如图3所示,在实施例中,突片314(508)、316(506)和侧支撑件105、106各自包括通孔306、308、310、312。在实施例中,当第一锁定机构120完全接合时,左侧支撑件105中的通孔306被构造成与左基部支撑件114的突片314(508)中的通孔310对准,并且右侧支撑件106中的通孔308被构造成与右基部支撑件112的突片316(506)中的通孔312对准。在一些实施例中,第一销302和第二销304设置成分别插入穿过通孔308、312和304、306以完全接合第一锁定机构120。在一些实施例中,第一销302和第二销304各自是连接销。本领域技术人员将理解,可提供各种其它结构以经由突片314、316、506、508,侧支撑件105、106的腔体404、402以及相应通孔306、308、310、312,将右基部支撑件112联接到右侧支撑件106并且将左基部支撑件114联接到左侧支撑件105。例如,根据一些实施例,可提供开口销。在一些实施例中,如图5所示,突片506、508设置在相应基部支撑件112、114的大致后部。
接下来,将参照图2A和图3至图6描述第二锁定机构130的特征。如图5和图6中更清晰地可见,左基部支撑件114和右基部支撑件112各自包括相应锁定插槽504、502。此外,如图2A和图3中可见,左侧支撑件105和右侧支撑件106中的每个的端面包括切口部分208。左侧支撑件具有左侧突出部318,并且右侧支撑件106具有延伸到切口部分208中的右侧突出部320。根据实施例,左侧突出部318被构造成与左侧锁定插槽504联接,并且右侧突出部320被构造成与右侧锁定插槽502联接。如图6中更清晰地可见的,突出部604被构造成插入到锁定插槽602中并且与锁定插槽602正向接合,使得在安装期间需要一定的力以进行适当配合。根据实施例,锁定插槽502、504设置在相应基部支撑件112、114的大致中点处。
接下来,将参照图2A、图2B、图2C和图2D描述安装马桶100与接合第一锁定机构120和第二机构130(根据实施例)的方法。如图2A至图2D所示,飞行器盥洗室的壁250未留下太多用于安装马桶200的空间。传统马桶系统必须向后倾斜以接合后部锁定机构。然后,马桶必须向下旋转以完全安置在基部支撑件上,并且然后在组装件前部处使用直角回转紧固件或连接销将马桶锁定在适当位置。该过程可被证明是麻烦的,这是由于盥洗室护罩装饰或该区域中的其它干扰物的接近性。根据附图所示的实施例构造的马桶设备解决了这些问题。
图2A至图2D示出马桶200的侧视图。具体地,左侧支撑件105和左基部支撑件114与第一锁定机构120和第二锁定机构130的特征一起示出。本领域技术人员将理解以下描述类似地应用于右侧支撑件106和右基部支撑件114。
现在参照图2A,首先将马桶200沿所示箭头的方向下降到左基部支撑件114上。根据一些实施例,侧支撑件105、106的腔体404、402与相应突片314、316、508、506对准,并且侧支撑件105、106中的切口部分208与相应锁定插槽504、502对准。在图2A所示的示例性实施例中,切口部分208定位在锁定插槽204的正上方,并且侧支撑件的腔体定位在突片202的正上方。
接下来,如图2B所示,马桶200下降到基部支撑件上。在图2B所示的实施例中,突起206邻近锁定插槽204定位。在图2B所示的布置中,第一锁定机构120至少部分地接合,其中突片314、316、508、506插入到侧支撑件105、106的相应腔体404、402中。接下来,方法包括将马桶200沿着图2B所示箭头的方向在远离壁250的向前方向上移动。

参照图2D,根据一些实施例,销210被插入到突片202和侧支撑件的通孔中以完全接合第一锁定机构120。图2D示出根据上述实施例安装的马桶200的最终位置。

马桶池;
每个均支撑所述马桶池的右侧支撑件和左侧支撑件;
第一锁定机构,其被构造成通过将所述右基部支撑件联接到所述右侧支撑件并且将所述左基部支撑件联接到所述左侧支撑件以将所述马桶池固定到所述飞行器,所述第一锁定机构包括:
突片,其设置在所述左基部支撑件和所述右基部支撑件中的每个的后部处,每个突片具有通孔,并且所述左侧支撑件和所述右侧支撑件中的每个的端部具有对应通孔;
对应腔体,其在所述左侧支撑件和所述右侧支撑件中的每个的端面上,每个突片被构造成插入到在所述左侧支撑件和所述右侧支撑件中的每个的所述端面上的相应腔体中;以及

将由所述左侧支撑件和所述右侧支撑件支撑的所述马桶池沿向前方向滑动以接合第二锁定机构;以及

所述突片具有通孔;以及
所述左侧支撑件和所述右侧支撑件中的每个的端部具有对应通孔;以及
其中完全接合所述第一锁定机构进一步包括:
将所述第一销插入穿过在所述右侧支撑件上的所述通孔和在所述右基部支撑件上的所述突片上的所述通孔;以及
将所述第二销插入穿过在所述左侧支撑件上的所述通孔和在所述左基部支撑件上的所述突片上的所述通孔。
7.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中所述第一销和所述第二销是连接销。
8.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中所述第二锁定机构包括:
从所述右侧支撑件的端部延伸的右侧突出部和从所述左侧支撑件的端部延伸的左侧突出部;以及
相应锁定插槽,其定位在所述右基部支撑件和所述左基部支撑件中的每个上并且对应于所述右侧突出部和所述左侧突出部;
其中接合所述第二锁定机构包括:
通过使所述右侧支撑件和所述左侧支撑件沿向前方向滑动,将所述右侧突出部和所述左侧突出部插入到所述相应锁定插槽中。
9.一种被构造成用于在飞行器上使用的马桶系统,所述马桶系统包括:
基部支撑件,其安装在所述飞行器上;
马桶池;
侧支撑件,其被构造成支撑所述马桶池;
第一锁定机构,其被构造成通过将所述基部支撑件联接到所述侧支撑件以将所述马桶池固定到所述飞行器,所述第一锁定机构包括:
突片,其设置在所述基部支撑件的后部处;以及
对应腔体,其在所述侧支撑件的端面上,其中所述突片被构造成插入到在所述侧支撑件的所述端面上的相应腔体中;
其中在所述基部支撑件上的所述突片具有通孔,所述侧支撑件的端部具有对应通孔,并且所述第一锁定机构进一步包括销,所述销被构造成插入穿过在所述侧支撑件上的所述通孔和在所述基部支撑件上的所述突片上的所述通孔;以及
第二锁定机构,其被构造成通过将所述基部支撑件联接到所述侧支撑件以将所述马桶池固定到所述飞行器;其中所述第一锁定机构和所述第二锁定机构彼此独立地操作。
10.根据权利要求9所述的马桶系统,其中所述第二锁定机构包括:
突出部,其从所述侧支撑件的端部延伸;以及
锁定插槽,其定位在所述基部支撑件上且对应于所述突出部;
其中所述突出部被构造成插入到所述锁定插槽中。
11.根据权利要求10所述的马桶系统,其中所述腔体中的孔与所述突出部间隔开,使得当所述突出部位于所述锁定插槽中时,所述腔体中的所述孔与所述突片中的所述通孔对准。
12.根据权利要求10所述的马桶系统,其中所述腔体、所述突片、所述锁定插槽和所述突出部被构造成当将所述马桶安装到所述基部时不需要倾斜。
