Claims (7)
- 内部に領域を定めるフレームを備える絶縁本体と、
前記絶縁本体に固定されかつ前記領域内に延びる複数の電気端子と、
前記領域内で前記電気端子にそれぞれ電気接続される複数のケーブルと、
を備えるケーブルコネクタであって、
前記領域は、前記電気端子及び前記ケーブルを埋め込むために絶縁材で満たされ、
さらに、前記ケーブルの伸長方向と実質的に垂直な取付けプレートを備え、前記取付けプレートには前記ケーブルが前記取付けプレートを貫通できる複数の円形の穴が設けられ、前記ケーブルを有する前記取付けプレートは前記フレームに固定される、ケーブルコネクタ。 - 前記絶縁本体は成形プラスチック材料からなり、前記電気端子は成形作業中に前記絶縁本体内に設けられる、請求項1に記載のケーブルコネクタ。
- 前記領域内に設けられ対応する前記電気端子に接続されたコンデンサと、2つの対向するカバーをさらに備え、前記フレームは中空フレームであり、前記カバーは、前記フレームの2つの側面にそれぞれ結合されて前記絶縁材を保護するようになっており、各電気端子は対向する2つの平坦な表面を有し、前記ケーブルの端部及び前記コンデンサの端子は、それぞれ前記電気端子の反対側の平坦な表面に配置されている、請求項1又は2に記載のケーブルコネクタ。
- 前記取付けプレート及びコンデンサはそれぞれ、上部側及び底部側から前記フレームに固定されている、請求項3に記載のケーブルコネクタ。
- 前記ケーブルの端部は、前記フレームの或る側面から対応する前記電気端子に溶着され、前記コンデンサの前記端子は、前記フレームの別の側面から対応する前記電気端子に溶着される、請求項3に記載のケーブルコネクタ。
- 前記絶縁材は射出成形によって形成され、前記領域内で固化する、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のケーブルコネクタ。
- 前記絶縁本体は、対応するコネクタに結合するためにハウジングをさらに備え、前記電気端子の各々の一部は、前記ハウジングに埋め込まれる、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のケーブルコネクタ。
