Abstract
本发明涉及一种血液病患者特殊医学用途全营养配方食品,包含如下重量份的组份:蛋白质类物质160‑260份、脂肪类物质200‑280份、碳水化合物350‑550份、膳食纤维类物质30‑70份、复合微量矿物质1‑2.5份、复合宏量矿物质40‑100份、复合维生素5‑15份、酒石酸氢胆碱2.5‑12份,多肽类物质2‑10份。本发明全营养配方食品充分考虑到血液病患者营养需求,配方富含维生素和矿物质,全面补充患者营养,特别是维生素硒等营养素,降低机体氧化应激反应和阻止脂质过氧化,延缓疾病发展进程,改善患者长期预后。经过连续喂养4周的小鼠试验,与血液肿瘤对照组比较,食用本发明全营养配方食品的实验组小鼠骨髓有核细胞计数和骨髓巨核细胞计数均显著增加。

本发明属于特殊医学用途配方食品技术领域,具体涉及一种适用于血液病患者的特殊医学用途全营养配方食品及其制备方法。
背景技术
特殊医学用途配方食品(Foods for Special Medical Purpose,FSMP),是指为了满足进食受限、消化吸收障碍、代谢紊乱或特定疾病状态人群对营养素或膳食的特殊需要,专门加工配制而成的配方食品。这类食品的营养素和(或)其他营养成分的含量与可类比的普通食品有显著不同,必须在医生或临床营养师指导下,单独食用或与其他食品配合食用。全营养配方食品是指可作为单一营养来源满足目标人群营养需求的特殊医学用途配方食品。
恶性血液病患者由于肿瘤所致全身炎症、代谢亢进等机体变化,会出现以瘦体重不成比例下降、代谢紊乱、食欲下降为主要特征的恶病质状态,极易导致营养不良发生。特殊医学用途配方食品应用于临床可以有效改善血液病患者自身的营养状况,增强患者的耐受能力,从而提升各项治疗效果,提高患者的生活质量,还能缩短患者康复进程,在一定程度上节省医疗费用。由于化疗期间,引起的口腔溃疡,恶心,厌食,呕吐,腹泻等现象的存在,血液病患者一般都伴有不同程度的营养不良,改善患者营养状况,提升机体抵抗力,促进骨髓造血恢复,可以使病患取得长期生存的机会,因此对于血液病患者,如何改善其营养状况具有重要的临床意义。
CN201811011953.2公开了一种血液病患者食用的特定全营养配方食品及其制备方法,采用了大量中草药和益生菌类作为活性成分。但对于血液病患者的健康回复情况并没披露相关数据。CN202110250437.0公开了一种用于血液病辅助治疗的中药膳食配方及制备方法,其主要成分是何首乌,当归,熟地黄,白芍和阿胶,从分类上,该专利内容属于中药组合物,而不是特殊医学用途配方食品。
目前针对血液病患者的特殊医学用途配方还少有研究,本发明配方可以填补此类特殊医学用途配方的空白。
发明内容
本发明提供一种适用于血液病患者的特殊医学用途全营养配方食品及其制备方法。
为实现以上目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种血液病患者特殊医学用途全营养配方食品,包含如下重量份的组份:蛋白质类物质160-260份、脂肪类物质200-280份、碳水化合物350-550份、膳食纤维类物质30-70份、复合微量矿物质1-2.5份、复合宏量矿物质40-100份、复合维生素5-15份、酒石酸氢胆碱2.5-12份,多肽类物质2-10份。
进一步的,所述血液病患者特殊医学用途全营养配方食品,包含如下重量份的组份:蛋白质类物质225-245份、脂肪类物质220-250份、碳水化合物410-480份、膳食纤维类物质40-60份、复合微量矿物质1.3-1.8份、复合宏量矿物质50-80份、复合维生素6.4-8.5份、酒石酸氢胆碱4-10份,多肽类物质4-6.5份。
进一步的,所述蛋白质类物质包括160-240份乳清蛋白和30-65份牛奶分离蛋白。
进一步的,所述脂肪类物质包含鱼油微囊粉25-70份,及以低芥酸菜籽油、葵花籽油、中链甘油三酯和可食用载体为原料,经微囊化等工艺加工而成的植物油微囊粉120-335份。植物油微囊粉中中链甘油三酯20-55份、葵花籽油40-80份、低芥酸菜籽油25-50份,其余为可食用载体低聚麦芽糖。

