Description

Traditional Chinese medicine formula for treating bronchitis, pulmonary tuberculosis and early lung cancer
Technical Field
The invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine formula, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine formula for treating bronchitis, pulmonary tuberculosis and early lung cancer.
Background
Tuberculosis is a chronic infectious disease caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis, can invade many organs, and is the most common pulmonary tuberculosis infection. The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the lung collaterals are injured, so that hemoptysis is caused; chronic hemoptysis, deficiency of yin blood and insufficient blood vessels can also cause unsmooth blood circulation to form stasis, and stagnant blood can not be removed, so that new blood can not enter meridians to cause repeated hemoptysis. The "essential cough and blood for syndrome treatment" holds that "heat stays in the lung and can cause cough and blood, and chronic cough can also cause cough and blood, and heat stays in the lung and is easy to treat without being too cold; it is difficult to treat lung injury and chronic fatigue. At present, most western medicines adopt antibiotic medicines for treatment, and although the western medicines have effects, the western medicines have great side effects.
Bronchitis belongs to the category of cough, phlegm-fluid retention, asthma syndrome and the like in traditional Chinese medicine. The etiology and pathogenesis of the disease are complex, and the intrinsic factors are related to the zang-fu organs. The five zang-organs and six fu-organs all have cough, not only lung but also spleen, lung and kidney. Bronchitis is often induced by cold due to lung qi deficiency, weakness of defensive yang, loose striae and skin striae. The spleen failing to transport and transform fluids failing to distribute, resulting in phlegm and phlegm-dampness invading upwards. Cough and dyspnea are caused by kidney deficiency and essence deficiency, insecurity of kidney essence and inability to receive qi. The origin of phlegm, which is mainly in the kidney and the movement of phlegm, is mainly in the spleen and the formation of phlegm, which is stored in the lung. The lung, spleen and kidney are especially important. The kidney is the innate root, which contains true yin and true yang, and yang of the whole body is supplied by kidney yang, and yin of the whole body is nourished by kidney yin. If the yin and yang of the kidney are disharmony, the development of chronic bronchitis can be accelerated or aggravated.
Lung cancer is one of the most rapidly growing malignancies that threaten human health and life. In many countries, the incidence and mortality of lung cancer have been reported to be significantly higher in recent 50 years, with lung cancer incidence and mortality in men accounting for the first of all malignancies, in women accounting for the second, and mortality accounting for the second. The etiology of lung cancer is not completely clear up to now, and a large amount of data show that a large amount of smoking for a long time has a very close relationship with the occurrence of lung cancer. Existing studies have demonstrated that: the probability of lung cancer of a large number of smokers in a long term is 10-20 times that of non-smokers, and the smaller the smoking starting age is, the higher the probability of lung cancer is. In addition, smoking not only directly affects the health of the user, but also has adverse effects on the health of surrounding people, so that the lung cancer prevalence of passive smokers is obviously increased.
However, western medicines are mostly adopted for symptomatic treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis and bronchitis. For example: tuberculosis is treated by antituberculosis drugs and antibiotics; bronchitis is treated with aminophylline and antibiotics; while early lung cancer is treated with chemotherapy and targeted drugs. The problem that western medicines are obvious in the initial stage of effectiveness and large in side effect can cause the reduction of the efficacy of long-time medication. Therefore, the technical personnel in the field provide a traditional Chinese medicine formula for treating bronchitis, pulmonary tuberculosis and early lung cancer so as to solve the problems in the background technology.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a traditional Chinese medicine formula for treating bronchitis, pulmonary tuberculosis and early lung cancer, and aims to solve the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a traditional Chinese medicine formula for treating bronchitis, pulmonary tuberculosis and early lung cancer comprises the following components:
5% of honeysuckle, 2.5-3% of heartleaf houttuynia herb, 3.9-4.2% of rhizoma polygonati, 2.5-3% of angelica sinensis, 5% of semen lepidii, 2.5-3% of perilla fruit, 3.9-4.2% of white mustard seed, 3.9-4.2% of lily, 3.9-4.2% of radix rehmanniae, 3.9-4.2% of radix scrophulariae, 2.5% of honey-fried licorice root, 2.5% of platycodon grandiflorum, 3.9-4.2% of radix ophiopogonis, 5% of asparagus, 3.9-4.2% of white peony root, 5% of aster, 2.5-3% of adenophora stricta, 3.9-4.2% of radix peucedani, 5% of poria cocos, 3.9-4.2% of dried orange peel, 5% of rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae, 1.9-2.5% of scutellaria baicalensis, 2.5-3% of bulbus fritillariae cirrhosae, 5% of bletilla striata, 2.5-3% of donkey-hide gelatin, 3.9-5% of American ginseng and 1.9-2.5% of antelops horn.
In the above technical scheme:
the honeysuckle contains chlorogenic acid, luteolin glycoside and other pharmacological active ingredients, and has strong inhibitory effect on hemolytic streptococcus, staphylococcus aureus and other pathogenic bacteria, upper respiratory infection pathogenic viruses and the like.
The houttuynia cordata decoction can obviously promote the ability of human peripheral blood leukocytes to phagocytose staphylococcus aureus in vitro, and the synthesized houttuynine sodium bisulfite can improve the phagocytic function of the leukocytes of patients with chronic tracheitis and improve the serum properdin level of rabbits and patients.
