S3、在8.0-80.0Kg牛髓提取物粗品中加入16.0-160.0Kg石油醚室温浸泡5-12小时,然后进行过滤,过滤后的滤液真空油浴加热分离出石油醚后即得到主要成分为脑磷脂等复合磷脂2.0-20.0Kg,将分离出石油醚的滤饼加入12.0-120.0kg无水乙醇进行室温浸泡6-12小时,然后进行过滤,过滤后的滤液真空油浴加热分离出无水乙醇后即得到主要成分为卵磷脂等复合磷脂3.0-30.0kg,将两次磷脂提取液混合在一起的到5.0-50.0kg复合磷脂液;
S4、将5.0-50.0Kg牛髓提取物液和10.0-100.0kg大豆分离蛋白和10.0-100.0kg麦芽糊精(或15.0-150.0Kg贝达-环状糊精)的混合物充分混合后,然后进行真空干燥,真空干燥箱内真空度为负0.09MPa,加热板温度为50.0-60.0℃,干燥时间4-5小时,制成的磷脂粉末即为20.0-200.0kg牛髓提取物粉;
S5、将取经处理好的牛髓提取物分成5-15份、牦牛骨髓粉分成5-15份、牛骨胶原蛋白肽分成15-30份与豆粉40-70份,称重后在混合机中充分混合,通过不锈钢振动筛进行筛分,再将筛后的物料经过自动包装机用铝箔袋进行分装。

S3、在80.0Kg牛髓提取物粗品中加入160.0Kg石油醚室温浸泡5-12小时,然后进行过滤,过滤后的滤液真空油浴加热分离出石油醚后即得到主要成分为脑磷脂等复合磷脂20.0Kg,将分离出石油醚的滤饼加入120.0kg无水乙醇进行室温浸泡12小时,然后进行过滤,过滤后的滤液真空油浴加热分离出无水乙醇后即得到主要成分为卵磷脂等复合磷脂30.0kg,将两次磷脂提取液混合在一起的到50.0kg复合磷脂液;

S4、将牛髓提取物液25.0Kg和50.0kg大豆分离蛋白和50.0kg麦芽糊精(或75.0Kg贝达-环状糊精)的混合物充分混合后,然后进行真空干燥,真空干燥箱内真空度为负0.09MPa,加热板温度为55.0℃,干燥时间5小时,制成的磷脂粉末即为100.0kg牛髓提取物粉;
S5、将取经处理好的牛髓提取物分成8份、牦牛骨髓粉分成8份、牛骨胶原蛋白肽分成25份与豆粉55份,称重后在混合机中充分混合,通过不锈钢振动筛进行筛分,再将筛后的物料经过自动包装机用铝箔袋进行分装。
实施例三:
一种牛髓粉的制备方法,包括以下制备方法:
S1、取新鲜的牛脑髓5.0Kg,骨髓1.0Kg及脊髓5.0Kg,用去离子水漂洗除去污物,洗净残水,冷冻后切碎备用;
S2、将混合好的牛脑髓、脊髓和骨髓置于有机溶剂提取罐中,按比例加入丙酮后密封,室温充分浸泡4小时,分离其中水、脂肪和胆固醇,提取物为牛髓提取物粗品8.0Kg;
S3、在8.0Kg牛髓提取物粗品中加入16.0Kg石油醚室温浸泡5小时,然后进行过滤,过滤后的滤液真空油浴加热分离出石油醚后即得到主要成分为脑磷脂等复合磷脂2.0Kg,将分离出石油醚的滤饼加入12.0kg无水乙醇进行室温浸泡6小时,然后进行过滤,过滤后的滤液真空油浴加热分离出无水乙醇后即得到主要成分为卵磷脂等复合磷脂3.0kg,将两次磷脂提取液混合在一起的到5.0kg复合磷脂液;
S4、将牛髓提取物液5.0Kg和10.0kg大豆分离蛋白和10.0kg麦芽糊精(或150.0Kg贝达-环状糊精)的混合物充分混合后,然后进行真空干燥,真空干燥箱内真空度为负0.09MPa,加热板温度为50.0℃,干燥时间4小时,制成的磷脂粉末即为20.0kg牛髓提取物粉;
S5、将取经处理好的牛髓提取物分成5份、牦牛骨髓粉分成5份、牛骨胶原蛋白肽分成15份与豆粉40份,称重后在混合机中充分混合,通过不锈钢振动筛进行筛分,再将筛后的物料经过自动包装机用铝箔袋进行分装。
