The garbage separating device has the advantages that the garbage separating device can alternatively rotate in the forward direction and the reverse direction, residual garbage at each corner position in the empty garbage can be separated from garbage points, the garbage separating effect is further improved, and the garbage recycling rate is improved.
The clamp assembly 4 of this embodiment also includes a first sensor disposed on the clamp plate 44 for measuring the weight of an empty trash bag separated from the trash. When the weight measured by the first sensor is greater than or equal to the first preset value, the first driving member 42 can be driven to rotate, so that the clamping plate 44 and the empty garbage bag rotate synchronously.
Specifically, the first driving member 42 may be a conventional driving structure such as a motor, a hydraulic cylinder or an air cylinder, and the second driving member 43 may be a rotary motor. The first sensor is a weight sensor. The first preset value can be set autonomously by a person skilled in the art according to actual conditions. For example, the first set value may be 0.05kg, 0.1kg, 0.15kg, or the like.
The number of the clamping plates 44 of the present embodiment is two, and the two clamping plates 44 are oppositely arranged and have three working positions. Of course, the number of decks 44 may also be three, four, or more than four. The clamps 44 are in the first operative position when the clamps 44 are in the horizontal orientation before the bag is undamped. When the lifting rod 41 drives the clamping plates 44 to extend into the accommodating box 31, the two clamping plates 44 rotate downwards until the garbage bag is clamped, and at the moment, the clamping plates 44 are located at the second working position. When the bag is broken and the waste falls, the two jaws 44 continue to move towards each other to grip an empty bag, with the jaws 44 now in the third operating position.
Preferably, the side of the clamping plate 44 facing the garbage bag is provided with clamping teeth 441. The clamping plate 44 is an isosceles triangular plate, the bottom outer edge side of the clamping plate 44 is provided with a plurality of conical cylinders, and a plurality of conical bodies form clamping teeth 441. As shown in fig. 3, the automatic bag breaker further comprises a second sensor located at the bottom of the collecting bucket 5 for measuring the weight of the collecting bucket 5. The second sensor of this embodiment is a weight sensor, which can monitor the weight of the collecting bucket 5 in real time. When the second sensor detects that the weight of the collecting bucket 5 reaches a certain value, an electric signal can be sent to the control unit, so that the control unit sends out a light prompt or a sound prompt for replacing the collecting bucket 5.
It should be noted that, a person skilled in the art can set the replacement weight of the collecting bucket 5 autonomously according to actual conditions, and the setting is not limited in detail here. For example, the replacement weight of the collecting bucket 5 may be 5kg, 7kg, 10kg, or the like.
Preferably, a guide channel 6 is arranged right above the collecting barrel 5, the guide channel 6 is arranged on the frame of the shell 1, and the empty garbage bag clamped by the clamping plate assembly 4 can fall into the collecting barrel 5 through the guide channel 6, so that the empty garbage bag is prevented from falling into the outer part of the collecting barrel 5.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the guide passage 6 has substantially the same structure as the housing box 31 of the cutting table 3, and is a rectangular box body with openings at the upper and lower ends. The inner wall at the top of the guide channel 6 inclines outwards to form a flared opening, so that the garbage bag is guided to fall into the collecting barrel 5.
In order to enable empty garbage bags to quickly enter the collecting barrel 5, the fan is arranged in the guide channel 6 and can generate wind power which moves upwards and downwards along the guide channel 6 and suck the garbage bags into the guide channel 6, and therefore the garbage bags can quickly and accurately fall into the collecting barrel 5.
The foregoing embodiments are merely illustrative of the principles and features of this invention, which is not limited to the above-described embodiments, but rather is susceptible to various changes and modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, which changes and modifications are within the scope of the invention as claimed. The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims and equivalents thereof.

Claims (10)

1. An automatic bag breaking machine, comprising:
the conveying mechanism (2) is used for conveying the garbage bags;
the cutting table (3) comprises an accommodating box (31), a turning plate (32) and a cutter (33), wherein the accommodating box (31) is arranged at the tail end of the conveying mechanism (2); the cutter (33) is arranged at the bottom of the containing box (31) in a sliding mode to cut the garbage bag; the turning plate (32) is rotatably arranged at the bottom of the accommodating box (31) and is configured to be capable of sealing the bottom opening of the accommodating box (31) so as to bear the garbage bag; or, after the garbage bag is cut, the bottom opening of the containing box (31) is opened;
a collecting barrel (5) for receiving the cut garbage bag; and
a clamp assembly (4) comprising a lifting rod (41) and at least two clamps (44), said lifting rod (41) being slidably arranged between said containing box (31) and said collecting tub (5), said at least two clamps (44) being configured to be mutually approached for clamping said garbage bag; or away from each other to release the garbage bags.
2. The automatic bag breaker according to claim 1, characterized in that said clamp assembly (4) further comprises:
the first driving piece (42) is in transmission connection with at least two clamping plates (44) so as to drive the clamping plates (44) to move close to or away from each other;
and the second driving piece (43) is arranged on the lifting rod (41), and an output shaft of the second driving piece (43) is rotationally connected with the first driving piece (42).
3. The automatic bag-breaking machine according to claim 2, characterized in that said clamp assembly (4) further comprises:
a first sensor arranged on the clamping plate (44) for measuring the weight of the garbage bag separated from the garbage;
the second driving member (43) is configured to drive the first driving member (42) to rotate when the weight measured by the first sensor is greater than or equal to a first preset value, so that the clamping plate (44) and the garbage bag rotate synchronously.
4. The automatic bag breaker according to claim 1, characterized in that the number of said flaps (32) is two, two of said flaps (32) being provided as a split door, a gap being formed between the two flaps (32); the cutter (33) is arranged in the gap in a sliding mode along the extending direction of the gap.
5. The automatic bag breaker according to claim 1, characterized in that the side of the clamping plate (44) facing the waste bag is provided with clamping teeth (441).
6. The automatic bag breaker of claim 1, further comprising;
a second sensor located at the bottom of the collection tub (5) for measuring the weight of the collection tub (5).
7. The automatic bag breaker according to claim 6, characterized in that said collecting tub (5) has a guide channel (51) above, the inner wall of the top of said guide channel (51) being inclined outwards forming a flare.
8. An automatic bag-breaking machine according to claim 7, characterized in that a fan is arranged in said guide channel (51) for sucking said waste bag into said guide channel (51).
9. The automatic bag breaker of claim 1, further comprising;
the shell (1) is provided with a closed cavity, and the conveying mechanism (2), the cutting table (3), the collecting barrel (5) and the clamping plate assembly (4) are uniformly distributed in the cavity; a feeding door (11) is arranged on the shell (1), and the feeding door (11) is positioned right above the conveying mechanism (2);
an inductive door lock (14) configured to be able to open the dispensing door when triggered.
10. A waste sorting device comprising an automatic bag breaker according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
