The dewatered garbage falls on the grinding disc 16, the driving shaft 5 drives the grinding disc 16 to rotate, so that the garbage on the grinding disc 16 rotates, meanwhile, the first bevel gear 19 of the driving shaft 5 rotates, the first bevel gear 19 drives the second bevel gear 20 to rotate, the second bevel gear 20 drives the rotating shaft 21 to rotate, the rotating shaft 21 drives the grinding roller 22 to rotate, so that the grinding roller 22 grinds and rolls the garbage on the grinding disc 16, the crushed garbage is extruded out of through holes in the grinding disc 16 to form strips, meanwhile, the driving shaft 5 drives the fixing ring 17 to rotate, the fixing ring 17 drives the two cutters 18 to rotate, the cutters 18 cut the extruded strip-shaped garbage into small sections, and the small sections fall into a recovery box 26 below, so that the garbage is cut into feed, and the prepared feed can be used for feeding poultry and realizing the reutilization of kitchen garbage.
For recycling, a recycling box 26 is arranged below the cutter 18.
