本发明公开了空调后置伸缩帘自动切割装置,包括机座,所述机座的顶部设有输送槽,所述输送槽背面一端的顶部设有安装槽,所述输送槽底部的一侧设有相互连通的固定槽,所述安装槽正面一端的底部设有导杆,所述导杆的外侧套设有相互配合的导套,所述安装槽的一侧设有压合定位组件,所述机座内部顶部的一侧设有位移接料组件;本发明通过可分拆组合的第一切刀与第二切刀,可根据需求组合成完整单个切割面或分离两组切割面的切刀形态,使用一组切割机构或两组切割机构进行伸缩帘切割工作,并在丝杆及内螺纹套块的配合下调节第一切刀和第二切刀的分离间距,便于根据不同规格型号切割需求的伸缩帘进行调节,实现高效连续化切割工作。

本发明涉及切割装置技术领域,具体为空调后置伸缩帘自动切割装置。
背景技术
现有的窗式空调,用户安装的伸缩帘为挤拉成型零件,零件横截面为固定形状,由于受零件结构限制,装配结构一般使用伸缩帘插条结构,将伸缩帘从上往下插入到窗式空调侧边安装使用,在伸缩帘加工期间,往往需要使用切割装置将伸缩帘按指定长宽进行切割工作;
当前的切割装置在实际使用时,由于伸缩帘可以拉长和缩短,在与切刀相互接触时可能产生错位和滑脱,并且伸缩帘在输送期间也会产生水平凸起以及褶皱现象,从而导致切刀的切割点位无法与伸缩帘稳定的对应切割,增加伸缩帘切割后产生的瑕疵,降低伸缩帘加工生产成效;在伸缩帘进行切割工作时,往往是单独对一组切刀进行位置调节以及切割工作,但在连续化加工生产作业中,单独通过一组切刀进行切割工作效率较慢,并且机器的位置移动流程也会随之增多,降低伸缩帘连续式加工生产的切割效率;切割后的伸缩帘往往都是自动滑落在接料槽内,但在接料槽内存满时,操作人员难以第一时间得知,对接料槽进行更换,并且接料槽的更换工作较为频繁,增加装置使用的局限性和不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供空调后置伸缩帘自动切割装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的相关问题。

1、本发明通过可分拆组合的第一切刀与第二切刀,可根据需求组合成完整单个切割面或分离两组切割面的切刀形态,使用一组切割机构或两组切割机构进行伸缩帘切割工作,并在丝杆及内螺纹套块的配合下调节第一切刀和第二切刀的分离间距,便于根据不同规格型号切割需求的伸缩帘进行调节,实现高效连续化切割工作,同时可以将组合的第一切刀与第二切刀下降至清刷筒内,配合吸风机的对应对切割机构的表面进行清理工作,增加装置的功能性和切割机构维护工作的便捷性。
2、本发明利用压合定位组件的相互配合,可在切割与伸缩帘切割接触前,通过内套管带动按压定位块在弹簧和外套管的弹性伸缩下预先对伸缩帘按压,期间通过两组压辊与平铺状态的伸缩帘相互接触,进而配合内套管的活动升降促使两组活动臂活动展开,促使活动臂带动压辊沿伸缩帘的中心处由内而外展开,对伸缩帘表面进行辊压并停留至伸缩帘两侧面进行贴合固定,从而抑制了伸缩帘在输送期间产生褶皱和水平凸起现象,增加伸缩帘的定位夹持功效,提高切割机构运作的稳定性和切割工作的精确性。
3、本发明通过位移接料组件的相互配合,可使用四组带有旋转移动功能的定位凹台上方搭载的接料槽进行伸缩帘接料工作,而利用每组定位凹台下方安设的称重传感器与接料槽相互贴合,这样当接料槽内存料的重量需求超出指定的标准后,可自动通过控制台启动驱动电机,迫使驱动电机带动主动齿轮和从动齿轮啮合联动促使旋转柱带动四组定位凹台上方的接料槽自动换位,即可实现连续式接料工作,便于操作人员一次对四组接料槽进行拆取,减少了操作人员频繁更换接料槽的操作流程,增加装置实际使用的灵活性和实用性。

作为本实施例的优选方案:固定槽3内部的底部设有收集槽,且收集槽的顶部设有吸风机,两组固定板23相互靠近一侧的中间位置处设有环形导向槽,且环形导向槽的内侧套设有清刷筒,而清刷筒外侧的底部设有外齿环,固定槽3一侧的中间位置处设有安装块,且安装块的顶部套设有转杆及齿盘,而齿盘与外齿环相互啮合,可通过手动旋转转杆和齿盘带动外齿环及清刷筒整体旋转,对切割机构进行清理工作,配合吸风机的吸尘功效,增加切割机构维护工作的便捷性。
作为本实施例的优选方案:安装架16的底部设有刻度线,调节槽17内部顶部的一侧设有导向槽,且导向槽的内侧设有与内螺纹套块20相互连接的导向块,内螺纹套块20的顶部设有与刻度线相互对应配合的指针,便于根据指针和刻度线的配合对内螺纹套块20下方安设的第二切刀19的移动位置进行间距调节,增加第二切刀19调节工作的精确性。
