Abstract
一种调制蜂产品及其制备方法,其组份及重量比为:人参2-5份、生姜3.5-5份、大米10-15份、蜂蜜49-58.5份、蜂王浆20份 、蜂花粉5-10份、蜂胶1份、有机硒0.05-0.08份。将上述原料经过前期处理后进行混合,搅拌均匀、装罐。本发明的调制蜂产品将人参、生姜、有机硒与蜂蜜、蜂王浆、蜂花粉、蜂胶合理搭配在一起,相互补充、相辅相成,使营养成分更全面,改善了目前蜂产品组份相同,营养单一的问题,满足人们的需求,充分发挥其良好的保健作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及以蜂蜜、蜂花粉等天然绿色食品为原料加工成的营养保健食品,尤其是一种调制蜂产品及其制备方法。
背景技术
几千年来蜂蜜经久不衰,这与蜂蜜所具有的多种独特营养成分有关。蜂蜜是蜜蜂从开花植物的花中采得的花蜜在蜂巢中酿制的蜜。蜂蜜的成分除了可被人体直接吸收的葡萄糖和果糖外,还含有各种氨基酸,其中包括人体不能合成的8种必需氨基酸,还包括多种矿物质和促进人体生长及代谢的多种维生素。蜂王浆又名蜂皇浆、蜂乳,蜂王乳,是蜜蜂巢中培育幼虫的青年工蜂咽头腺的分泌物,是供给将要变成蜂王的幼虫的食物。蜂王浆是高蛋白,并含有维生素B类和乙酰胆碱等。蜂胶是蜜蜂从植物芽孢或树干上采集的树脂(树胶),混入其上腭腺、蜡腺的分泌物加工而成的一种具有芳香气味的胶状固体物。蜂胶富含黄酮类物质,具有可降血脂、防止动脉硬化和高血脂等具有较好的医疗保健作用。但是,目前大多数蜂产品生产厂生产的原料几乎都相同,营养成份单一,不易为人体有效的吸收,不能满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种原料来源广泛、营养成份更全面的调制蜂产品,本发明还包括该调制蜂产品的制备方法。
本发明为解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种调制蜂产品,由下述原料及重量比制备而成:人参2-5份、生姜3.5-5份 、大米10-15份、蜂蜜49-58.5份、蜂王浆20份 、蜂花粉5-10份 、蜂胶1 份 、有机硒0.05-0.08份。
制备工艺步骤如下:
(1)制备蜂花粉:将精选后的花粉作为原料进行除杂、灭菌、粉碎至4-9目后备用;
(2)蜂蜜处理: 选用纯净蜂蜜,融蜜40-50℃、精滤、脱水,浓缩到含水量5%-18%
(3)蜂胶处理:清洗、3-5℃下冷冻2-3小时后,粉碎至100目,再过滤杂质后备用;
(4)蜂王浆处理:自动解冻2-3小时,稀释至含水率10%,搅拌均匀备用;
(5)人参、生姜处理:30-35℃温度下分别真空干燥10小时,粉碎至250-300目过筛备用;
(6)调制蜂产品:取人参、生姜、大米、有机硒4种成份按所述配比与步骤(1)所得到的蜂花粉、步骤(2)得到的蜂蜜、步骤(3)得到的蜂胶以及步骤(4)得到的蜂王浆进行混合,搅拌均匀、装罐。
本发明的调制蜂产品由人参、生姜 、米、有机硒四种组分和蜂蜜、蜂胶、蜂王浆、蜂花粉组成,合理搭配,相互补充、相辅相成,改善了目前蜂产品组份相同,营养单一的问题。本发明的蜂产品不仅使营养成份更全面,而且有效的增加了药理成份,有机硒的存在,被人体吸收后可迅速的被人体利用,有效改善人体内血液中的硒含量,而且能直接作用于病毒,抑制病毒在体内的复制,并能参与细胞的修复,预防多种病毒性疾病。生姜的引入具有健脑益智、护肤美容、强身健体、抗辐射、增强免疫、净化血液的功效。米可以补中益气、健脾养胃、益精强志。人参的加入可以使人体肌肤润泽,精力旺盛,不易衰老,开心益智,将其有效配合,能够充分满足人们的需求,发挥其良好的医疗保健作用。本发明制备工艺简单,具有更佳的保健作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
