本发明主要涉及车辆的发光单元的光模块(2)的保持装置(8),所述保持装置具有用于将保持装置(8)紧固在光模块(2)的其余部分上的紧固区段(12)和用于将保持装置(8)支承在发光单元的支承销(16)上的支承区段(14),其中,所述支承区段(14)具有至少一个卡锁机构(18),所述卡锁机构与支承销(16)在保持装置(8)的装配状态中构成卡锁连接,并且所述卡锁机构(18)这样构成,使得所述卡锁连接同时构成能够实现光模块(2)围绕支承销(16)的纵轴线(20)的旋转的关节。此外本发明涉及一种光模块以及一种车辆的发光单元。

Description

发光单元的光模块的保持装置、光模块和车辆的发光单元
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于发光单元的光模块的保持装置、一种光模块和一种车辆的发光单元。
背景技术
用于光模块的这样的保持装置、发光单元的光模块和用于车辆的发光单元由现有技术以大量的实施变型方案已知。
发明内容
在这里开始本发明。
本发明的任务是在于改善车辆的发光单元的光模块的保持。
该任务通过一种具有权利要求1的特征的保持装置、一种具有权利要求8的特征的光模块和一种具有权利要求10的特征的发光单元解决。从属权利要求涉及本发明的有利的进一步扩展方案。
本发明的显著的优点尤其是在于,改善车辆的发光单元的光模块的保持。借助本发明可能的是,显著较紧凑并且以较少的构件实现车辆的发光单元的光模块的保持。相应地,本发明即使在具有小的结构空间的发光单元中也能有利地使用。
原则上,按照本发明的保持装置能按照类型、功能、材料、尺寸和布置结构在宽的适合的范围中自由选择。按照本发明的保持装置的一种有利的进一步扩展方案规定,所述保持装置一件式地构成。以这种方式,所述保持装置在需要的构件的数量方面得以进一步减少。相应地简化按照本发明的保持装置的运输、仓储和装配。
按照本发明的保持装置的上面提到的实施形式的一种有利的进一步扩展方案规定,所述保持装置由弹簧板、亦即弹簧钢的板材件构成。弹簧钢相比于其他钢具有高的强度。
按照本发明的保持装置的另一种有利的进一步扩展方案规定,所述支承区段具有定位辅助机构,以用于沿支承销的纵轴线来定位保持装置。由此即使在困难的使用条件下也保证保持装置相对于支承销沿其纵轴线的事先规定的并且借此按照规定的位置。
按照本发明的保持装置的上面提到的实施形式的一种有利的进一步扩展方案规定,所述定位辅助机构这样构成,使得保持装置借助定位辅助机构有弹性贴靠在支承销的定位机构上。以这种方式,能够实现在一方面支承销与另一方面保持装置之间的一定的公差补偿。
按照本发明的保持装置的另一种有利的进一步扩展方案规定,所述至少一个卡锁机构具有至少三个弹簧舌片。由此在保持装置的装配状态中能够实现保持装置与支承销之间的可靠的卡锁连接。在限制于三个弹簧舌片的情况下,此外改善和简化各个弹簧舌片彼此的定向。
按照本发明的保持装置的一种特别有利的进一步扩展方案规定,所述紧固区段具有两个定位辅助机构,以用于相对于光模块的参考部件来定位保持装置。以这种方式,借助保持装置以结构上简单方式保证光模块相对于支承销并且借此相对于发光单元的希望的定向。保持装置相对于光模块的参考部件的该相对的定向对于光模块的按照规定的功能是非常重要的。借助所述定位辅助机构,按照本发明的保持装置可以参考光模块的参考部件,从而在一方面保持装置和另一方面光模块的其余部分进行组合时的构件公差不会以不希望的方式导致光模块的错误位置。
相应地,按照本发明的光模块的一种有利的进一步扩展方案规定,所述光模块具有两个定位机构,以用于相对于光模块的参考部件来定位保持装置,其中,所述两个定位机构分别与保持装置的紧固区段的两个定位辅助机构之一对应地构成。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出车辆的发光单元的按照本发明的光模块的一种实施例。所述车辆构成为轿车并且发光单元构成为车辆前照灯。车辆和发光单元在图1至3中未进一步示出。
