本公开的示例性实施例涉及一种电子驻车制动装置,更具体地,涉及一种可以利用液压在具有较小车轮布局的小型车辆中实现电子驻车制动和驱动制动的电子驻车制动装置。
背景技术
通常,电子鼓式制动器被设计成具有其中驻车部件和用作主制动部件的液压活塞彼此分离的结构。当在主驻车期间向液压活塞施加液压时,闸瓦组件会向鼓加压,从而降低车辆的速度。当车辆驻车时,在液压活塞被加压的情况下,制动器被操作以旋转蜗轮和螺栓。然后,驻车活塞对闸瓦组件加压,以额外产生驻车力。

壳体部件20安装在板部件10上,并引导液压。例如,壳体部件20可以螺栓连接至板部件10,并且连接至液压制动装置的流路,以提供用于主制动的液压。
发动机部件30安装在壳体部件20上,并且在当对其施加动力时被驱动。例如,发动机部件30可以螺栓连接到壳体部件20。发动机部件30的一部分可以被嵌入在壳体部件20中,并且提供动力。
活塞部件40安装在壳体部件20上,并通过液压而移动,以操作闸瓦110。例如,活塞部件40可以布置在壳体部件20的左侧和右侧的每侧上,并且通过推动相应的闸瓦110的上端而产生制动力。
操作部件50嵌入在壳体部件20中,并且布置在活塞部件40之间。操作部件50由发动机部件30驱动并推动活塞部件40。即,活塞部件40可以通过提供给壳体部件20的液压来操作,或者可以通过发动机部件30来操作以产生制动力。
图3示意性地示出了根据本公开实施例的壳体部件的图。参考图3,根据本公开实施例的壳体部件20包括主体21、主体操作孔22、主体液压孔23和主体插入孔24。
主体21安装在板部件10中,并在其上安装发动机部件30。例如,主体21可以穿过板部件10布置,发动机部件30可以螺栓连接到主体21的后表面,主体21的圆周可以安装在板部件10上,使得主体21被固定。主体21可以布置在一对闸瓦110之间。
主体操作孔22形成在主体21中,并且形成活塞部件40的一侧到另一侧的移动空间。例如,主体操作孔22可以在主体21的一侧到另一侧纵向方向上形成以打开主体21的两侧,并形成用于操作部件50和布置在操作部件50任一侧的活塞部件40的一侧到另一侧的移动空间。
主体液压孔23形成在主体21中以引导液压,并且与主体操作孔22连通。例如,一对主体液压孔23可以倾斜地布置,并与主体操作孔22连通,以便向一对活塞部件40之间提供液压。
主体插入孔24形成在主体21中,并构成发动机部件30的插入空间。例如,主体插入孔24可以形成在主体21的前后纵向上,并且与主体操作孔22连通。
图4示意性地示出了根据本公开实施例的发动机部件的图。参考图4,根据本公开实施例的发动机部件30包括发动机壳体31、发动机驱动器32和发动机轴33。
发动机壳体31安装在壳体部件20中。例如,发动机壳体31可具有形成在其外部的法兰,以便螺栓连接至主体21。
发动机驱动器32嵌入在发动机壳体31中,并且在当对其施加动力时被驱动。发动机轴33通过发动机驱动器32旋转,并且使操作部件50移动。例如,发动机轴33可以插入到主体插入孔24中。
图5示意性地示出了其中布置有根据本公开实施例的操作部件和活塞部件的状态的图。参考图5,根据本公开实施例的活塞部件40包括一对活塞杆部件41、活塞支撑部件42和活塞传递部件43。
一对活塞杆部件41插入到壳体部件20中。例如,活塞杆部41可以插入到主体操作孔22中,并且布置成直线。活塞杆部件41的一端可暴露于主体21的外部。可以将活塞杆部件41密封并压靠在主体操作孔22上,以在防止漏油的同时阻止外部异物的引入。
活塞支撑部件42形成在活塞杆部件41的一端,并支撑闸瓦110。例如,活塞支撑部件42可以暴露于主体21的外部,并且具有闸瓦110可以插入其中的凹的中央部分。
活塞传递部件43形成在活塞杆部件41的另一端,并且传递插入到活塞传递部件43中的操作部件50的旋转力。例如,活塞传递部件43可以形成为在活塞杆部件41的端部处的凹槽形状,并且在通过旋转的操作部件50推动的同时在主体操作孔22中线性地移动。