本发明的再一个目的是提供上述特殊医学用途全营养配方食品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)准确称量原辅料
预混料a:包括酒石酸氢胆碱、复合维生素、复合微量矿物质;
预混料b:包括复合宏量矿物质、低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖;
预混料c:包括植物油微囊粉、鱼油微囊粉;
预混料d:包括麦芽糊精、固体玉米糖浆、多肽类物质。
(2)预混料a、b、c、d
将预混料a的辅料转移至三维运动混合机进行混合,转速25-50rpm,搅拌10-20min,得到预混料a;将预混料b的辅料转移至三维运动混合机进行混合,转速25-50rpm,搅拌20-40min,得到预混料b;将预混料c的辅料转移至三维运动混合机进行混合,转速25-50rpm,搅拌30-60min,得到预混料c;将预混料d的辅料转移至三维运动混合机进行混合,转速25-50rpm,搅拌40-60min,得到预混料d。
(3)总混
将预混料a、b转移至三维运动混合机进行混合,转速25-50rpm,搅拌30-60min;将蛋白质类物质转移至三维运动混合机进行混合,转速25-50rpm,搅拌30-60min;将预混料c转移至三维运动混合机进行混合,转速25-50rpm,搅拌30-60min;将预混料d转移至三维运动混合机进行混合,转速25-50rpm,搅拌30-60min,得到成品。
(4)分装及包装
将混合好的成品在无菌条件下进行分装及包装。
以上操作步骤均在符合GB 29923《食品安全国家标准特殊医学用途配方食品良好生产规范》要求的洁净干燥环境内进行。

申请人在之前的专利中202110753094.X公开了一种提高免疫力的特殊医学用途全营养配方食品,本专利配方是之前专利基础上研究得到。主要是在配方中去除了蛋白质类物质中的酪蛋白,增加了硒和锌的加入量,配方中新加入了多肽类功能性物质。本发明提供的特殊医学用途全营养配方食品对于血液病患者,提高免疫力同时,能够对血液病患者回复健康提供帮助。

下面将结合实施例对本发明的实施方案进行详细描述。
实施例1:
一种血液病患者特殊医学用途全营养配方食品,包含如下重量份的组份:蛋白质类物质245份、脂肪类物质220份、碳水化合物410份、膳食纤维类物质50份、复合微量矿物质1.5份、复合宏量矿物质50份、复合维生素8.5份、酒石酸氢胆碱10份,多肽类物质5份。
所述蛋白质类物质为乳清蛋白210份,牛奶分离蛋白35份。
所述脂肪类物质为鱼油微囊粉70份,及以低芥酸菜籽油、葵花籽油、中链甘油三酯和可食用载体为原料,经微囊化等工艺加工而成的植物油微囊粉150份。植物油微囊粉中中链甘油三酯26份、葵花籽油50份、低芥酸菜籽油30份,其余为可食用载体低聚麦芽糖。
所述碳水化合物为麦芽糊精310份和固体玉米糖浆100份。
所述膳食纤维类物质为低聚半乳糖30份、低聚果糖20份。
所述复合微量矿物质为硫酸铜0.02份、焦磷酸铁0.23份、硫酸锰0.02份、亚硒酸钠0.005份、柠檬酸锌0.38份、碘化钾0.002份,余量为复合微量矿物质载体麦芽糊精。
所述复合宏量矿物质为磷酸三钙10份、碳酸镁4份、氯化钾0.5份、磷酸氢二钾4份、柠檬酸钾9份、柠檬酸钠10份、氯化钠6份,余量为复合宏量矿物质载体麦芽糊精。
所述复合维生素为L-抗坏血酸钠2.7份、dl-α-醋酸生育酚1.9份、烟酰胺0.09份、D-泛酸钙0.07份、盐酸吡哆醇0.04份、盐酸硫胺素0.02份、棕榈酸维生素A 0.02份、核黄素0.01份、叶酸0.003份、植物甲萘醌0.0006份、D-生物素0.0003份、胆钙化醇0.0001份、氰钴胺0.00004份,余量为复合维生素载体麦芽糊精。
所述多肽类物质为松茸低聚肽1份、大豆蛋白肽4份。
