Abstract
本发明提供一种电缆连接器,包括电绝缘本体、多个固定于所述电绝缘本体的电连接端子和多条电缆,其特征在于:所述电绝缘本体包括一框架,所述多个电连接端子延伸到所述框架包围的区域内,所述多个电连接端子和多条电缆在所述区域内电连接,所述区域内填充有绝缘体,所述多个电连接端子和所述多个电缆嵌入所述绝缘体中。本发明的电缆连接器具有较高的可靠性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆连接器,尤其是一种集成的电缆连接器。
背景技术
电缆连接器广泛应用于机动车等多个技术领域。通常,电缆连接器包括一带有多个电连接端子的绝缘本体和多条分别对应电连接端子焊接的电缆。然而,这种电缆连接器容易短路。
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提供一种可靠性高的电缆连接器。
发明内容
本发明提供一种电缆连接器,包括电绝缘本体、多个固定于所述电绝缘本体的电连接端子和多条电缆,其特征在于:所述电绝缘本体包括一框架,所述多个电连接端子延伸到所述框架包围的区域内,所述多个电连接端子和多条电缆在所述区域内电连接,所述区域内填充有绝缘体,所述多个电连接端子和所述多个电缆嵌入所述绝缘体中。
优选的,所述电缆连接器进一步包括至少一设于所述区域中的电磁屏蔽元件,所述电磁屏蔽元件的端子连接到对应的电连接端子,并且嵌入所述绝缘体中。
优选的,所述框架向所述区域延伸出一凸台,所述凸台用于承载所述电磁屏蔽元件。
优选的,所述电缆的末端和对应的电连接端子在框架的一侧连接,所述电磁屏蔽元件的端子和对应的电连接端子在框架的另一侧连接。
优选的,所述电缆连接器进一步包括两个相对的盖体,所述框架是中空的框架,所述两个盖体分别固定于所述框架的两侧。
优选的,所述电缆连接器进一步包括一盖体,所述框架具有底部,所述盖体固定于所述框架的顶侧以保护所述绝缘体。
优选的,所述绝缘体通过注入并固化的方式形成于所述区域。
优选的,所述电缆连接器进一步包括一安装板,所述安装板具有多个供所述电缆穿过的通孔,所述框架包括四个侧壁,其中一个侧壁具有一与所述安装板适配的缺口。
优选的,所述电绝缘本体进一步包括一用于与对应的连接器接合的壳体。
优选的,位于中部的电连接端子在从电缆连接器的顶部到底部的高度方向上重叠。
相较于现有技术,本发明的电缆连接器中的绝缘体可以在端子和电缆之间提供有效和可靠的绝缘,防止水分侵入,从而减少短路的发生。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,通过对本发明的具体实施方式详细描述,将使本发明的技术方案及其他有益效果显而易见。附图仅提供参考与说明用,并非用来对本发明加以限制。附图中显示的尺寸仅仅是为了便于清晰描述,而并不限定比例关系。
请参阅图1-图4,电缆连接器10包括一电绝缘本体11、多个电连接端子14,15和多条电缆1,2。所述电连接端子14,15分别固定在电绝缘本体11上。所述电绝缘本体11包括一用于与对应的连接器接合的壳体12和一框架13。所述电连接端子14,15位于所述壳体12中,并延伸到框架13围成的区域131内。所述电连接端子14,15分别于所述电缆1,2在所述区域131内连接。所述区域131内填充有绝缘体18。所述绝缘体18通过注入并固化的方式形成于所述区域131,将电连接端子14,15和所述电缆1,2嵌入其中。绝缘体18的材料可以是合成树脂。
所述电绝缘本体11可以由模塑材料制成。所述电连接端子14,15在模制过程成形成于所述电绝缘本体11内。电连接端子14,15和对应的电缆1,2之间可通过焊接连接。
电缆连接器10进一步包括设于所述区域131内的至少一电磁屏蔽元件17。所述电磁屏蔽元件17可以为电容、电感、铁氧体等减少电磁干扰的元件。电磁屏蔽元件的端子嵌入所述绝缘体18内,并且分别连接对应的电连接端子14。优选的,所述框架13向所述区域131延伸出一凸台171,所述凸台171用于承载所述电磁屏蔽元件17。电磁屏蔽元件17的端子和对应的电连接端子14可通过焊接连接。
