The garbage tearing module 2 and the garbage crushing module 3 form a garbage crushing device, the garbage tearing module 2 is large in rotating speed and torque, various kitchen garbage such as bones and eggshells can be easily crushed into small pieces, and the garbage crushing module 3 is small in rotating speed and torque, and can crush the small pieces of garbage into fine particles. The multistage crushing module divides the crushing process into two processes of cracking and refining, can crush not only harder garbage such as bones, but also small enough particles.
In the garbage crushing module 3, after a transmission shaft 3-9 is subjected to speed change through a large gear I3-7, a large gear II 3-8 and a small gear 3-10, a transmission shaft 3-11 of the crushing module rotates rapidly, and a revolving frame rotates slowly along with the transmission shaft 3-11 of the crushing module. After the transmission shaft 3-11 of the crushing module is subjected to speed change by the bevel gear gearbox 3-3, the crushing cutter shaft 3-12 rotates rapidly, so that the crushing cutter 3-14 is driven to rotate rapidly, and along with the slow rotation of the revolving frame 3-5, the revolving and rotating crushing cutter 3-14 can crush the garbage into fine particles.
The wall of the filter pressing barrel 4-5 is provided with a triangular drainage groove, the garbage moves forwards along with the extrusion roller 4-3 along with the extrusion of the extrusion roller 4-3, and the moisture in the garbage flows backwards through the drainage groove under the extrusion of the extrusion roller 4-3 and finally is collected at a water outlet near the feed inlet of the filter pressing module to be discharged out of the device.
In the compression module 5, the compression module 5-5 is narrow at the top and wide at the bottom in the vertical direction, and a triangular protrusion is arranged at the end part of the cover plate of the compression module 5-3. After the garbage is compressed, the pressing head 5-11 is retracted, the cover plate 5-3 of the briquetting die is also retracted along with the pressing head 5-11, a downward force is applied to the garbage blocks in the cover plate moving process, and the garbage blocks can be easily discharged from the discharge opening 5-7 due to the fact that the upper portion of the briquetting die 5-5 is narrow and the lower portion of the briquetting die is wide.
The working principle and the working process of the invention are as follows: a user controls the electric connecting rod 1-4 to drive the cover plate 1-1 to open the throwing port 1-2 through code scanning, the monitoring device 1-5 records the process of throwing the garbage by the user, the safety sensing device 1-3 detects whether the throwing process is finished or not, and the garbage tearing module 2 starts to work after the garbage throwing is finished; the motor I4-7 starts to rotate to drive the gear roller belt wheel transmission mechanism 4-1, the gear roller 2-2 is driven to rotate through the gear roller transmission shaft 2-4 and the transmission gear 2-3, the garbage is torn into small garbage by the gear roller 2-2 which rotates slowly, and the small garbage after being torn enters the garbage crushing module 3 through the crushing module feeding port 3-4; the motor I4-7 drives the transmission shaft 3-9 to rotate through the crushing knife transmission mechanism 4-6, the transmission shaft 3-9 drives the crushing knife 3-14 to rotate at a high speed through the speed change gear (3-7, 3-8, 3-10) and the gearbox 3-3, the crushing knife 3-14 rotating at the high speed can crush small garbage into fine garbage, and the crushed fine garbage enters the filter pressing module 4 through the filter pressing module feeding port 4-4; the garbage entering the filter pressing module 4 rotates along with the extrusion roller 4-3, the space is gradually reduced, most of moisture in the garbage is extruded out and flows back to the position near the feed port 4-4 of the filter pressing module along the drainage groove on the wall of the filter pressing barrel 4-5 in the direction opposite to the moving direction of the garbage, the garbage is discharged through the water outlet, the garbage is heated and dried by the heating device on the wall of the filter pressing barrel 4-5 while the moisture in the garbage is extruded, most of the moisture in the garbage flows out under the combined action of filter pressing and drying, the mass of the garbage is greatly reduced, and the garbage after filter pressing enters the compression module 5 through the feed port 5-6 of the compression module; after the garbage mass entering the compression module 5 reaches, the motor II 5-1 drives the crank disk 5-13 and the cam 5-4 to rotate at the same speed, but due to the difference of the push stroke and the return stroke of the cam 5-4, when the motor II 5-1 starts to rotate, the cam 5-4 can quickly push the compression module cover plate 5-3 into the compression module 5-5 to block the compression module feed inlet 5-6, after the cover plate blocks the feed inlet, the connecting rod 5-14 pushes the compression head 5-11 to compress the garbage along with the rotation of the crank disk 5-13, when the compression starts, the thrust of the connecting rod 5-14 does not reach the elastic force of the spring 5-8, the compression module 5-5 is not moved, when the compression is finished, the compression head 5-11 continues to push the garbage block forward, at the moment, the thrust of the connecting rod 5-14 is larger than the elastic force of the spring 5-8, the briquetting die 5-5 starts to move, when the pressing head 5-11 reaches the farthest point, the briquetting die 5-5 just reaches the discharge opening 5-7, the pressing head 5-11 and the briquetting die cover plate 5-3 start to return, and the structure of the briquetting die 5-5 with the narrow top and the wide bottom enables the garbage blocks to be pushed out of the discharge opening 5-7 by slightly pushing the garbage blocks by the protrusions on the cover plate 5-3.
