本发明涉及保健食品技术领域,更具体地说,尤其涉及一种功能性健康食品的组成成分及配方。
背景技术
保健食品是指声称具有特定保健功能或以补充维生素、矿物质为目的的食品,即适宜于特定人群食用,具有调节机体功能,不以治疗疾病为目的,并且对人体不产生任何急性、亚急性或慢性危害。其中许多草本植物既是食品又是药品的物品名单,例如山药、山楂、马齿苋、乌梢蛇、乌梅、木瓜、肉豆蔻、赤小豆、阿胶、昆布、枣(大枣、酸枣、黑枣)等。随着生活节奏快,工作压力大,饮食不规律,营养不均衡,长时间如此,对自身的身体健康也会产生极大的危害,人群众普遍存在体内多湿、过劳、亚健康、阴虚火旺、上热下寒等症状亚健康状态,为此,我们提出一种功能性健康食品的组成成分及配方。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种功能性健康食品的组成成分及配方,解决亚健康人群、老年人群、工作疲劳人群、术后虚弱人群、三高人群等的膳食调理。填补以石斛、山药、茯苓等为组方,达到所用食材相须相使,协同增效的药食同源食品的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种功能性健康食品的组成成分及配方,包括如下步骤:
S1、组成成分:石斛1-3克、淮山药7-9克、茯苓2-5克、大枣2-4克、枸杞1-4克、小米12-16克、黑芝麻4-6克;
S2、筛选:根据药典级地方特色食品标准选取石斛、淮山药、茯苓、大枣、枸杞、小米和黑芝麻;
S3、材质清理:将石斛、淮山药、茯苓、大枣、枸杞、小米和黑芝麻中的杂质清除,并剔除其中坏掉的药材,然后将石斛、淮山药、茯苓、大枣、枸杞、小米和黑芝麻分类进行清洗;
S4、材质干燥:清洗后的石斛、淮山药、茯苓、大枣、枸杞、小米和黑芝麻捞出沥干药材表面的水分,然后放入干燥设备中进行干燥处理;
S5、低温烘焙:将干燥后的药材,分类放入低温烘焙机进行烘熟、脱水、消毒杀毒;
S6、分别研磨:低温烘焙结束后,将石斛、淮山药、茯苓、大枣、枸杞、小米和黑芝麻分别研磨成10-25微米的超微颗粒;
S7、各种物质均匀混合:将粉碎后的各组分药材颗粒均导入搅拌机中,进行混合,使得石斛、淮山药、茯苓、大枣、枸杞、小米和黑芝麻各种药材颗粒均匀的混合在一起,形成药材混合物;
S8、过筛:将药材混合物进行过筛处理,筛选处复合条件的,去除药材混合物中粉碎不达标的颗粒,并将不达标的颗粒进行再次研磨直至达到标准;
S9、成型:采用杀菌装袋或烘焙制作成饼干装盒及制成药膳粥和植物饮料固体饮料中任一种产品。
优选的,在步骤S4、材质干燥和过程中,将淮山药、茯苓、大枣、枸杞、小米和黑芝麻放入热风烘干机中,其中热风烘干机的温度范围60℃~70℃,当烘干至水分含量为6.3%-9.2%时,达到要求的含水标准后,即可从烘干机内取出。
优选的,在步骤S5、低温烘焙中,低温烘焙过程需要严格控制两个参数:产品烘熟后,内部温度100℃左右,外表温度在78℃左右,烘焙时间,根据原材料种类不同具体确定。
优选的,所述低温烘焙中药材达到要求的含水标准2.5%-3.5%后,即可停止烘焙。
优选的,所述石斛2克、淮山药8克、茯苓4克、大枣3克、枸杞3克、小米15克、黑芝麻5克。
优选的,所述组成成分中采用石斛干条(或枫斗)、淮山药干、茯苓干和大枣干。

S3、材质干燥:清洗后的石斛、淮山药、茯苓、大枣、枸杞、小米和黑芝麻捞出沥干药材表面的水分,将淮山药、茯苓、大枣、枸杞、小米和黑芝麻放入热风烘干机中,其中热风烘干机的温度范围60℃~70℃,当烘干至水分含量为6.3%-9.2%时,达到要求的含水标准后,即可从烘干机内取出;
S4、低温烘焙:将干燥后的药材,分类放入低温烘焙机进行烘熟、脱水、消毒杀毒;低温烘焙过程需要严格控制两个参数:产品烘熟后,内部温度100℃左右,外表温度在78℃左右,烘焙时间:石斛3min、淮山药2min、茯苓2min、大枣1min、枸杞2min、小米2min、黑芝麻1min;若低温烘焙中药材达到要求的含水标准2.5%-3.5%后,即可停止烘焙。
S5、分别研磨:低温烘焙结束后,将石斛、淮山药、茯苓、大枣、枸杞、小米和黑芝麻分别研磨成10-25微米的超微颗粒;
S6、各种物质均匀混合:将粉碎后的各组分药材颗粒均导入搅拌机中,进行混合,使得石斛、淮山药、茯苓、大枣、枸杞、小米和黑芝麻各种药材颗粒均匀的混合在一起,形成药材混合物;
S7、过筛:将药材混合物进行过筛处理,筛选处复合条件的,去除药材混合物中粉碎不达标的颗粒,并将不达标的颗粒进行再次研磨直至达到标准;
S8、成型:采用杀菌装袋或烘焙制作成饼干装盒及制成药膳粥和植物饮料固体饮料中任一种产品。
实施例2
组成成分:石斛3克、淮山药8克、茯苓4克、大枣3克、枸杞3克、小米15克、黑芝麻5克;