上述特殊医学用途全营养配方食品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)准确称量原辅料
预混料a:包括酒石酸氢胆碱、复合维生素、复合微量矿物质;
预混料b:包括复合宏量矿物质、低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖;
预混料c:包括植物油微囊粉、鱼油微囊粉;
预混料d:包括麦芽糊精、固体玉米糖浆、松茸低聚肽、大豆蛋白肽。
(2)预混料a、b、c、d
将预混料a的辅料转移至三维运动混合机进行混合,转速25rpm,搅拌20min,得到预混料a;将预混料b的辅料转移至三维运动混合机进行混合,转速25rpm,搅拌40min,得到预混料b;将预混料c的辅料转移至三维运动混合机进行混合,转速25rpm,搅拌60min,得到预混料c;将预混料d的辅料转移至三维运动混合机进行混合,转速25rpm,搅拌60min,得到预混料d。
(3)总混
将预混料a、b转移至三维运动混合机进行混合,转速25rpm,搅拌60min;将蛋白质类物质转移至三维运动混合机进行混合,转速25rpm,搅拌60min;将预混料c转移至三维运动混合机进行混合,转速25rpm,搅拌60min;将预混料d转移至三维运动混合机进行混合,转速25rpm,搅拌60min,得到成品。
(4)分装及包装
将混合好的成品在无菌条件下进行分装及包装。
以上操作步骤均在符合GB 29923《食品安全国家标准特殊医学用途配方食品良好生产规范》要求的洁净干燥环境内进行。
实施例2:
按照和实施例1相同的步骤和方法制备血液病患者特殊医学用途全营养配方食品,区别在于所述配方食品包含如下重量份的组份:蛋白质类物质225份、脂肪类物质230份、碳水化合物470份、膳食纤维类物质60份、复合微量矿物质1.6份、复合宏量矿物质60份、复合维生素6.4份、酒石酸氢胆碱4份、多肽类物质4.7份。
所述蛋白质类物质为170份乳清蛋白和55份牛奶分离蛋白。
所述脂肪类物质为鱼油微囊粉60份,及以低芥酸菜籽油、葵花籽油、中链甘油三酯和可食用载体为原料,经微囊化等工艺加工而成的植物油微囊粉170份。植物油微囊粉中中链甘油三酯30份、葵花籽油58份、低芥酸菜籽油35份,其余为可食用载体低聚麦芽糖。
所述碳水化合物为麦芽糊精390份、固体玉米糖浆80份。
所述膳食纤维类物质为低聚半乳糖35份、低聚果糖25份。
所述复合微量矿物质为硫酸铜0.02份、焦磷酸铁0.25份、硫酸锰0.02份、亚硒酸钠0.008份、柠檬酸锌0.32份、碘化钾0.001份。余量为复合微量矿物质载体麦芽糊精。
所述复合宏量矿物质为磷酸三钙12份、碳酸镁5份、氯化钾1份、磷酸氢二钾5份、柠檬酸钾11份、柠檬酸钠12份、氯化钠7份。余量为复合宏量矿物质载体,所述载体为麦芽糊精。
所述复合维生素为L-抗坏血酸钠1.6份、dl-α-醋酸生育酚1.2份、烟酰胺0.06份、D-泛酸钙0.11份、盐酸吡哆醇0.02份、盐酸硫胺素0.01份、棕榈酸维生素A 0.01份、核黄素0.01份、叶酸0.002份、植物甲萘醌0.0004份、D-生物素0.00026份、胆钙化醇0.0004份、氰钴胺0.00003份。余量为复合维生素载体麦芽糊精。
所述多肽类物质为松茸低聚肽1.3份、大豆蛋白肽3.4份。
实施例3:
按照和实施例1相同的步骤和方法制备血液病患者特殊医学用途全营养配方食品,区别在于所述配方食品包含如下重量份的组份:蛋白质类物质230份、脂肪类物质250份、碳水化合物450份、膳食纤维类物质40份、复合微量矿物质1.8份、复合宏量矿物质80份、复合维生素8份、酒石酸氢胆碱4份、多肽类物质5份。
所述蛋白质类物质为190份乳清蛋白和40份牛奶分离蛋白。
所述脂肪类物质为鱼油微囊粉50份,及以低芥酸菜籽油、葵花籽油、中链甘油三酯和可食用载体为原料,经微囊化等工艺加工而成的植物油微囊粉200份。植物油微囊粉中中链甘油三酯35份、葵花籽油72份、低芥酸菜籽油38份,其余为可食用载体低聚麦芽糖。