根据本公开实施例的活塞传递部件43可以形成在活塞杆部件41的另一端,并且设计成具有凹入形状以引导操作部件50的插入。活塞传递部件43可包括传递座表面431、传递弯曲表面432和传递倾斜表面433。
传递座表面431可以形成一个表面,操作部件50在其上安置。例如,传递座表面431可以是水平表面,该水平表面从活塞杆部件41的另一端朝向其一端形成预定距离。
传递弯曲表面432在传递座表面431的端部处形成弯曲。操作部件50可以与传递弯曲表面432面接触并因此旋转。例如,操作部件50可以插入到传递弯曲表面432中,并且旋转以推动传递弯曲表面432。此时,传递弯曲表面432可以被设计为具有与操作部件50相对应的弯曲,使得操作部件50可以以预定角度旋转。
传递倾斜表面433从传递弯曲表面432沿倾斜方向形成,并且限制操作部件50的旋转和脱离。例如,可旋转的操作部件50可被锁定到传递倾斜表面433,并保持操作部件50插入到活塞传递部件43中的状态。
根据本公开实施例的操作部件50包括操作螺母部件51、一对操作加压部件52和操作恢复部件53。
操作螺母部件51嵌入在壳体部件20中,并通过发动机部件30线性地移动。例如,发动机轴33可以拧到操作螺母部件51。当发动机轴33旋转时,操作螺母部件51可以根据发动机轴33的旋转方向在前后方向上移动。此时,当操作螺母部件51的外表面形成为倾斜形状并由主体21支撑时,操作螺母部件51可以不旋转而是线性地移动。
操作加压部件52由操作螺母部件51支撑,并插入到各个活塞传递部件43中。一对操作加压部件52在通过操作螺母部件51的加压而旋转的同时推动各个活塞传递部件43。即,操作加压部件52倾斜地布置,操作加压部件52的顶部彼此相邻布置并由操作螺母部件51支撑,并且操作加压部件52的底部彼此分开并分别地由活塞传递部件43支撑。
操作恢复部件53向操作加压部件52提供恢复力。例如,操作恢复部件53可以安装在一对操作加压部件52上,并且当通过移除操作螺母部件51将加压力施加到操作加压部件52时,提供恢复力以使操作加压部件52返回到初始位置。更具体地,操作恢复部件53包括恢复中心部件531和恢复连接部件532。操作恢复部件53可以是板簧。
恢复中心部件531布置在操作加压部件52之间。例如,恢复中心部件531可以具有在其上端变为最高点的弯曲。
恢复连接部件532从恢复中心部件531延伸,并覆盖操作加压部件52。例如,恢复连接部件532可从恢复中心部件531沿两个方向延伸,并形成为覆盖操作加压部件52的下端部,从而保持操作加压部件52和恢复部件53彼此耦合的状态。
图6示意性地示出了根据本公开实施例的电子驻车制动装置的主制动状态的图。参考图6,在主制动期间,通过主体液压孔23将液压引入主体操作孔22。通过将液压引入到主体操作孔22中,活塞部件40左右移动以推动闸瓦110。
图7示意性地示出了根据本公开实施例的电子驻车制动装置的驻车状态的图。参考图7,当在驻车期间对发动机部件30施加动力时,发动机轴33沿一个方向旋转,与发动机轴33接合的操作螺母部件51线性地移动以对操作加压部件52加压。
操作加压部件52通过操作螺母部件51加压之前沿倾斜方向布置。操作加压部件52通过操作螺母部件51加压而旋转以推动各个活塞部件40。因此,同时操作一对闸瓦110以进行驻车制动。
此时,一对操作加压部件52通过操作螺母部51的加压而旋转,使得其顶部向下移动并且其底部彼此分离。操作恢复部件53被展开以形成恢复力。
当释放驻车制动器时,动力被施加到发动机部件30以使发动机轴33沿另一方向旋转。因此,与发动机轴33接合的操作螺母部51线性地移动,以释放对操作加压部件52的加压。