作为本实施例的优选方案:外套管807外侧底部的两侧设有伸缩杆,且伸缩杆相互远离的一侧设有滑轮,两组活动臂803的内侧设有限位滑槽,且限位滑槽与滑轮相互适配,促使活动臂移动展开时带动滑轮在伸缩杆的伸缩结构以及限位滑槽的导向结构相互配合下限位移动,内套管805的底部设有按压定位块,可以对需要切割的伸缩帘进行按压定位。
作为本实施例的优选方案:旋转柱122外侧底部的四角处设有连接架,且连接架与定位凹台124相互连接,四组定位凹台124的顶部设有环形凹槽,且环形凹槽与接料槽125相互适配,便于将接料槽125卡入环形凹槽内,增加接料槽安放的固定效果和拆装拿放工作的便捷性。
实施例1,如图1-3所示,在输送槽2内的伸缩帘切割后,可随着后续伸缩帘的输送推动切割后的伸缩帘从导料滑台10的导向处掉落,期间可手动旋转转把带动一组转棍旋转,迫使三组转棍在齿轮组的啮合适配下同时转动,进而产生堵塞或停滞状态的伸缩帘进行接触导向,防止伸缩帘集中在导料滑台10内无法下落,利用一组接料槽125对与导料滑台10下方的下料口处相互对应,即可对下落的伸缩帘接收,当一组接料槽125存满时,可通过称重传感器126感应接料槽125内的储存重量,并在重量超出预设值后,可通过控制台9自动启动驱动电机12带动主动齿轮121和从动齿轮123啮合联动,迫使从动齿轮123带动旋转柱122整体旋转,而利用旋转柱122的转动即可带动四组定位凹台124同时转动,让新的一组接料槽125与导料滑台10下方的下料口进行对应,进行新一轮的接料工作,此时便可对存满后的接料槽125进行拿取更换,也可在后续同时对四组接料槽125进行更换操作,增加伸缩帘接料工作的灵活性和便捷性。
实施例2,如图2和图7所示,当需要对第一切刀18和第二切刀19进行清理工作时,可将安装架16整体下降带动第一切刀18与第二切刀19伸入清刷筒内,接着可手动旋转转杆和齿盘旋转,迫使齿盘与外齿环相互啮合,让清刷筒在环形导向槽的配合下旋转,对伸入的第一切刀18和第二切刀19的表面进行擦刷清理工作,并此时可通过控制台9启动吸风机,通过吸风机的输出端与清刷筒的下方相互对应,进而对清除的碎屑和灰尘吸收至收集槽内储存,便于后续的清理工作,可以使装置自动对第一切刀18与第二切刀19进行维护工作。
工作原理:当装置使用时,可通过控制台9分别启动电动推杆801和电动气缸11与第一伺服电机15以及第二伺服电机22,首先利用输送槽2与需要输送切割的伸缩帘相互对接,促使伸缩帘得以在输送槽2内位移输送,当伸缩帘延伸至输送槽2内的切割处时,可通过电动推杆801的启动带动升降座802整体下降,随着升降座802的下降带动内套管805和按压定位块预先接触伸缩帘表面,并在弹簧806的弹性伸缩以及外套管807的导向配合下促使内套管805整体伸缩,此时通过两组压辊804接触伸缩帘表面,并随着升降座802的整体下降带动压辊804在活动臂803的活动配合下在伸缩帘由内向外展开辊压,并最终通过两组压辊804对辊压后伸缩帘的两侧面贴合固定,即可对伸缩帘进行按压定位,此时便可在第一伺服电机15的启动下带动螺纹柱14旋转,迫使内螺纹管13在螺纹柱14的转动下带动导套6在导杆5的导向下移动,利用导套6的整体移动带动安装座7和电动气缸11与需要切割伸缩帘的位置处相互对应,接着通过电动气缸11的启动下带动安装架16整体下降,随着安装架16的下降即可带动第一切刀18和第二切刀19对伸缩帘进行自动切割工作,在进行连续式输送切割时,可根据需求旋转第二伺服电机22,通过第二伺服电机22带动丝杆21转动,迫使内螺纹套块20在丝杆21的转动下位置移动,即可使内螺纹套块20带动第二切刀19取消与第一切刀18的结合,此时在第一切刀18与第二切刀19的分离状态下形成两组切割机构,便可根据需要不同规格型号的伸缩帘进行双重分段切割工作,有效的加强伸缩帘的切割效率,增加装置的功能性和实用性。

1.空调后置伸缩帘自动切割装置,包括机座(1),其特征在于:所述机座(1)的顶部设有输送槽(2),所述输送槽(2)背面一端的顶部设有安装槽(4),所述输送槽(2)底部的一侧设有相互连通的固定槽(3),所述安装槽(4)正面一端的底部设有导杆(5),所述导杆(5)的外侧套设有相互配合的导套(6),所述安装槽(4)的一侧设有压合定位组件,所述机座(1)内部顶部的一侧设有位移接料组件;
