背景技术
牛及牛骨内的牛髓一般都是直接煲汤,这样对于牛髓本身的价值有很大的浪费,牛髓为牛科野牛属动物黄牛或水牛属动物水牛的骨髓遍及全国,牛髓粉中含有蛋白质,脂肪,灰分,尼克酸,核黄素,硫胺素等营养物质,能为人体提供营养,增强人体的体质,增强体质免疫力和抗病能力,有利于人体的健康,牛髓粉具有益精添髓,补肾强骨的功效,能明显改善精髓不足引起的肢体萎弱,肌肉瘦削,遗精盗汗,腰膝酸软等。牛髓粉能养血益精,润泽皮肤,对精血不足引起的皮肤干燥有很好的功效。
目前,市场上如此珍贵的产物在现阶段是有很大的浪费,生产出的牛髓粉功效单一,不能有效的改善人体的生理机能,牛髓粉的使用不够充分,故而提出一种山药牛髓粉及其制备方法来解决上述所提出的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的是以上技术问题,提供一种山药牛髓粉及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种山药牛髓粉,它由以下质量的原料组成:牛脑髓:5-50kg、骨髓:1-10kg、脊髓:5-50kg、丙酮:3-30kg、石油醚:16-160kg、无水乙醇:12-120kg、大豆分离蛋白:10-75kg、麦芽糊精:10-75kg、铁棍山药粉:10-50kg一种山药牛髓粉的制备方法,包括以下制备方法:
步骤一:按照配伍比例取新鲜的牛脑髓、骨髓、脊髓,进行清洗处理,晾干后切块混合处理;
步骤二:在混合物中按比例加入丙酮,水浴浸提,粗提液过滤,活性炭脱色后缓慢滴加1%的氯化钙直到不再产生沉淀为止,10000r/min离心15min,取沉淀,滴加0.01mol/L的氯化氢直至沉淀完全溶解,装入透析袋,透析48h,旋转蒸发后冷冻干燥,得到粗提取物;
步骤三:取粗提取物采用无水乙醇室温浸泡提取4次,每次24h,乙醇用量分别是5-10倍粗提取的体积,抽滤,合并,减压浓缩至120mL,摇匀后取100mL药液以石油醚作为萃取剂进行萃取,萃取剂与药液体积比为1:1,萃取4次,所得萃取液经减压浓缩干燥得到石油醚部位提取物;
步骤四:按照配伍比例取大豆分离蛋白、麦芽糊精、铁棍山药粉混合到石油醚部位提取物中进行充分混合,然后进行真空干燥,干燥时间6-8小时,制成的粉末即为牛髓提取物粉;
步骤五:将牛髓提取物粉使用自动分装机进行分装即可。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:提取牛髓粉中的有效成分制成粉末,与大豆分离蛋白、麦芽糊精、铁棍山药粉制成牛髓提取物粉末,生产出的牛髓粉能既经济又有效的改善人体的生理机能,具有补脑、壮骨和生血之功效。

骨髓:是药食两用的高营养食材,牛科动物黄牛或者水牛骨骼中的骨髓,她多为乳白色,可以用来煲汤,也可以在风干以后入药,具有滋补强壮身体和益精填髓等多种功效;
脊髓:具有补中益气,滋养脾胃,强健筋骨,化痰息风,止渴止涎之功效;
大豆分离蛋白:大豆分离蛋白是以低温脱溶大豆粕为原料生产的一种全价蛋白类食品添加剂,大豆分离蛋白中蛋白质含量在90%以上,氨基酸种类有近20种,并含有人体必需氨基酸,营养丰富,不含胆固醇,是植物蛋白中为数不多的可替代动物蛋白的品种之一;

步骤一:取牛脑髓50kg、骨髓:10kg、脊髓:50kg,进行清洗处理,晾干后切块混合处理;
步骤二:在混合物中例加入30kg丙酮,水浴浸提,粗提液过滤,活性炭脱色后缓慢滴加1%的氯化钙直到不再产生沉淀为止,10000r/min离心20min,取沉淀,滴加0.01mol/L的氯化氢直至沉淀完全溶解,装入透析袋,透析36h,旋转蒸发后冷冻干燥,得到粗提取物;
步骤三:取粗提取物采用无水乙醇室温浸泡提取4次,每次24h,乙醇用量分别是5倍粗提取的体积,抽滤,合并,减压浓缩至120mL,摇匀后取100mL药液以石油醚作为萃取剂进行萃取,萃取剂与药液体积比为1:1,萃取4次,所得萃取液经减压浓缩干燥得到石油醚部位提取物;
步骤四:取大豆分离蛋白75kg、麦芽糊精75kg、铁棍山药粉50kg粉混合到石油醚部位提取物中进行充分混合,然后进行真空干燥,干燥时间6小时,制成的粉末即为牛髓提取物粉;
步骤五:将牛髓提取物粉使用自动分装机进行分装即可。
实施例二:
步骤一:取新鲜的牛脑髓:25kg、骨髓:5kg、脊髓:25kg,进行清洗处理,晾干后切块混合处理;
步骤二:在混合物中加入15kg丙酮,水浴浸提,粗提液过滤,活性炭脱色后缓慢滴加1%的氯化钙直到不再产生沉淀为止,10000r/min离心10min,取沉淀,滴加0.01mol/L的氯化氢直至沉淀完全溶解,装入透析袋,透析48h,旋转蒸发后冷冻干燥,得到粗提取物;
步骤三:取粗提取物采用无水乙醇室温浸泡提取4次,每次24h,乙醇用量分别是8倍粗提取的体积,抽滤,合并,减压浓缩至120mL,摇匀后取100mL药液以石油醚作为萃取剂进行萃取,萃取剂与药液体积比为1:1,萃取4次,所得萃取液经减压浓缩干燥得到石油醚部位提取物;
步骤四:取大豆分离蛋白30kg、麦芽糊精30kg、铁棍山药粉25kg混合到石油醚部位提取物中进行充分混合,然后进行真空干燥,干燥时间7小时,制成的粉末即为牛髓提取物粉;
步骤五:将牛髓提取物粉使用自动分装机进行分装即可。、
实施例三:

Claims (2)
1.一种山药牛髓粉,其特征在于:它由以下质量的原料组成:牛脑髓:5-50kg、骨髓:1-10kg、脊髓:5-50kg、丙酮:3-30kg、石油醚:16-160kg、无水乙醇:12-120kg、大豆分离蛋白:10-75kg、麦芽糊精:10-75kg、铁棍山药粉:10-50kg
2.一种山药牛髓粉的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下制备方法:
步骤一:按照配伍比例取新鲜的牛脑髓、骨髓、脊髓,进行清洗处理,晾干后切块混合处理;
步骤二:在混合物中按比例加入丙酮,水浴浸提,粗提液过滤,活性炭脱色后缓慢滴加1%的氯化钙直到不再产生沉淀为止,10000r/min离心15min,取沉淀,滴加0.01mol/L的氯化氢直至沉淀完全溶解,装入透析袋,透析48h,旋转蒸发后冷冻干燥,得到粗提取物;
步骤三:取粗提取物采用无水乙醇室温浸泡提取4次,每次24h,乙醇用量分别是5-10倍粗提取的体积,抽滤,合并,减压浓缩至120mL,摇匀后取100mL药液以石油醚作为萃取剂进行萃取,萃取剂与药液体积比为1:1,萃取4次,所得萃取液经减压浓缩干燥得到石油醚部位提取物;