当释放对操作加压部件52的加压时,操作加压部件52可以通过操作恢复部件53的恢复力而返回到待命状态,并且活塞部件40可以通过闸瓦110的恢复力返回到初始位置。
根据本公开实施例的电子驻车制动装置1可以使用液压来进行主制动。此外,操作部件50在通过发动机部件30的操作而旋转的同时可以推动布置在操作部件50两侧的活塞部件40,从而提供驻车制动力。此时,可以通过操作部件50将活塞部件40布置在相同的空间中,从而减小产品的尺寸。
尽管已经出于说明性目的公开了本公开的示例性实施例,但是本领域技术人员将理解,在不脱离如所附权利要求书所限定的本公开的范围和精神的情况下,可以进行各种修改、添加和替换。

Claims (10)

1.一种电子驻车制动装置,包括:
板部件,其具有可旋转地安装在其上的闸瓦;
壳体部件,其安装在所述板部件上并用于引导液压;
发动机部件,其安装在所述壳体部件上并且在当对其施加动力时被驱动;
活塞部件,其安装在所述壳体部件上并通过液压移动以操作所述闸瓦;以及
以及操作部件,其嵌入在所述壳体部件中、布置在所述活塞部件之间,并由所述发动机部件驱动以推动所述活塞部件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电子驻车制动装置,其中,所述壳体部件包括:
主体,其具有安装在其中的所述发动机部件;
主体操作孔,其形成在所述主体中并用于形成所述活塞部件的一侧到另一侧的移动空间;
主体液压孔,其形成在所述主体中并用于引导液压并与所述主体操作孔连通;以及
主体操作孔,其形成在所述主体中并用于形成所述发动机部件的插入空间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电子驻车制动装置,其中,所述发动机部件包括:
发动机壳体,其安装在所述壳体部件上;
发动机驱动器,其嵌入在所述发动机壳体中,并且在当对其施加动力时被驱动;以及
发动机轴,其通过所述发动机驱动器旋转并用于移动所述操作部件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电子驻车制动装置,其中,所述活塞部件包括:
一对活塞杆部件,其插入到所述壳体部件中;
活塞支撑部件,其形成在每个所述活塞杆部件的一端并用于支撑所述闸瓦;以及
活塞传递部件,其形成在所述活塞杆部件的另一端,以使所述操作部件插入到所述活塞传递部件中,并用于传递所述操作部件的旋转力。
5.根据权利要求4所述的电子驻车制动装置,其中,所述活塞传递部件包括:
传递座表面,其上安置有所述操作部件;
传递弯曲表面,其在所述传递座表面的端部处具有弯曲;以及
传递倾斜表面,其从所述传递弯曲表面沿倾斜方向形成,并且用于限制所述操作部件的旋转和分离。
6.根据权利要求5所述的电子驻车制动装置,其中,所述操作部件与所述传递弯曲表面面接触并旋转。
7.根据权利要求4所述的电子驻车制动装置,其中,所述操作部件包括:
操作螺母部件,其嵌入在所述壳体部件中并通过所述发动机部件线性地移动;
一对操作加压部件,其由所述操作螺母部件支撑并插入到各所述活塞传递部件中,并且用于在通过所述操作螺母部件的加压而旋转的同时推动各所述活塞传递部件;以及
操作恢复部件,其用于向所述操作加压部件提供恢复力。
8.根据权利要求4所述的电子驻车制动装置,其中,所述一对操作加压部件的顶部彼此相邻布置并由所述操作螺母部件支撑,并且所述一对操作加压部件的底部倾斜布置以使彼此间隔开,并由相应的所述活塞传递部件支撑。
9.根据权利要求7所述的电子驻车制动装置,其中,所述操作恢复部件包括:
恢复中心部件,其布置在所述操作加压部件之间;以及
恢复连接部件,其从所述恢复中心部件延伸并用于覆盖所述操作加压部件。
10.根据权利要求9所述的电子驻车制动装置,其中,所述恢复中心部件具有在其上端变为最高点的弯曲。