所述安装槽(4)内部的一侧设有第一伺服电机(15),所述第一伺服电机(15)的输出端设有螺纹柱(14),所述螺纹柱(14)的外侧设有与导套(6)相互连接的内螺纹管(13),所述固定槽(3)内部顶部的两侧设有固定板(23),所述输送槽(2)内部的一侧开设有导料滑台(10),所述导套(6)顶部的一端设有安装座(7),所述安装座(7)的顶部设有电动气缸(11),所述电动气缸(11)的输出端设有安装架(16),所述安装架(16)内侧两侧的底部设有调节槽(17),所述调节槽(17)的一侧设有第二伺服电机(22),所述第二伺服电机(22)的输出端设有丝杆(21),所述丝杆(21)的外侧设有螺纹适配的内螺纹套块(20),所述内螺纹套块(20)的底部设有相互连接的第二切刀(19),所述调节槽(17)底部的一侧设有与第二切刀(19)相互适配的第一切刀(18),所述机座(1)正面一端的底部设有控制台(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空调后置伸缩帘自动切割装置,其特征在于:所述压合定位组件的一侧设有固定座(8),所述固定座(8)的一侧设有电动推杆(801),所述电动推杆(801)的输出端设有升降座(802),所述升降座(802)底部的中间位置处设有外套管(807),所述外套管(807)的内侧分别套设有弹簧(806)和内套管(805),所述升降座(802)底部靠近外套管(807)的两侧铰接有活动臂(803),两组所述活动臂(803)的底部设有压辊(804)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的空调后置伸缩帘自动切割装置,其特征在于:所述位移接料组件内部顶部的一侧设有驱动电机(12),所述驱动电机(12)的输出端设有主动齿轮(121),所述机座(1)内部底部的一侧套设有旋转柱(122),所述旋转柱(122)外侧的底部设有四组定位凹台(124),四组所述定位凹台(124)底部相互远离的一侧设有称重传感器(126),四组所述定位凹台(124)的顶部设有接料槽(125),所述旋转柱(122)外侧的顶部设有与主动齿轮(121)相互啮合的从动齿轮(123)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的空调后置伸缩帘自动切割装置,其特征在于:所述机座(1)正面一端的一侧设有仓门,所述机座(1)的一侧设有通口,且通口与接料槽(125)相互适配,所述输送槽(2)内部底部的一侧设有导料台,且导料台与导料滑台(10)相互配合,所述导料滑台(10)内部的底部排设有三组转辊,且三组转辊的外侧的一侧设有相互啮合的齿轮组以及一组转把,所述导料滑台(10)的底部设有下料口,且下料口与一组接料槽(125)相互对应。
5.根据权利要求1所述的空调后置伸缩帘自动切割装置,其特征在于:所述固定槽(3)内部的底部设有收集槽,且收集槽的顶部设有吸风机,两组所述固定板(23)相互靠近一侧的中间位置处设有环形导向槽,且环形导向槽的内侧套设有清刷筒,而清刷筒外侧的底部设有外齿环,所述固定槽(3)一侧的中间位置处设有安装块,且安装块的顶部套设有转杆及齿盘,而齿盘与外齿环相互啮合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的空调后置伸缩帘自动切割装置,其特征在于:所述安装架(16)的底部设有刻度线,所述调节槽(17)内部顶部的一侧设有导向槽,且导向槽的内侧设有与内螺纹套块(20)相互连接的导向块,所述内螺纹套块(20)的顶部设有与刻度线相互对应配合的指针。
7.根据权利要求2所述的空调后置伸缩帘自动切割装置,其特征在于:所述外套管(807)外侧底部的两侧设有伸缩杆,且伸缩杆相互远离的一侧设有滑轮,两组所述活动臂(803)的内侧设有限位滑槽,且限位滑槽与滑轮相互适配,所述内套管(805)的底部设有按压定位块。
8.根据权利要求3所述的空调后置伸缩帘自动切割装置,其特征在于:所述旋转柱(122)外侧底部的四角处设有连接架,且连接架与定位凹台(124)相互连接,四组所述定位凹台(124)的顶部设有环形凹槽,且环形凹槽与接料槽(125)相互适配。
