本发明公开了一种补脾肾祛湿气的颗粒茶,一种补脾肾祛湿气的颗粒茶,其特征在于,按质量计,由以下组分组成:炮姜8‑10份、炒白芍5‑6份、炒白术5‑6份、肉豆蔻2‑3份、益母草5‑6份、鸡内金4‑5份、泽兰0‑2份、砂仁0‑2份、木瓜3‑4份、大枣5‑6份、枸杞5‑6份、山楂10‑20份和冰糖50‑60份。具有温补脾肾、祛湿气、益气生津的功效。

技术领域
本发明属于中医药保健技术领域,具体来说,涉及一种补脾肾祛湿气的颗粒茶及其制备方法
背景技术
肾为先天之本,脏腑阴阳之根,纳气,主水,藏精。肾之阴阳是全身阴阳的根本。脾为后天之本,气血生化之源,主运化水谷、转运水液、升清、统血。
万病不治求治于脾肾,而脾肾最怕湿寒。湿气是人体代谢的液态垃圾,应从小便排出去,但现代人吹空调、吃冷饮、喝啤酒等习惯会使湿寒加重。水湿积聚在身体组织和五脏六腑之中,会导致虚胖、脱发、大便粘腻、湿疹、妇科炎症等等。寒气积聚体内,则会腰膝酸痛、手脚凉、宫寒、痛经,甚至不孕。脾肾湿寒造成脾肾阳虚,其运化功能减弱,将导致更多的湿寒积聚体内。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种补脾肾祛湿气的颗粒茶,具有温补脾肾、祛湿气、益气生津的功效。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术发方案是:
一种补脾肾祛湿气的颗粒茶,按质量计,由以下组分组成:炮姜8-10份、炒白芍5-6份、炒白术5-6份、肉豆蔻2-3份、益母草 5-6份、鸡内金4-5份、泽兰0-2份、砂仁0-2份、木瓜3-4份、大枣5-6份、枸杞5-6份、山楂10-20份和冰糖50-60份。
炮姜为辛温之品,具温中、止痛、理气、燥湿之功,可燥脾胃之寒湿,除脐腹之寒痞,可温中散寒、助阳止泻;炒白芍为养血药,炒白术为补气药,白芍炒用长于补肝敛阴,白术炒用燥湿补脾止泻,二者合用,补脾燥湿,柔肝缓急,调和气机;肉豆蔻入脾、胃二经,具有芳香化湿和温里作用,肉豆蔻辛温而涩,涩而不滞,能暖脾胃,固大肠,止泻痢,既善温中涩肠,治阳虚久泄,又能温中行气,治虚寒气滞,标本兼顾;益母草既利水消肿又活血化瘀;大枣、鸡内金益气护胃;木瓜行气利水;枸杞可肝明目、补气养肾和延缓衰老;山楂酸甜可口,能生津开胃,冰糖养阴生津,润肺止咳,二者合用,既生津又起到了调味的作用;砂仁化湿行气、健脾温胃开滞;泽兰以加强益气健脾之力。诸药合用,共奏温脾暖肾、散寒消积、益气生津之功。
优选地,按质量计,由以下组分组成:炮姜8份、炒白芍6份、炒白术6份、肉豆蔻3份、益母草5份、鸡内金4份、泽兰1份、砂仁1份、木瓜3份、大枣5份、枸杞5份、山楂20份和冰糖50份。
优选地,所述的大枣为去核后烘干的大枣。
本发明还提供了补脾肾祛湿气的颗粒茶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、将木瓜放入蒸煮锅内蒸制,备用,将枸杞、大枣和山楂混合煮沸40~60min,加入冰糖和蒸制后的木瓜至充分溶解,得到原浆;
B、称取其它配方量的原料,切成1-2mm的小段后混合均匀,加入6倍量水,回流提取3次,合并提取液;
C、过滤提取液,减压浓缩,再加入乙醇溶液萃取,得到二次提取液;
D、将二次提取液、原浆与辅料β-环糊精、麦芽糊精混合均匀后制成颗粒,然后过20~30目筛后烘干至含水量<4%,灭菌、装袋后即到颗粒成品。
优选地,所述的乙醇溶液浓度为80%,加入量为总量的30%。乙醇的用量较少且成型率最高,制粒效果最好。
优选地,所述原料与辅料的质量比例为2:1。该配比颗粒的吸湿率最佳,外观也符合要求。
优选地,烘干温度为60℃,不会影响药效。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的配方各原材料协同作用,具有温脾暖肾、散寒消积、益气生津的保健功效,且产品口感酸甜可口,携带方便,直接冲饮,深受广大上班族的喜爱。
2、制备方法考虑到所用材料的水溶性,使颗粒遇水易黏结,导致颗粒吸湿性较难控制,因此对润湿剂浓度要求较高,制备过程中尽量减少水分比例,以避免因局部水分过多导致的混合不均匀,影响颗粒成型。

