技术领域
本申请涉及休闲鞋的领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种休闲鞋中底及休闲鞋中底制备方法。
背景技术
当前市售的成品休闲鞋鞋底一般由橡塑外底、中底和鞋垫组成。鞋中底材料主要有Phylon材料、EVA材料等。其中Phylon材料较轻便,具有弹性高及耐撕裂的优点,但是Phylon材料一般价格较高且不利于环保。EVA材料虽然价格低廉,但是弹性较差且环保性能亦不佳,因此越来越多的研究者致力于研究高性能鞋中底材料。
例如申请号为2017107148751的中国专利提出了一种环保EVA鞋中底,环保EVA鞋中底的制备原料包括EVA、或EVA与POE的共混物、或EVA与SEBS的共混物、或EVA、POE、SEBS三者的共混物100份、敏化剂0-2份、碳酸钙0.1-20份、抗氧剂1010 0.5-2份、抗菌剂ZnO 0.1-2份、钛白粉0.1-10份、染料0.1-2份;EVA和POE的共混物中EVA含量为60-95%且POE含量为5-40%,EVA和SEBS的共混物中EVA含量为60-95%且SEBS含量为5-40%;EVA、POE和SEBS的共混物中EVA含量为60%、SEBS含量为30%且POE含量为10%。上述中的相关专利制得的鞋中底具有优良的环保性能。
针对上述中的相关技术,发明人在实际使用中发现:上述中的鞋中底制作的浅色鞋中底多次在太阳光下晾晒后仍会出现黄变的现象。
发明内容
为了提高鞋中底的耐黄变性能,本申请提供一种休闲鞋中底及休闲鞋中底制备方法。
第一方面,本申请提供一种休闲鞋中底,采用如下的技术方案:
一种休闲鞋中底,制备原料按重量份计,包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物60-100份、三元乙丙橡胶10-20份、硬脂酸锌10-20份、硅灰石1-3份、纳米碳化硅0.5-3份、芦荟提取物3-10份、聚氨基酸0.05-0.15份。
通过采用上述技术方案,本申请针对休闲鞋中底制备原料的配方进行调整,其中加入的纳米碳化硅具有较好的分散性及较高的化学稳定性,与乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、三元乙丙橡胶的相容性较高,加入后能够提高休闲鞋中底的稳定性,芦荟提取物能够吸收紫外线,且聚氨基酸的加入能够与纳米碳化硅、芦荟提取物协调作用,降低了休闲鞋中底在紫外线照射下黄变的可能性,提高了休闲鞋中底的耐黄变性能。
优选的,所述聚氨基酸为聚谷氨酸和聚赖氨酸的混合物。
优选的,所述聚谷氨酸和聚赖氨酸的重量比为(1-3):2。
通过采用上述技术方案,本申请使用聚谷氨酸和聚赖氨酸复配,当聚谷氨酸和聚赖氨酸的重量比为(1-3):2时,制得的休闲鞋中底的耐黄变性能有所提高。
优选的,所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物中醋酸乙烯的含量为19-40wt%;更优选的,所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物中醋酸乙烯的含量为28-32wt%。

一种休闲鞋中底的制备方法,包括如下制备步骤:
S1、将乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、三元乙丙橡胶放入密炼机中混炼20-40min,接着投入硬脂酸锌、硅灰石、纳米碳化硅、芦荟提取物和聚氨基酸继续混炼10-20min,挤出烘干制得密炼料;
S2、使用电子束辐射器辐照密炼料,后放入反应釜中,接着向反应釜中通入氮气,调节反应釜压力为30-50MPa、温度为40-70℃,密封饱和5-8h,后泄压取料,将取出的物料在100-120℃下发泡得到发泡料;
S3、将发泡料成型制得休闲鞋中底。
通过采用上述技术方案,本申请针对休闲鞋中底制备原料的配方进行调整,聚氨基酸与纳米碳化硅、芦荟提取物协调作用,提高了休闲鞋中底的耐黄变性能。

