s1, processing the mulberry branches and the tamarix chinensis branches: sawing the required mulberry branches and Chinese tamarisk branches into mulberry branch segments and Chinese tamarisk branch segments with the length of 15-20cm and the diameter of 5-7cm, removing 40-50% of the epidermis at intervals, and air-drying for later use;
s2, building a planting shed: selecting a position close to a water source to build a phellinus igniarius planting shed, and excavating a planting foundation pit in a planting field;
s3, preparing a cultivation material: firstly, uniformly stirring the mulberry branch sawdust, the bran, the corn flour, the bean cedar, the gypsum powder and the bagasse, wherein the water content of a culture material is 55-65%, bagging the materials by using a bagging machine after the materials are stirred, and placing the materials into a sterile room for inoculation after sterilization and cooling;
s4, culture bag: soaking the broadleaf tree sections sawed in the step S1 with water, putting the broadleaf tree sections into the fungus bags in the step S3 for culture after soaking, putting the culture bags into a culture room with constant temperature of 25 ℃ for spawn running treatment until the surfaces of the peeled mulberry branch sections and the tamarix chinensis branch sections are full of phellinus igniarius mycelia;
s5, cultivation management I: keeping the temperature in the culture chamber at 22-28 ℃ during spawn running of the culture bags in the culture chamber in the step S4, keeping the relative humidity of air, and turning over the culture bags one time up and down at regular intervals;
s6, cultivation management II: when the mycelium in the step S5 is full 2/3, the fungus bags are cut, moved into the cultivation grooves of the cultivation shed in the step S1, and the surfaces of the fungus bags are covered with heat preservation films;
s7, cultivation management III: performing water spraying treatment on Phellinus linteus mycelium in the cultivation tank in step S6, and performing illumination treatment when Phellinus linteus fruiting body grows out;
s8, harvesting management: stopping water spraying treatment one week before the phellinus igniarius is matured and harvested in the step S7, and after the phellinus igniarius pileus turns yellow brown from light yellow, turning the pileus into leather, and starting picking operation;
s9, post management: and step S8, after the phellinus igniarius is harvested, old fungus skin at the opening part of the material bag is removed, the culture bag is arranged in the shed again, and the humidity and the temperature in the shed are increased, so that the fruit bodies continue to grow on the stipe.
