技术领域
本公开大体涉及真空马桶系统,并且更一般地涉及用于此类系统的防溅装置(splashguard)。
背景技术
设计用于飞行器的马桶提出了地基马桶设计中一般不出现的挑战。例如,在飞行器中,空间和重量非常珍贵,并且使用常规的冲水马桶是不实际的。存在与现有系统相关联的额外缺点。例如,现有系统允许废物物质在覆盖物(shroud)下方和马桶桶体(toiletbowl)上方溅起,并且产生异味和潜在的与腐蚀相关的损坏。而且,执行日常的维护和清洁是更困难的,因为空间限制使接近管道系统几乎是不可能的。

转向图1,示出根据实施例进行配置的马桶系统。大体标记为100的马桶被配置为被部署在飞行器上,并且可以被容纳在外部壳体(未示出)内。马桶100包括被附接到框架104的桶体102。桶体102包括轮缘110。马桶100还包括被提供在轮缘110附近的流体控制阀130。
马桶100进一步包括被定位在马桶桶体102与覆盖物410(在图4中示出)之间的可拆卸的防溅装置160。防溅装置160是具有中心开口O、顶部部分A和底部部分B(在图2A中图示)的大致平坦的柔性平面防护物。其次,将参照图2A、图2B和图3更详细地描述防溅装置160的结构。

现在转向图4A,可拆卸的防溅装置160被配置为被定位在马桶覆盖物410与马桶桶体102之间。在实施例中,可拆卸的防溅装置160的下部部分B被配置为基本上阻止被处置到马桶桶体102内的废物接触如在如4A中示出的覆盖物410。
在实施例中,马桶覆盖物和真空马桶桶体的顶部之间存在空气间隙,以确保如果乘客在使用中在其身体与马桶覆盖物之间形成密封,则负压不施加在乘客上。然而,在常规马桶系统中,该空气间隙允许废物物质在覆盖物下方和桶体上方溅起。如果不适当或规律地清洁,这种堆积可能在覆盖物后面产生臭味/异味。
根据本文公开的马桶系统的实施例,可拆卸的防溅装置160被配置为防止液体和固体废物两者在马桶覆盖物410下方溅起并溅至马桶桶体102的顶部上方,同时仍然为乘客提供足够的真空破坏器(breaker)(空气间隙)保护。
更具体地,如图4A所示,可拆卸的马桶防溅装置160被设计为通过关闭马桶桶体102与马桶覆盖物410之间的间隙来防止废物物质在马桶覆盖物410下方溅起。在实施例中,可拆卸的马桶防溅装置160像止回阀一样起作用,并且防止废物在覆盖物410下方溅起,但是如果在占用者与覆盖物410之间已经形成密封,则允许空气进入马桶。如在图4B中更清楚地可见,在冲洗顺序期间,由于可拆卸的马桶防溅装置160的柔性而产生连接马桶桶体102的外部和内部的气流路径(由箭头指示)。

所述下部部分包括:
第一脊状物,其沿着所述防护物的外侧周边延伸;
第二脊状物,其与所述第一脊状物同心地延伸,所述防护物形成延伸部,所述延伸部从所述第二脊状物向内突出为所述防护物的连续体,所述延伸部被配置为处于与所述覆盖物接触的第一位置以阻止被处置到所述马桶桶体内的废物接触所述覆盖物,并且被配置为处于与所述覆盖物隔开的第二位置以维持从所述马桶桶体的内部到所述马桶桶体的外部的气流路径。