下面对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种补脾肾祛湿气的颗粒茶,按质量计,由以下组分组成:炮姜8份、炒白芍5份、炒白术5份、肉豆蔻2份、益母草5份、鸡内金4份、木瓜3份、大枣5份、枸杞6份、山楂20份和冰糖60份。
实施例2
一种补脾肾祛湿气的颗粒茶,按质量计,由以下组分组成:炮姜10份、炒白芍6份、炒白术6份、肉豆蔻3份、益母草6份、鸡内金5份、泽兰2份、砂仁2份、木瓜4份、大枣6份、枸杞6份、山楂20份和冰糖60份。
实施例3
一种补脾肾祛湿气的颗粒茶,按质量计,由以下组分组成:炮姜9份、炒白芍5.5份、炒白术5.5份、肉豆蔻2.5份、益母草5.5 份、鸡内金4.5份、泽兰1份、砂仁0.8份、木瓜3.5份、大枣5.5 份、枸杞5.5份、山楂15份和冰糖52份。
所述的大枣为去核后烘干的大枣。
实施例4
一种补脾肾祛湿气的颗粒茶,按质量计,由以下组分组成:炮姜 8份、炒白芍6份、炒白术6份、肉豆蔻3份、益母草5份、鸡内金 4份、泽兰1份、砂仁1份、木瓜3份、大枣5份、枸杞5份、山楂 20份和冰糖50份。
所述的大枣为去核后烘干的大枣。
实施例5
本实施例为实施例2的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、将木瓜放入蒸煮锅内蒸制,备用,将枸杞、大枣和山楂混合煮沸40min,加入冰糖和蒸制后的木瓜至充分溶解,得到原浆;

D、将二次提取液、原浆与辅料β-环糊精、麦芽糊精混合均匀后制成颗粒,然后过20目筛后烘干至含水量<4%,灭菌、装袋后即到颗粒成品。
实施例6
本实施例为实施例3的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、将木瓜放入蒸煮锅内蒸制,备用,将枸杞、大枣和山楂混合煮沸60min,加入冰糖和蒸制后的木瓜至充分溶解,得到原浆;
B、称取其它配方量的原料,切成2mm的小段后混合均匀,加入6倍量水,回流提取3次,合并提取液;
C、过滤提取液,减压浓缩,再加入乙醇溶液萃取,得到二次提取液;
D、将二次提取液、原浆与辅料β-环糊精、麦芽糊精混合均匀后制成颗粒,然后过30目筛后烘干至含水量<4%,灭菌、装袋后即到颗粒成品。
所述的乙醇溶液浓度为80%,加入量为总量的30%。
实施例7
本实施例为实施例4的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、将木瓜放入蒸煮锅内蒸制,备用,将枸杞、大枣和山楂混合煮沸50min,加入冰糖和蒸制后的木瓜至充分溶解,得到原浆;
B、称取其它配方量的原料,切成1.5mm的小段后混合均匀,加入6倍量水,回流提取3次,合并提取液;
C、过滤提取液,减压浓缩,再加入乙醇溶液萃取,得到二次提取液;
D、将二次提取液、原浆与辅料β-环糊精、麦芽糊精混合均匀后制成颗粒,然后过22目筛后烘干至含水量<4%,灭菌、装袋后即到颗粒成品。
所述的乙醇溶液浓度为80%,加入量为总量的30%。
所述原料与辅料的质量比例为2:1。烘干温度为60℃。

1.一种补脾肾祛湿气的颗粒茶,其特征在于,按质量计,由以下组分组成:炮姜8-10份、炒白芍5-6份、炒白术5-6份、肉豆蔻2-3份、益母草5-6份、鸡内金4-5份、泽兰0-2份、砂仁0-2份、木瓜3-4份、大枣5-6份、枸杞5-6份、山楂10-20份和冰糖50-60份。
2.根据权利要求1所述补脾肾祛湿气的颗粒茶,其特征在于,按质量计,由以下组分组成:炮姜8份、炒白芍6份、炒白术6份、肉豆蔻3份、益母草5份、鸡内金4份、泽兰1份、砂仁1份、木瓜3份、大枣5份、枸杞5份、山楂20份和冰糖50份。
3.根据权利要求1所述补脾肾祛湿气的颗粒茶,其特征在于,所述的大枣为去核后烘干的大枣。
4.根据权利要求1所述补脾肾祛湿气的颗粒茶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、将木瓜放入蒸煮锅内蒸制,备用,将枸杞、大枣和山楂混合煮沸40~60min,加入冰糖和蒸制后的木瓜至充分溶解,得到原浆;
B、称取其它配方量的原料,切成1-2mm的小段后混合均匀,加入6倍量水,回流提取3次,合并提取液;
C、过滤提取液,减压浓缩,再加入乙醇溶液萃取,得到二次提取液;
D、将二次提取液、原浆与辅料β-环糊精、麦芽糊精混合均匀后制成颗粒,然后过20~30目筛后烘干至含水量<4%,灭菌、装袋后即到颗粒成品。
5.根据权利要求4所述补脾肾祛湿气的颗粒茶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的乙醇溶液浓度为80%,加入量为总量的30%。
6.根据权利要求4所述补脾肾祛湿气的颗粒茶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述原料与辅料的质量比例为2:1。
7.根据权利要求4所述补脾肾祛湿气的颗粒茶的制备方法,其特征在于,烘干温度为60℃。
