本发明公开了一种具有改善肠道功能的刺梨健康养生产品方法,本发明主要包括备果、提取、备料、配料、冻干和包装等工艺步骤,将刺梨提取刺梨三萜提取物,加入小麦胚芽、玉米、薏米、芝麻、核桃仁、花生等混合谷物粉,后通过冻干方式制成刺梨营养片,增加了肠道所需要的谷物纤维的同时,芝麻、核桃仁和花生中含有油脂,又能较好的增加肠道的润滑力,有利于食物在肠道中蠕动和排便功能;同时增加益生菌粉,使刺梨营养片在消化过程中,益生菌能够调节肠道内菌落群的平衡,促进营养吸收并保持肠道健康;本发明利用天然的谷物纤维和坚果油脂对肠道进行保护和促进,生产的养生刺梨营养片在适口性强的前提下,适用人群广,制造工艺步骤简单。

背景技术
刺梨(Rosa roxbughii Tratt)是蔷薇科蔷薇属多年落叶灌木缫丝花的果实,原产于我国西南地区。刺梨含有多糖、维生素、膳食纤维、有机酸及各种人体必需的氨基酸、微量元素等,且具有抗氧化、抗癌防癌,降血糖、降血脂、健胃等药用价值。在刺梨的食品加工过程中有近50%的残渣被丢弃,刺梨果渣中含有丰富的的粗蛋白、黄酮、维生素和粗纤维等,有很高的再利用价值。膳食纤维被称为“第七大营养素”,具有抗癌、抗氧化、降低胆固醇、改善胃肠健康、预防心血管疾病等作用而受到日益关注。
刺梨中提取得到不同的提取物,包括刺梨三萜、刺梨多糖、刺梨根水提物等活性部位,采用脂多糖刺激RAW264.7细胞炎症模型进行活性筛选,采用ELISA 方法测定RAW264.7细胞所产生的NO,TNF-α和PGE2的含量,优选出效果较好的活性部位。实验结果显示刺梨三萜具有较好的抗炎效果。再通过3%DSS诱导建立小鼠结肠炎模型,给予不同剂量刺梨三萜,通过统计分析各组小鼠的结肠长度、结肠湿重指数及脾脏重量,再次确认刺梨三萜具有高效的体内抗结肠炎活性,优选出刺梨中的刺梨三萜具有改善肠道功能的活性部位。
而随着人们生活水平的提高,各种宵夜和小吃的不断火热,绝大多数人群均患有大大小小的肠道疾病和亚健康状态,故大多数人希望可以从日常养生实现肠道功能的改善,故需要一种具有改善肠道功能的刺梨健康养生产品。
发明内容
针对上述背景技术提出的问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种具有改善肠道功能的刺梨健康养生产品方法,所述产品方法包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)备果:将刺梨去刺,冲洗干净后晾干切片,将刺梨切片晾干表面水分备用;
(2)提取:将刺梨切片榨汁,提取刺梨中的刺梨三萜成分,待用;
(3)备料:准备对应量的小麦胚芽、玉米、薏米、芝麻、核桃仁、花生洗净后烘干至含水量在30%以下,将烘干后的小麦胚芽、玉米、薏米、芝麻、核桃仁、花生粉碎过筛直至过600目,获得混合谷物粉;
(4)配料:将混合谷物粉和刺梨三萜提取物混合搅拌均匀后加入益生菌粉混合,加入水搅拌至糊状,获得刺梨提取物混合物;
(5)冻干:将刺梨提取物混合物倒入成型模具盘内,冻干成片,获得刺梨营养片;
(6)包装:将刺梨营养片按照所需包装分瓶塑封,即得。

(1)备果:将刺梨去刺,冲洗干净后晾干切片,将刺梨切片晾干表面水分备用;
(2)提取:将刺梨切片榨汁,提取刺梨中的刺梨三萜成分,待用;
(3)备料:准备对应量的小麦胚芽、玉米、薏米、芝麻、核桃仁、花生洗净后烘干至含水量在30%以下,将烘干后的小麦胚芽、玉米、薏米、芝麻、核桃仁、花生粉碎过筛直至过600目,获得混合谷物粉;
(4)配料:将混合谷物粉和刺梨三萜提取物混合搅拌均匀后加入益生菌粉混合,加入水搅拌至糊状,获得刺梨提取物混合物;
(5)冻干:将刺梨提取物混合物倒入成型模具盘内,冻干成片,获得刺梨营养片;
(6)包装:将刺梨营养片按照所需包装分瓶塑封,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的刺梨健康养生产品方法,其特征在于:所述方法中包含以下重量组分:刺梨160-180份、小麦胚芽20-30份、玉米15-22份、薏米10-15份、芝麻10-12份、核桃仁8-12份、花生12-15份、益生菌1-2份、水50-65份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的刺梨健康养生产品方法,其特征在于:所述方法中混合谷物粉和刺梨三萜提取物的重量比为70:30,即7:3。
4.根据权利要求1所述的刺梨健康养生产品方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中烘干温度为80℃,持续25min-30min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的刺梨健康养生产品方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中冻干处理为0℃-3℃的无菌环境下,抽真空将水分干燥升华后,持续保温保压15min-20min。
