此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
Claims (6)
1.一种谷物营养强化全豆奶工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将豆料进行蒸煮挤压破碎混合,得到豆糊;
2)将辅料和谷物填料进行粉碎,得到混合干粉;
3)将辅料和谷物添料加入豆糊中,加入适量清水,通过搅拌机混合均匀;
4)将物料进行干燥磨粉,进行常温灭菌,避免高温影响营养成分,最大程度保存物料营养活性;
5)通过称重分包机按照一百五十份为单位重量进行分包,得到等重的单独包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的谷物营养强化全豆奶工艺,其特征在于,步骤2中,碾磨制粉至60目及100目之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的谷物营养强化全豆奶工艺,其特征在于,步骤1中,豆料包括以下重量配比:总共一百份,其中三十份大豆、二十五份豌豆、十五份绿豆、十五份蚕豆、五份赤豆、五份黑豆、五份红小豆。
4.根据权利要求1所述的谷物营养强化全豆奶工艺,其特征在于,步骤2中,辅料包括以下重量配比:总共二十一份,五份黑芝麻、五份花生仁、五份核桃仁、两份半麦芽精、一份虾仁粉,一份半脱脂大豆分离蛋白,一份维生素预混料和矿物质混料。
5.根据权利要求2所述的谷物营养强化全豆奶工艺,其特征在于,步骤2中,谷物填料包括以下重量配比:总共二十九份,五份糥稻、五份小麦、五份荞麦、五份高粱、五份玉米,四份小米。
6.根据权利要求2所述的谷物营养强化全豆奶工艺,其特征在于,步骤4中,采用常温杀菌机进行蒸汽杀菌。