光模块2具有包括在其上设置的散热片6的板状构成的冷却体4。此外光模块2具有保持装置8,其中,保持装置8借助保持装置8中的紧固开口9和与此对应的紧固螺钉10拧紧在冷却体4上。保持装置8在本实施例中一件式地构成并且由弹簧板、亦即由弹簧钢制成的唯一的板材件制造。
保持装置8包括用于将保持装置8紧固在光模块2的冷却体4上的紧固区段12和用于将保持装置8支承在发光单元的仅在图3中示出的支承销16上的支承区段14,其中,支承区段14具有卡锁机构18,所述卡锁机构与支承销16在保持装置8的未示出的装配状态中构成卡锁连接。卡锁机构18这样构成,使得卡锁连接同时构成能够实现光模块2围绕支承销16的纵轴线20旋转的关节。参见图3。
如由图1明显得出的,卡锁机构18具有总共四个弹簧舌片22,其中,所述四个弹簧舌片22的各两个构成在保持装置8的装配状态中卡锁地包围支承销16的弹簧舌片对。为此也参见图3,其中在所述保持装置转变到其装配状态中示出保持装置8。
保持装置8的支承区段14此外具有定位辅助机构23,以用于沿支承销16的纵轴线20来定位保持装置8,其中,保持装置8在其装配状态中借助定位辅助机构23弹性地贴靠在支承销16的未示出的定位机构上。支承销16的未示出的定位机构构成为垂直于支承销16的纵轴线20地构成在支承销16上的突出部。定位辅助机构23为了支承销16的定位机构弹性地贴靠在定位辅助机构23上而具有两个侧向的侧面24。
此外,保持装置8的紧固区段12具有两个定位辅助机构26,以用于相对于光模块2的参考部件来定位保持装置8。在本实施例中,所述两个定位辅助机构26分别构成为圆形的开口。光模块2的参考部件构成为光模块2的遮盖框架28,其中,光模块2的所有对于光模块2的照明功能重要的部件相对于光模块2的遮盖框架28定位、亦即定向。
对应地,所有对于光模块2的照明功能重要的部件以及保持装置8参照参考部件、即光模块2的遮盖框架28。在参考部件、亦即遮盖框架28上,构成两个与保持装置8的上面提到的定位辅助机构、亦即开口26对应地构成并且设置的定位机构。遮盖框架28的定位机构构成为定位销30。
以下按照本实施例以及其工作原理借助图1至3进一步解释按照本发明的保持装置、按照本发明的光模块以及按照本发明的用于车辆的发光单元。
首先保持装置8与光模块2的其余部分分开地存在。为了将光模块2的保持装置8紧固在光模块2的其余部分上,保持装置8首先借助紧固夹32插到冷却体4的在图1至3的图平面中分别在上面示出的边缘上。在这里保持装置8同时以希望的方式相对于光模块2的参考部件、即遮盖框架28定向,因为保持装置8借助其开口26插到遮盖框架28的构成为定位销30的并且突出于通过冷却体4的对应的开口的定位机构上。上面提到的开口在冷却体4中未示出。
保持装置8现在以希望的方式贴靠在光模块2的冷却体4上并且保持装置8借助总共四个紧固螺钉10与冷却体4拧紧。因此保持装置8一方面固定在冷却体4上。另一方面保持装置8以希望的方式相对于光模块2的参考部件、即遮盖框架28定向。
为了将光模块2保持在车辆的发光单元的支承销16上,保持装置8转变到其装配状态中;为此尤其是参见图3。在此保持装置8借助卡锁机构18、亦即四个成对设置的弹簧舌片22这样推到支承销16上,使得保持装置8的弹簧舌片22与支承销16在保持装置8的未示出的装配状态中构成卡锁连接。在图3中,示出保持装置8转变到其装配状态中,其中,箭头33象征表示支承销16相对于保持装置8的运动方向。在上面提到的到保持装置8的装配状态中的转变时,保持装置8的弹簧舌片22的在此期间的偏转在图3中借助加点的线34象征表示。
如以上已经说明,保持装置8具有定位辅助机构23,所述定位辅助机构对应于构成在支承销16上的未示出的定位机构。相应地,一方面保持装置8的定位辅助机构23和另一方面支承销16的定位机构在保持装置8转变到其装配状态中时相互嵌接,从而保持装置8在未示出的装配状态中以希望的方式平行、亦即沿支承销16的纵轴线20定向。在此保持装置8的定位辅助机构23的侧面24弹性地贴靠在支承销16的定位机构上。
