本发明涉及一种保温隔热壁纸的配方及其制造工艺,配方包括:长纤维化学纸浆、玻璃纤维、陶瓷纤维、气凝胶粉、氧化铝粉、石英砂、白云石、云母粉、造纸助剂。制造工艺包括以下步骤:1)打浆;2)加入配料;3)成纸;4)烘干。本发明优点在于:在壁纸原纸的生产过程中,在制浆工段加入高分子保温隔热的主机和填料,抄造成合格的壁纸原纸,然后再经过壁纸生产设备的印刷、发泡等工序,制造成合格的保温隔热壁纸。方法简单,步骤清晰,具有很好的市场推广价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料技术领域,具体是指一种保温隔热壁纸的配方及其制造工艺。
背景技术
在能源问题日益严重的今天,节能成了继煤炭、石油、天然气、电力四大能源之后的第五能源,在住宅节能这一领域,无论是夏天的制冷还是冬天的取暖,都是最消耗能源的,而不管是制冷还是取暖,其能量绝大多数都是被墙壁所吸收了,所以制造一种保温隔热壁纸非常有必要,不用对墙体进行大幅度的改造,即可节约能源、提高保温效果。因此一种新型的保温隔热壁纸的配方及其制造工艺亟待研究。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种保温隔热壁纸的配方及其制造工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种保温隔热壁纸的配方,其包括以下质量百分比的成分:长纤维化学纸浆100~120份、玻璃纤维5~18份、陶瓷纤维7~20份、气凝胶粉0.03~0.15份、氧化铝粉3~15份、石英砂5~18份、白云石10~23份、云母粉7~15份、造纸助剂0.05~0.2份。
作为一种优选方案,所述造纸助剂为制浆用助剂、抄纸用添加剂、涂布加工助剂及其它有关助剂中的至少一种,所述造纸助剂浓度为0.1%。
一种保温隔热壁纸的制造工艺,具体包括以下步骤:
1)打浆:长纤维化学纸浆经碎浆机初步打浆,抽送到制浆工段,在制浆工段中经过磨盘进行游离状打浆、疏解机疏解,磨盘粘状打浆,使纤维充分的分丝帚化、细纤维化,增加游离羟基的数量,打浆度随成纸匀度的变化而变化,制备成完备的浆料;
2)加入配料:向上述储浆池内依次加入玻璃纤维、陶瓷纤维,搅拌均匀,抽送到抄前池,在抄前池中依次加入气凝胶粉、氧化铝粉、石英砂、白云石、云母粉,另在混浆池中加入造纸助剂;
3)成纸:将混浆池中浆料抽送到特制流浆箱,调整成纸匀度,抄造成合格纸质备用;
4)烘干:将上述纸质送入烘干部,采用曲线用汽,经由施胶机并适当保持回润,抄造成合格壁纸原纸,再经壁纸印刷机印刷,发泡成型,制成合格产品。

实施例1
一种保温隔热壁纸的配方,其包括以下质量百分比的成分:长纤维化学纸浆100份、玻璃纤维5份、陶瓷纤维7份、气凝胶粉0.03份、氧化铝粉3份、石英砂5份、白云石10份、云母粉7份、造纸助剂0.05份。
所述造纸助剂为制浆用助剂、抄纸用添加剂、涂布加工助剂及其它有关助剂中的至少一种,所述造纸助剂浓度为0.1%。