首先将牛的脑髓、骨髓、脊髓通过有机溶剂提取技术提取其中的脑磷脂、卵磷脂和复合磷脂等有效成份,然后为防止提取的复合磷脂见光、遇热氧化而失去活性先与贝达-环状糊精或者大豆分离蛋白和麦芽糊精充分混合包埋,然后采用真空干燥技术将贝达-环状糊精或者大豆分离蛋白和麦芽糊精充分混合包埋的复合磷脂有效成份制成牛髓提取物粉末;二、将牛髓提取物粉末、牦牛骨髓粉、牛骨胶原蛋白肽粉按照一定比例混合后再辅以动植物源食品科学搭配制备成各种系列的牛髓功能食品。。生产出的牛髓粉能既经济又有效的改善人体的生理机能,具有补脑、壮骨和生血之功效。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (4)
1.一种牛髓粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:
牛脑髓:5.0-50.0kg;
骨髓:1.0-10.0kg;
脊髓:5.0-50.0kg;
丙酮:3.0-30.0kg;
石油醚:16.0-160.0kg;
无水乙醇:12.0-120.0kg;
大豆分离蛋白:10.0-100.0kg;
麦芽糊精:10.0-100.0kg。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种牛髓粉的制备方法,其特征在于;包括以下重量份数配比:
牛脑髓:25.0kg;
骨髓:5.0kg;
脊髓:25.0kg;
丙酮:3.0-30.0kg;
石油醚:80.0kg;
无水乙醇:60.0kg;
大豆分离蛋白:50.0kg;
麦芽糊精:50.0kg。
3.根据权利要求1-2的一种牛髓粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下制备方法:
S1、取新鲜的牛脑髓5.0-50.0Kg,骨髓1.0-10.0Kg及脊髓5.0-50.0Kg,用去离子水漂洗除去污物,洗净残水,冷冻后切碎备用;
S2、将混合好的牛脑髓、脊髓和骨髓置于有机溶剂提取罐中,按比例加入丙酮后密封,室温充分浸泡4-12小时,分离其中水、脂肪和胆固醇,提取物为牛髓提取物粗品8.0-80.0Kg;
S3、在8.0-80.0Kg牛髓提取物粗品中加入16.0-160.0Kg石油醚室温浸泡5-12小时,然后进行过滤,过滤后的滤液真空油浴加热分离出石油醚后即得到主要成分为脑磷脂等复合磷脂2.0-20.0Kg,将分离出石油醚的滤饼加入12.0-120.0kg无水乙醇进行室温浸泡6-12小时,然后进行过滤,过滤后的滤液真空油浴加热分离出无水乙醇后即得到主要成分为卵磷脂等复合磷脂3.0-30.0kg,将两次磷脂提取液混合在一起的到5.0-50.0kg复合磷脂液;
S4、将5.0-50.0Kg牛髓提取物液和10.0-100.0kg大豆分离蛋白和10.0-100.0kg麦芽糊精(或15.0-150.0Kg贝达-环状糊精)的混合物充分混合后,然后进行真空干燥,真空干燥箱内真空度为负0.09MPa,加热板温度为50.0-60.0℃,干燥时间4-5小时,制成的磷脂粉末即为20.0-200.0kg牛髓提取物粉;
S5、将取经处理好的牛髓提取物分成5-15份、牦牛骨髓粉分成5-15份、牛骨胶原蛋白肽分成15-30份与豆粉40-70份,称重后在混合机中充分混合,通过不锈钢振动筛进行筛分,再将筛后的物料经过自动包装机用铝箔袋进行分装。
4.根据权利要求1-3的一种牛髓粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下制备方法:所述不锈钢振动筛筛网大小为20目。