实施例
实施例1
一种休闲鞋中底,其制备方法包括如下制备步骤:
S1、将80g乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、15g三元乙丙橡胶放入密炼机中在140℃混炼30min,接着降温至100℃后投入15g硬脂酸锌、2g硅灰石、2g纳米碳化硅、8g芦荟提取物和0.1g聚氨基酸继续混炼10min,挤出烘干制得密炼料;
S2、使用电子束辐射器辐照密炼料,设置辐照量为80kGy,后将辐照后的密炼料放入反应釜中,接着向反应釜中通入氮气,调节反应釜压力为40MPa、温度为50℃,密封饱和7h,后泄压取料,将取出的物料在110℃下发泡10min得到发泡料;
S3、取45g发泡料放入相应的鞋中底模具中进行蒸汽热压成型,蒸汽压力为2MPa,热压时间为50s,即制得休闲鞋中底;
所用硅灰石的粒径为800目;所用纳米碳化硅的粒径为30nm;所述聚氨基酸为聚赖氨酸;所用乙烯-醋酸乙烯中醋酸乙烯的含量为19wt%。
实施例2-9
实施例2-9均以实施例1为基础,与实施例1的区别仅在于:休闲鞋中底的制备条件不同,具体见表2。

实施例10以实施例1为基础,与实施例1的区别仅在于:所用乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物中醋酸乙烯的含量为28wt%。
实施例11
实施例11以实施例1为基础,与实施例1的区别仅在于:所用乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物中醋酸乙烯的含量为32wt%。
实施例12
实施例12以实施例1为基础,与实施例1的区别仅在于:所用乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物中醋酸乙烯的含量为40wt%。
实施例13
实施例13以实施例12为基础,与实施例12的区别仅在于:所用聚氨基酸为聚谷氨酸。
实施例14
实施例14以实施例13为基础,与实施例13的区别仅在于:所用聚氨基酸为聚谷氨酸和聚赖氨酸的混合物,聚谷氨酸和聚赖氨酸的重量比为1:2。
实施例15
实施例15以实施例14为基础,与实施例14的区别仅在于:所用聚谷氨酸和聚赖氨酸的重量比为3:2。
实施例16
实施例16以实施例15为基础,与实施例15的区别仅在于:所用硅灰石的粒径为1000目。

实施例17以实施例15为基础,与实施例15的区别仅在于:所用硅灰石的粒径为2000目。

实施例21
实施例21以实施例20为基础,与实施例20的区别仅在于:在S1步骤中添加芦荟提取物时同时加入5g黄岑素,所用黄岑素的纯度为99%,购自天门恒昌化工有限公司。
实施例22
实施例22以实施例20为基础,与实施例20的区别仅在于:在S1步骤中添加芦荟提取物时同时加入2g黄岑素,所用黄岑素的纯度为99%,购自天门恒昌化工有限公司。
对比例
对比例1
对比例1以实施例1为基础,与实施例1的区别仅在于:以等质量的硅灰石代替纳米碳化硅。
对比例2
对比例2以实施例1为基础,与实施例1的区别仅在于:以等质量的纳米碳化硅代替芦荟提取物。
对比例3
对比例3以实施例1为基础,与实施例1的区别仅在于:以等质量的芦荟提取物代替聚赖氨酸。

对比例4以实施例1为基础,与实施例1的区别仅在于:三元乙丙橡胶的用量为30g,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物的用量为120g。
对比例5
对比例5以实施例21为基础,与实施例21的区别仅在于:以等质量的黄岑素代替芦荟提取物。
性能检测试验
分别对实施例1-22、对比例1-5制得的休闲鞋中底进行如下性能测试。
耐黄变测试:按照HG/T 3689-2001(鞋类耐黄变试验方法)中A法的规定,分别对实施例1-22、对比例1-5制得的休闲鞋中底的耐黄变等级进行测试,参照美国纺织色彩化学协会所制定的5级颜色(色卡)渐变标准,参照其标准色卡进行定级,且级数越高,耐黄变性能越好,测试温度为50℃、照射时间为6h,测试结果见表3。
回弹性测试:使用GT-7042-RE型冲击弹性试验机分别对实施例1-22、对比例1-5制得的休闲鞋中底的回弹率进行测试,测试结果见表3。
拉伸强度测试:按照GB/T 528-2009(硫化橡胶或热塑性橡胶拉伸应力应变性能的测定)的规定,分别对实施例1-22、对比例1-5制得的休闲鞋中底的拉伸强度进行测试,测试结果见表3。