相较于现有技术,所述绝缘体18可以在端子和电缆之间提供有效和可靠的绝缘,防止水分侵入,从而减少短路的发生。
请再次参阅图2,电缆1,2的末端和对应的电连接端子14,15在框架13的顶侧连接。请再次参阅图3,电磁屏蔽元件17的端子和对应的电连接端子14在框架13的底侧连接。
在本实施例中,所述框架13是中空的框架,大致为矩形,并且与所述壳体一体成型。电连接端子14,15的一部分嵌入所述壳体12中,并且由所述壳体12隔离。所述电缆连接器10进一步包括两个相对的盖体20,分别固定在框架13的顶部和底部。所述盖体20可由塑料制成,覆盖和保护所述绝缘体18。
所述框架13包括垂直于电缆1,2延伸方向的第一侧壁13a和第二侧壁13b,以及沿电缆1,2延伸方向的第三侧壁13c和第二侧壁13d。所述盖体20具有卡持部21,用于与第三侧壁13c和第四侧壁13d上的定位部卡合。所述电连接端子14,15穿过所述第一侧壁13a,进入到所述区域131。
优选的,如图5所示,中部的电连接端子15在从电缆连接器的顶部到底部的高度方向上重叠,以减小壳体12的横向尺寸。
本实施例中,所述电绝缘本体11进一步包括一安装板132。所述安装板132具有多个供所述电缆1,2穿过的通孔。所述第二侧壁13b具有一与所述安装板132适配的缺口。在其他实施例中,所述安装板也可以与所述第二侧壁13b一体成型。
本发明并不限于以上实施例所述,例如,图1-4中的标号H表示多条电缆1,2。本实施例中,电缆的数量是4条,两条电源线和两条信号线。但是,本发明的电缆的数量不限于4条,可以根据实际需求调整。另外,本发明的框架13不限于中空框架、矩形或者与所述壳体12一体成型。例如,所述框架13可以为其他形状。所述框架13可以有底部,相应的,电缆连接器10仅提供固定于所述框架顶部的盖体。所述壳体12可以单独形成,并安装在所述框架13上。

Claims (10)
1.一种电缆连接器,包括电绝缘本体、多个固定于所述电绝缘本体的电连接端子和多条电缆,其特征在于:所述电绝缘本体包括一中空的框架,所述多个电连接端子延伸到所述框架包围的区域内,所述电缆连接器进一步包括两个相对的塑料盖体和一安装板,所述两个塑料盖体分别固定于所述框架的两侧,所述安装板用于支撑所述多条电缆,且固定于所述框架上,所述多条电缆经过所述安装板延伸至所述区域内,所述多个电连接端子和多条电缆在所述区域内电连接,所述区域内填充有绝缘体,所述多个电连接端子和所述多条电缆嵌入所述绝缘体中。
2.如权利要求1所述的电缆连接器,其特征在于:所述电缆连接器进一步包括至少一设于所述区域中的电磁屏蔽元件,所述电磁屏蔽元件的端子连接到对应的电连接端子,并且嵌入所述绝缘体中。
3.如权利要求2所述的电缆连接器,其特征在于:所述框架向所述区域延伸出一凸台,所述凸台用于承载所述电磁屏蔽元件。
4.如权利要求2所述的电缆连接器,其特征在于:所述电缆的末端和对应的电连接端子在框架的一侧连接,所述电磁屏蔽元件的端子和对应的电连接端子在框架的另一侧连接。
5.如权利要求2所述的电缆连接器,其特征在于:所述电缆包括电源线和信号线,所述电磁屏蔽元件为电容,所述安装板具有多个定位所述电缆的通孔,所述安装板和所述电容分别从所述框架的所述两侧固定于所述框架上。
6.如权利要求1所述的电缆连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘体通过注入并固化的方式形成于所述区域,所述电绝缘本体进一步包括一用于与对应的连接器接合的壳体。
7.如权利要求1所述的电缆连接器,其特征在于:位于中部的电连接端子在从电缆连接器的顶部到底部的高度方向上重叠。
8.如权利要求1所述的电缆连接器,其特征在于:所述框架的开口朝向所述两个相对的塑料盖体延伸,横切所述多条电缆的延伸方向。
9.如权利要求1所述的电缆连接器,其特征在于:所述框架包括垂直于电缆延伸方向的第一侧壁和第二侧壁,以及沿电缆延伸方向的第三侧壁和第四侧壁。
10.如权利要求1所述的电缆连接器,其特征在于:所述框架包括沿电缆延伸方向的两个侧壁,所述多个电连接端子朝向所述多条电缆的延伸方向和横切所述两个侧壁的方向延伸。