所述碳水化合物为麦芽糊精400份、固体玉米糖浆50份。
所述膳食纤维类物质为低聚半乳糖20份、低聚果糖20份。

实施例4:
按照和实施例1相同的步骤和方法制备血液病患者特殊医学用途全营养配方食品,区别在于所述配方食品包含如下重量份的组份:蛋白质类物质230份、脂肪类物质220份、碳水化合物480份、膳食纤维类物质45份、复合微量矿物质1.3份、复合宏量矿物质70份、复合维生素7份、酒石酸氢胆碱7份、多肽类物质5.5份。
所述蛋白质类物质为180份乳清蛋白和50份牛奶分离蛋白。
所述脂肪类物质为鱼油微囊粉55份,及以低芥酸菜籽油、葵花籽油、中链甘油三酯和可食用载体为原料,经微囊化等工艺加工而成的植物油微囊粉165份。植物油微囊粉中中链甘油三酯30份、葵花籽油55份、低芥酸菜籽油32份,其余为可食用载体低聚麦芽糖。
所述碳水化合物为麦芽糊精420份、固体玉米糖浆60份。
所述膳食纤维类物质为低聚半乳糖15份、低聚果糖30份。
所述复合微量矿物质为硫酸铜0.01份、焦磷酸铁0.16份、硫酸锰0.01份、亚硒酸钠0.01份、柠檬酸锌0.41份、碘化钾0.001份。余量为复合微量矿物质载体,主要为麦芽糊精。
所述复合宏量矿物质为磷酸三钙14份、碳酸镁6.5份、氯化钾1份、磷酸氢二钾6份、柠檬酸钾13份、柠檬酸钠14份、氯化钠8份。余量为复合宏量矿物质载体,所述载体为麦芽糊精。
所述复合维生素为L-抗坏血酸钠2.2份、dl-α-醋酸生育酚1.6份、烟酰胺0.08份、D-泛酸钙0.06份、盐酸吡哆醇0.03份、盐酸硫胺素0.02份、棕榈酸维生素A 0.02份、核黄素0.02份、叶酸0.002份、植物甲萘醌0.0005份、D-生物素0.0002份、胆钙化醇0.0001份、氰钴胺0.00005份。余量为复合维生素载体,主要为麦芽糊精。
所述多肽类物质为松茸低聚肽1.2份、大豆蛋白肽4.3份。
实施例5
其他条件和方法和实施例4相同,区别在于所述多肽类物质为松茸低聚肽5.5份,即不加入大豆蛋白肽。
实施例6
其他条件和方法和实施例4相同,区别在于所述多肽类物质为大豆蛋白肽5.5份,即不加入松茸低聚肽。
应用例
采用实施例1-6制备的配方食品对血液肿瘤小鼠健康状况改善作用进行试验,选用SPF级615雄性小鼠8只,体重18-22g,作为正常对照组;血液病模型小鼠是SPF级615小鼠皮下注射L615K淋巴细胞白血病细胞形成血液病模型小鼠,注射量3×106个/只,得到血液病模型小鼠56只,雄性,体重18-22g,随机分为血液肿瘤对照组、实验组1(喂养实施例1所得食品配方)、实验组2(喂养实施例2所得食品配方)、实验组3(喂养实施例3所得食品配方),实验组4(喂养实施例4所得食品配方),实验组5(喂养实施例5所得食品配方),实验组6(喂养实施例6所得食品配方),共5组,每组8只。实验组小鼠受试样品为按照本发明实施例1-6配方制备的制剂,灌胃剂量为1.7g/(kg·d),对照组小鼠给予等量生理盐水。动物实验前观察适应7天,实验期间除灌胃样品外自由饮水、饮食,连续喂养2周。
检测指标:喂养2周后提取小鼠血液,检测各组小鼠骨髓有核细胞计数和骨髓巨核细胞计数水平。结果如下表:

骨髓细胞计数是反映血液肿瘤患者机体健康状况的指标,骨髓有核细胞计数减少提示造血组织功能减退,如再生障碍性贫血。骨髓巨核细胞计数减少,提示各种急性白血病、血小板减少性紫癜等。动物实验表明,实验组1-6与正常对照组相比,血液肿瘤对照组小鼠骨髓有核细胞计数和骨髓巨核细胞计数均显著减少(p<0.05);与血液肿瘤对照组比较,实验组小鼠骨髓有核细胞计数和骨髓巨核细胞计数均显著增加(p<0.05)。实验组5,6小鼠与血液肿瘤对照组相比,骨髓有核细胞计数和骨髓巨核细胞计数也有显著增加,但效果不如实验组4,说明松茸低聚肽和大豆蛋白肽之间存在一定的协同作用。