分析上述数据可知,本申请制得的休闲鞋中底的回弹率均不低于60%,拉伸强度均不低于4MPa,其耐黄变等级均不低于3级,因此制得的休闲鞋具有优异的弹性及耐黄变性能,分析实施例1-9的数据可知,实施例1为实施例1-9中的最佳实施例。
分析实施例1与对比例1-4的数据可知,本申请在未添加纳米碳化硅、芦荟提取物、聚氨基酸中的任一种物质时,制得的休闲鞋中底的耐黄变性能均明显降低,且回弹率也有所降低,说明本申请中的纳米碳化硅具有较好的分散性及较高的化学稳定性,与乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、三元乙丙橡胶的相容性较高,加入后能够提高休闲鞋中底的稳定性,芦荟提取物能够吸收紫外线,聚氨基酸的加入能够与纳米碳化硅、芦荟提取物协调作用,降低休闲鞋中底在紫外线照射下黄变的可能性,提高了休闲鞋中底的耐黄变性能。
分析实施例12与实施例10-11的数据可知,本申请针对乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物中醋酸乙烯的含量进行调节,当乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物中醋酸乙烯的含量为28-32wt%时,制得的休闲鞋中底的耐黄变性能有所提高。
分析实施例14-15与实施例13、实施例12的数据可知,本申请单独使用聚谷氨酸或聚赖氨酸作为聚氨基酸时制得的休闲鞋中底的耐黄变性能,均低于使用聚谷氨酸和聚赖氨酸混合物作为聚氨基酸时制得的休闲鞋中底的耐黄变性能,说明使用聚谷氨酸和聚赖氨酸复配,且当聚谷氨酸和聚赖氨酸的重量比为(1-3):2时,制得的休闲鞋中底的耐黄变性能较高。
分析实施例20与实施例19、实施例18的数据可知,当纳米碳化硅的粒径为50nm时,制得的休闲鞋中底的耐黄变性能有所提高,说明粒径为50nm的纳米碳化硅在休闲鞋中底制备体系中的分散性较强,此时聚氨基酸与纳米碳化硅、芦荟提取物之间的协调作用较强,提高了休闲鞋中底的耐黄变性能。
分析实施例21-22与实施例20、对比例5的数据可知,在休闲鞋中底的制备原料中加入2-5份黄岑素时,制得的休闲鞋中底的耐黄变性能有所提高,黄岑素含有共轭三建,能够吸收紫外线,且能够与芦荟提取物相互作用,实现了休闲鞋中底的耐黄变性能的提高。

Claims (8)
1.一种休闲鞋中底,其特征在于,制备原料按重量份计,包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物60-100份、三元乙丙橡胶10-20份、硬脂酸锌10-20份、硅灰石1-3份、纳米碳化硅0.5-3份、芦荟提取物3-10份、聚氨基酸0.05-0.15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种休闲鞋中底,其特征在于:所述聚氨基酸为聚谷氨酸和聚赖氨酸的混合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种休闲鞋中底,其特征在于:所述聚谷氨酸和聚赖氨酸的重量比为(1-3):2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种休闲鞋中底,其特征在于:所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物中醋酸乙烯的含量为19-40wt%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种休闲鞋中底,其特征在于:制备原料还包括2-5份黄岑素。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种休闲鞋中底,其特征在于:所述硅灰石的粒径为800-2000目。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种休闲鞋中底,其特征在于:所述纳米碳化硅的粒径为30-100nm。
8.权利要求1-7任一项所述的一种休闲鞋中底的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下制备步骤:
S1、将乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、三元乙丙橡胶放入密炼机中混炼20-40min,接着投入硬脂酸锌、硅灰石、纳米碳化硅、芦荟提取物和聚氨基酸继续混炼10-20min,挤出烘干制得密炼料;
S2、使用电子束辐射器辐照密炼料,后放入反应釜中,接着向反应釜中通入氮气,调节反应釜压力为30-50MPa、温度为40-70℃,密封饱和5-8h,后泄压取料,将取出的物料在100-120℃下发泡得到发泡料;
S3、将发泡料成型制得休闲鞋中底。
