The porridge cooking control method of claim 5, wherein the ratio of the first power to the initial power is 1/3-1/2, the ratio of the second power to the initial power is 1/2-1, the first heating time period is more than 5s, the second heating time period is 3s-5s, the preset frequency is that the opening time period of the whipping assembly is 1s-2s, and the closing time period is 1s-2 s.
7. The porridge control method of claim 1, wherein after the alternately turning on the heating assembly and the whipping assembly, the method further comprises:
acquiring the number of times of alternately starting a heating assembly and a whipping assembly;
judging whether the alternate opening times of the heating assembly and the whipping assembly are more than or equal to a first preset time;
and if the alternate opening times of the heating assembly and the whipping assembly are more than or equal to a first preset time, controlling the heating assembly to heat for 3s-5s at a first power, controlling the whipping assembly to operate at a preset frequency, and alternately opening the heating assembly and the whipping assembly for a third preset time to finish cooking.
8. A porridge cooking control device is characterized by comprising:
the temperature detection module is used for acquiring the real-time temperature in the cooking appliance;
a heating assembly for heating food material within the cooking appliance;
a whipping assembly for whipping a food material within the cooking appliance;
the control module is used for controlling the heating assembly to heat the food material at the initial power and periodically starting the whipping assembly; judging whether the real-time temperature in the cooking appliance is greater than a preset temperature threshold value or not; and if the real-time temperature in the cooking appliance is greater than the preset temperature threshold value, alternately starting the heating assembly and the whipping assembly.
9. A cooking appliance comprising at least one processor, and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor, wherein the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to cause the at least one processor to perform the congee cooking control method of any one of claims 1-7.
10. A storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, characterized in that the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the porridge cooking control method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