以上实施例仅为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明保护范围不仅局限于此,根据本发明的技术方案及发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种血液病患者特殊医学用途全营养配方食品,包含如下重量份的组份:蛋白质类物质160-260份、脂肪类物质200-280份、碳水化合物350-550份、膳食纤维类物质30-70份、复合微量矿物质1-2.5份、复合宏量矿物质40-100份、复合维生素5-15份、酒石酸氢胆碱2.5-12份,多肽类物质2-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的血液病患者特殊医学用途全营养配方食品,其特征在于,包含如下重量份的组份:蛋白质类物质225-245份、脂肪类物质220-250份、碳水化合物410-480份、膳食纤维类物质40-60份、复合微量矿物质1.3-1.8份、复合宏量矿物质50-80份、复合维生素6.4-8.5份、酒石酸氢胆碱4-10份,多肽类物质4-6.5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的血液病患者特殊医学用途全营养配方食品,其特征在于,所述蛋白质类物质包括160-240份乳清蛋白和30-65份牛奶分离蛋白。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的血液病患者特殊医学用途全营养配方食品,其特征在于,所述脂肪类物质包含鱼油微囊粉25-70份,及以低芥酸菜籽油、葵花籽油、中链甘油三酯和可食用载体为原料,经微囊化等工艺加工而成的植物油微囊粉120-335份。植物油微囊粉中中链甘油三酯20-55份、葵花籽油40-80份、低芥酸菜籽油25-50份,其余为可食用载体低聚麦芽糖。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的血液病患者特殊医学用途全营养配方食品,其特征在于,所述碳水化合物包含麦芽糊精300-500份、固体玉米糖浆40-120份;和/或所述膳食纤维类物质包括低聚半乳糖10-50份、低聚果糖10-40份。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的血液病患者特殊医学用途全营养配方食品,其特征在于,所述复合微量矿物质包括硫酸铜0.01-0.04份、焦磷酸铁0.09-0.48份、硫酸锰0.01-0.04份、亚硒酸钠0.005-0.03份、柠檬酸锌0.2-0.6份、碘化钾0.0005-0.0032份,余量为复合微量矿物质载体麦芽糊精;和/或所述复合宏量矿物质包括磷酸三钙4-39份、碳酸镁1-15份、氯化钾0.2-2份、磷酸氢二钾2-16份、柠檬酸钾3-35份、柠檬酸钠3-37份、氯化钠2-21份,余量为复合宏量矿物质载体麦芽糊精。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的血液病患者特殊医学用途全营养配方食品,其特征在于,所述复合维生素包括L-抗坏血酸钠0.8-5.3份、dl-α-醋酸生育酚0.5-3.8份、烟酰胺0.03-0.2份、D-泛酸钙0.02-0.15份、盐酸吡哆醇0.01-0.07份、盐酸硫胺素0.01-0.04份、棕榈酸维生素A0.01-0.04份、核黄素0.004-0.03份、叶酸0.001-0.01份、植物甲萘醌0.0002-0.0013份、D-生物素0.0001-0.0006份、胆钙化醇0.0001-0.0005份、氰钴胺0.00001-0.00008份,余量为复合维生素载体麦芽糊精。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的血液病患者特殊医学用途全营养配方食品,其特征在于,所述多肽类物质包括松茸低聚肽1-1.5份,大豆蛋白肽3-5份。