结果:将实施例1-4制备的产品送给实验人员进行服用,服用实施例1的产品后人体感受依然明显,眼睛明亮、从舌到胃甚至到小腹清凉、五脏滋润、去火、补气、疲劳感下降,解渴;服用实施例2的产品后使用后人体感受明显,但是相关规定石斛每天单人使用不得超过3-5克;服用实施例3的产品后用后人体感受不明显,突出了山药的作用。
本发明的配方的筛选:根据《中华人民共和国食品安全法》,《云南省食品安全地方标准紫皮石斛》DBS 53/027-2018,以及清朝珍本医籍丛刊《神仙济世良方》中的古方加减化裁而配伍,复合根据国家食品法规要求,且配方的基本特性:安全,完全符合国家2019年药食同源规定范围,对人体不产生任何急性,亚急性或慢性危害,纯天然,无任何添加剂,以及对某些特定人群亚健康具有一定调解作用。
药品使用依据:2015年《中华人民共和国药典》,石斛功能与主治,益胃生津,滋阴清热。山药,2015年《中华人民共和国药典》补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩精。

Claims (6)
1.一种功能性健康食品的组成成分及配方,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1、组成成分:石斛1-3克、淮山药7-9克、茯苓2-5克、大枣2-4克、枸杞1-4克、小米12-16克、黑芝麻4-6克;
S2、筛选:根据药典级地方特色食品标准选取石斛、淮山药、茯苓、大枣、枸杞、小米和黑芝麻;
S3、材质清理:将石斛、淮山药、茯苓、大枣、枸杞、小米和黑芝麻中的杂质清除,并剔除其中坏掉的药材,然后将石斛、淮山药、茯苓、大枣、枸杞、小米和黑芝麻分类进行清洗;
S4、材质干燥:清洗后的石斛、淮山药、茯苓、大枣、枸杞、小米和黑芝麻捞出沥干药材表面的水分,然后放入干燥设备中进行干燥处理;
S5、低温烘焙:将干燥后的药材,分类放入低温烘焙机进行烘熟、脱水、消毒杀毒;
S6、分别研磨:低温烘焙结束后,将石斛、淮山药、茯苓、大枣、枸杞、小米和黑芝麻分别研磨成10-25微米的超微颗粒;
S7、各种物质均匀混合:将粉碎后的各组分药材颗粒均导入搅拌机中,进行混合,使得石斛、淮山药、茯苓、大枣、枸杞、小米和黑芝麻各种药材颗粒均匀的混合在一起,形成药材混合物;
S8、过筛:将药材混合物进行过筛处理,筛选处复合条件的,去除药材混合物中粉碎不达标的颗粒,并将不达标的颗粒进行再次研磨直至达到标准;
S9、成型:采用杀菌装袋或烘焙制作成饼干装盒及制成药膳粥和植物饮料固体饮料中任一种产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种功能性健康食品的组成成分及配方,其特征在于:在步骤S4、材质干燥和过程中,将淮山药、茯苓、大枣、枸杞、小米和黑芝麻放入热风烘干机中,其中热风烘干机的温度范围60℃~70℃,当烘干至水分含量为6.3%-9.2%时,达到要求的含水标准后,即可从烘干机内取出。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种功能性健康食品的组成成分及配方,其特征在于:在步骤S5、低温烘焙中,低温烘焙过程需要严格控制两个参数:产品烘熟后,内部温度100℃左右,外表温度在78℃左右,烘焙时间,根据原材料种类不同具体确定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种功能性健康食品的组成成分及配方,其特征在于:所述低温烘焙中药材达到要求的含水标准2.5%-3.5%后,即可停止烘焙。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种功能性健康食品的组成成分及配方,其特征在于:所述石斛2克、淮山药8克、茯苓4克、大枣3克、枸杞3克、小米15克、黑芝麻5克。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种功能性健康食品的组成成分及配方,其特征在于:所述组成成分中采用石斛干条(或枫斗)、淮山药干、茯苓干和大枣干。
