氯铵、10份脂肪酰胺、5份固化剂JX-516和50份水。
该薄荷冰感硅油复合物的制备方法与实施例1相同,不同在于该实施例中聚醚胺选自EA1200,在此不详细阐述。
对比例1
对比例1中薄荷冰感硅油复合物的制备原料与实施例1基本相同,不同在于对比例1中不含固化剂,而实施例1含有固化剂。
其薄荷冰感硅油复合物的制备方法与实施例1相同,在此不详细阐述。
对比例2
对比例2中薄荷冰感硅油复合物的制备原料与实施例1基本相同,不同在于对比例2中不含C12E5,而实施例1含有C12E5。
其薄荷冰感硅油复合物的制备方法与实施例1相同,在此不详细阐述。
对比例3
对比例3中薄荷冰感硅油复合物的制备原料与实施例1基本相同,不同在于对比例3中不含十六烷基三甲基溴化铵,而实施例1含有十六烷基三甲基溴化铵。
其薄荷冰感硅油复合物的制备方法与实施例1相同,在此不详细阐述。
对比例4
对比例4中薄荷冰感硅油复合物的制备原料与实施例1基本相同,不同在于对比例4中不含苯扎溴铵,而实施例1含有苯扎溴铵。
其薄荷冰感硅油复合物的制备方法与实施例1相同,在此不详细阐述。
对比例5
对比例5中薄荷冰感硅油复合物的制备原料与实施例1基本相同,不同在于对比例5中不含脂肪酰胺,而实施例1含有脂肪酰胺。
其薄荷冰感硅油复合物的制备方法与实施例1相同,在此不详细阐述。
对实施例1~3和对比例1-5制得的薄荷冰感硅油复合物进行性能测试和应用测试,结果见表1。
性能测试项目和方法有:
稳定性:在室温条件下,静置10天、30天、90天,观察其是否分层;
水溶性:将其溶于水中,观察其分散均匀的时间。
应用测试项目和方法有:
将薄荷冰感硅油复合物配成水溶液对锦纶纤维织物进行后整理,并进行手感测试和香味持久性测试:
手感测性:采用实物手感评定法,以5个具有行业素养的人员组成一个专业小组评估织物手感。通过多人手感测评,100分制,取平均值,分值越大越柔软,手感越好。
香味持久性测试:鼻子闻香,记录香味残留时间。
表1试验测试结果
从实施例1~3和对比例1~5的测试结果可知,通过本申请的薄荷冰感硅油复合物对织物进行后整理,该织物产品不仅手感优良,且给人冰凉感及清香感,且清香感持久,让人清爽,既满足触觉又满足味觉,大大地提高了用户的体验度。
从实施例1与对比例1的比较可知,当技术方案中无固化剂时,香味残留时间大大降低。
从实施例1与对比例2-5的比较可知,通过非离子乳化剂、长链季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂、阳离子乳化剂、脂肪酰胺复配可以实现产品的最优性能,当缺少其中一种时,稳定性和水溶性均有所下降。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明做任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何所属技术领域中具有通常知识者,在不脱离本发明技术方案的范围内,当可利用上述揭示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。
Claims (6)
1.一种薄荷冰感硅油复合物,其特征在于,制备原料包括10-40份聚醚改性硅油、5-15份异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、1-10份薄荷香料、1-20份非离子乳化剂、1-20份长链季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂、1-20份阳离子乳化剂、1-10份脂肪酰胺、0.5-5份固化剂和10-50份水;
所述长链季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂的碳链个数为14-18;
所述非离子乳化剂选自含12-15个碳链及2-5个环氧乙烷的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚;
所述阳离子乳化剂选自苯扎溴铵或苯扎氯铵;
所述固化剂选自聚氨酯类固化剂或苯乙酸类固化剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的薄荷冰感硅油复合物,其特征在于,所述聚醚改性硅油的分子量为8000-10000。
3.如权利要求1所述的薄荷冰感硅油复合物,其特征在于,所述异构醇聚氧乙烯醚选自异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构十一醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚中的至少一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的薄荷冰感硅油复合物,其特征在于,所述非离子乳化剂选自十二醇聚氧乙烯醚且含2个环氧乙烷、十二醇聚氧乙烯醚且含3个环氧乙烷、十二醇聚氧乙烯醚且含4个环氧乙烷、十二醇聚氧乙烯醚且含5个环氧乙烷、十三醇聚氧乙烯醚且含3个环氧乙烷、十五醇聚氧乙烯醚且含3个环氧乙烷中的至少一种。
5.如权利要求1所述的薄荷冰感硅油复合物,其特征在于,所述长链季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂选自十八烷基三甲基溴化铵、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、十四烷基三甲基溴化铵、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵、双十六烷基二甲基氯化铵、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵、十四烷基三甲基氯化铵、十四烷基二甲基吡啶溴化铵中的至少一种。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任一项所述的薄荷冰感硅油复合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
采用异构醇聚氧乙烯醚乳化聚醚改性硅油,得到混合物A;
采用水将长链季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂和脂肪酰胺进行溶解,得到分散体;
采用分散体、阳离子乳化剂和非离子乳化剂对薄荷香料进行乳化,得到混合物B;
将混合物A和混合物B搅拌均匀得到半成品;
将固化剂与半成品搅拌均匀制得薄荷冰感硅油复合物。
