技术领域
本发明涉及苦瓜加工技术领域,尤其是涉及一种用于苦瓜加工切片装置。
背景技术
苦瓜作为一种日常食用的蔬菜,由于其含有多种维生素、矿物质,含有清脂、减肥的特效成分,可以加速排毒,因此经常出现在家庭餐桌上。研究发现,苦瓜还具有良好的降血糖、抗病毒和防癌功效。因此苦瓜不单单被当作蔬菜进行烹煮食用,现在越来越多的是将苦瓜制作苦瓜干入药或者制成苦瓜茶冲泡食用。
苦瓜干加工产品的生产中,需要将成熟的苦瓜条通过清洗、去蒂、切片、去籽、等预处理工序,目前的预处理工序理都是通过人工清洗和手持刀具进行操作完成的,人工对苦瓜进行切片会使得苦瓜片的厚薄不一,且加工效率难以得到快速提高,还存在总体加工成本大等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对以上问题,提供一种用于苦瓜加工切片装置,能够实现苦瓜条的连续切片及下料,并能够方便调节切片的厚薄大小以适应不同的加工需求,同时还能进一步将苦瓜片进行切丁操作得到更细的苦瓜丁,以供后续不同的加工工序使用。
为实现以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种用于苦瓜加工切片装置,包括进料输送带和第一支架,所述进料输送带后接切片装置,切片装置包括第一气缸,第一气缸上端连接在所述第一支架的顶板上,第一气缸竖直向下的活塞杆尾端连接有切刀组件,切刀组件下方设置有转筒,转筒两侧连接在第一支架的侧板上并由步进电机驱动,所述转筒上环形阵列设置有切片槽,所述进料输送带将苦瓜条送入切片槽进行切片,所述第一支架的侧板上设置有第一连接板将进料输送带的滚筒进行支撑;所述转筒下方交叉设置有第一下料板和第二下料板,所述第二下料板后接切片收集箱,所述第一下料板后接出料输送带,所述出料输送带上设置有切丁装置。
进一步的,所述进料输送带上阵列开设有限位槽,所述进料输送带、第一下料板、第二下料板和出料输送带两侧均设置有限位挡板。
进一步的,所述进料输送带尾端与辅助下料板相接,辅助下料板通过两侧的第二连接板连接在第一支架的侧板上。
进一步的,所述切刀组件包括安装板,安装板连接在第一气缸的活塞杆尾端,安装板上排列设置有可调间距的切刀,切刀与切片槽配合将苦瓜条进行切片。
进一步的,所述安装板中部开设有通孔且该通孔内排列设置有滑块,滑块底部连接有切刀,滑块上开设有螺孔并通过螺栓拧紧固定在安装板上。
进一步的,所述安装板侧面设置有刻度线。
进一步的,所述切片槽为顶部开口的槽形结构,且其内部为上宽下窄结构,所述切刀相应的为上宽下窄形状。
进一步的,所述切丁装置包括罩壳,罩壳顶部连接在第二气缸竖直向下的活塞杆尾端,第二气缸顶部连接在第三支架的顶板上,所述罩壳内设置有切丁刀片组件。
进一步的,所述切丁刀片组件包括横切刀和竖切刀,所述横切刀和竖切刀交叉设置在罩壳内。
进一步的,所述出料输送带前端设置有帘幕,帘幕为弹性材质制成并排列连接在第二支架的顶板底面,帘幕与出料输送带之间具有一定间隙并对从第一下料板滚下的物料进行挡料并匀料。
本发明的有益效果:
1、为了实现连续切片并快速下料操作,通过在转筒上设置切片槽,将进料输送带运输的苦瓜条进行限位,配合切片装置将其进行切片,切片完成后转筒转动进行快速下料,再进行下一切片操作,从而实现连续快速切片下料的操作,大大提高了加工效率。
2、本发明的切刀组件的切刀之间的间距可以方便调节,从而实现不同厚度的切片操作,满足不同的加工需求,提高装置的适应性。且切片完成的物料通过第二下料板进入切片收集箱、通过第一下料板进入出料输送带并通过切丁装置进行切丁,从而能够同时得到片状物料和更细的苦瓜丁,使得装置具有更多的功能性。
3、本发明的切刀安装于安装板的滑块上,滑块可在安装板上滑动并通过螺栓进行限位固定,且安装板两侧设置有刻度线,可方便调节滑块的位置,从而调节切刀之间的间距,操作简单直观,且切刀磨损后更换切刀也十分简便。
4、本发明在出料输送带前端设置有具有一定弹性的帘幕,帘幕与出料输送带之间具有一定间隙,能够对从第一下料板进行下料的物料进行挡料和匀料,从而使得物料更均匀更平整的在出料输送带上进行送料,以便后续切丁装置进行切丁操作。