在保持装置8已转变到其装配状态中之后,光模块2借助保持装置8在支承销16上围绕支承销16的纵轴线20可旋转地固定。对应地,保持装置8的卡锁机构18与支承销16在保持装置8的装配状态中形成卡锁连接,所述卡锁连接同时构成能够实现光模块2围绕支承销16的纵轴线20旋转的关节。相应地,在保持装置8的装配状态中可能的是,使光模块2以本领域技术人员已知的方式相对于发光单元定向,在所述发光单元中在图3中仅示出支承销16。
为此光模块2的遮盖框架28具有调节螺钉连接36,所述调节螺钉连接可借助未示出的螺丝刀操作。所述螺丝刀在此借助在光模块2的冷却体4中的开口38能插入到调节螺钉连接36的调节螺钉中。相应地,光模块2能够在图2和3的相应的图平面中围绕支承销16的仅在图3中示出的纵轴线20枢转直至希望的偏转位置。光模块2然后借助调节螺钉连接锁定在所述希望的偏转位置中。
在图4中示出保持装置的一种备选的结构形式。相同的或相同作用的构件配设有相同的附图标记。保持装置8的在图4中示出的备选的结构形式基本上与按照借助图1至3的上述实施方式的结构形式一致。相应地,可以尽可能参阅上述的实施方式。保持装置8的备选的实施形式因此仅在与按照图1至3的保持装置8的不同的范围中解释。
如由图4可看出的,保持装置8的支承区段14仅具有三个弹簧舌片22。在图4的图平面中在下面示出的弹簧舌片22类似于图1至3构成。在图1至3的图平面中分别在上面示出的弹簧舌片22在按照图4的保持装置8的实施形式中通过唯一的长形的弹簧舌片22代替,其中,该长形的弹簧舌片22在保持装置8的未示出的装配状态中沿支承销16的纵轴线20延伸。构成在支承销16上的定位机构在按照图4的备选方案中相应适配地构成,以便在转变到该保持装置8的装配状态中时与定位辅助机构23嵌接。
本发明不限于本实施例。例如本发明即使在其他的车辆中也能有利地使用。按照本发明的发光单元例如也可以构成为车灯。

Claims (10)

1.车辆的发光单元的光模块(2)的保持装置(8),具有用于将保持装置(8)紧固在光模块(2)的其余部分上的紧固区段(12)和用于将保持装置(8)支承在发光单元的支承销(16)上的支承区段(14),其中,所述支承区段(14)具有至少一个卡锁机构(18),所述卡锁机构与支承销(16)在保持装置(8)的装配状态中构成卡锁连接,并且所述卡锁机构(18)构成为使得所述卡锁连接同时构成能够实现光模块(2)围绕支承销(16)的纵轴线(20)旋转的关节。
2.按照权利要求1所述的保持装置(8),其特征在于,所述保持装置(8)一件式地构成。
3.按照权利要求2所述的保持装置(8),其特征在于,所述保持装置(8)由弹簧板构成。
4.按照权利要求1至3之一所述的保持装置(8),其特征在于,所述支承区段(14)具有定位辅助机构(23),以用于沿支承销(16)的纵轴线(20)来定位保持装置(8)。
5.按照权利要求4所述的保持装置(8),其特征在于,所述定位辅助机构(23)构成为使得保持装置(8)借助定位辅助机构(23)弹性地贴靠在支承销(16)的定位机构上。
6.按照权利要求1至5之一所述的保持装置(8),其特征在于,所述至少一个卡锁机构(18)具有至少三个弹簧舌片(22)。
7.按照权利要求1至6之一所述的保持装置(8),其特征在于,所述紧固区段(12)具有两个定位辅助机构(26),以用于相对于光模块(2)的参考部件(28)来定位保持装置(8)。
8.车辆的发光单元的光模块(2),具有按照权利要求1至7之一所述的保持装置(8),所述保持装置用于将光模块(2)支承在发光单元的支承销(16)上。
9.按照权利要求8所述的光模块(2),其特征在于,所述光模块(2)的参考部件(28)具有两个定位机构(30),以用于相对于参考部件(28)来定位保持装置(8),其中,所述两个定位机构(30)分别与保持装置(8)的紧固区段(12)的两个定位辅助机构(26)之一对应地构成。
10.车辆的发光单元,其具有按照权利要求8或9所述的光模块(2),其中,所述发光单元具有用于支承光模块(2)的支承销(16),所述支承螺栓在保持装置(8)的装配状态中与保持装置(8)的支承区段(14)的所述至少一个卡锁机构(18)构成卡锁连接,并且所述支承销(16)构成为使得所述卡锁连接同时构成能够实现光模块(2)围绕支承销(16)的纵轴线(20)旋转的关节。