取人参2g、生姜3.5g、大米10g、蜂蜜60g、蜂王浆20g 、蜂花粉5g、蜂胶1g、有机硒0.05g。
按下述工艺步骤制备:
(1)制备蜂花粉:将精选后的花粉作为原料进行除杂、灭菌、粉碎至4目后备用;
(2)蜂蜜处理: 选用纯净蜂蜜,40℃温度条件下融蜜、精滤、脱水浓缩到含水量18%后备用;
(3)蜂胶处理:清洗,在5℃下冷冻3小时后,粉碎至100目,再过滤杂质后备用;
(4)蜂王浆处理:自动解冻3小时,稀释至含水率10%,搅拌均匀备用;
(5)人参、生姜、米处理:在35℃温度条件下分别真空干燥10小时,粉碎过250目筛备用;
(6)调制蜂产品:取人参、生姜、大米、有机硒4种成份,按所述配比与步骤(1)所得到的蜂花粉,步骤(2)得到的蜂蜜,步骤(3)得到的蜂胶以及步骤(4)得到的蜂王浆,进行混合,搅拌均匀、装罐。
实施例2
取人参4.5g、生姜5g、米15g、蜂蜜50g、蜂王浆20g、蜂花粉10g、蜂胶1g、有机硒0.08g
按下述工艺步骤制备:
(1)制备蜂花粉:将精选后的花粉作为原料进行除杂、灭菌、粉碎至9目后备用;
(2)蜂蜜处理: 选用纯净蜂蜜,40℃温度条件下融蜜、精滤、脱水浓缩到含水量5%后备用;
(3)蜂胶处理:清洗,在3℃下冷冻2小时后,粉碎至100目,再过滤杂质后备用;
(4)蜂王浆处理:自动解冻2小时,稀释至含水率10%,搅拌均匀备用;
(5)人参、生姜、米处理:在30℃温度条件下分别真空干燥10小时,粉碎过300目筛备用;
(6)调制蜂产品:取人参、生姜、大米、有机硒4种成份,按所述配比与步骤(1)所得到的蜂花粉,步骤(2)得到的蜂蜜,步骤(3)得到的蜂胶以及步骤(4)得到的蜂王浆,进行混合,搅拌均匀、装罐。
实施例3
取人参5g、生姜4. 5g、米15g、蜂蜜49g、蜂王浆20g 、蜂花粉5g、蜂胶1g、有机硒0.05g,
按下述工艺步骤制备:
(1)制备蜂花粉:将精选后的花粉作为原料进行除杂、灭菌、粉碎至9目后备用;
(2)蜂蜜处理: 选用纯净蜂蜜,40℃温度条件下融蜜、精滤、脱水浓缩到含水量5%后备用;
(3)蜂胶处理:清洗,在3℃下冷冻2小时后,粉碎至100目,再过滤杂质后备用;
(4)蜂王浆处理:自动解冻3小时,稀释至含水率10%,搅拌均匀备用;
(5)人参、生姜、米处理:在30℃温度条件下分别真空干燥10小时,粉碎过300目筛备用;
(6)调制蜂产品:取人参、生姜、大米、有机硒4种成份,按所述配比与步骤(1)所得到的蜂花粉,步骤(2)得到的蜂蜜,步骤(3)得到的蜂胶以及步骤(4)得到的蜂王浆,进行混合,搅拌均匀、装罐。
Claims (2)
1.一种调制蜂产品,其特征在于:由下述原料及重量比制备而成:人参2-5份、生姜3.5-5份、大米10-15份、蜂蜜49-58.5份、蜂王浆20份 、蜂花粉5-10份 、蜂胶1 份 、有机硒0.05-0.08份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种调制蜂产品的制备方法,按下述工艺步骤制备而成:
(1)制备蜂花粉:将精选后的花粉作为原料进行除杂、灭菌、粉碎至4-9目后备用;
(2)蜂蜜处理: 选用纯净蜂蜜,融蜜40-50℃、精滤、脱水,浓缩到含水量5%-18%
(3)蜂胶处理:清洗、3-5℃下冷冻2-3小时后,粉碎至100目,再过滤杂质后备用;
(4)蜂王浆处理:自动解冻2-3小时,稀释至含水率10%,搅拌均匀备用;
(5)人参、生姜处理:30-35℃温度下分别真空干燥10小时,粉碎至250-300目过筛备用;
(6)调制蜂产品:取人参、生姜、有机硒3种成份按所述配比与步骤(1)所得到的蜂花粉、步骤(2)得到的蜂蜜、步骤(3)得到的蜂胶以及步骤(4)得到的蜂王浆进行混合,搅拌均匀、装罐。
