背景技术
环保型防水网是由高分子防水材料生产的网,能够对水分子进行隔离,并在防水的调节下,运行气体的通过,因此被应用在各种领域进行使用,列如生物化工、航天航空、建筑以及各种机械场合;
但是现有的环保型防水网在使用时,防水网长期接触使用时,水中的氧分子和细菌长时间接触防水网,导致了防水网氧化和细菌腐蚀的产生,因此防水网的使用寿命大大降低,无法使防水网更耐久的进行长期使用,其次,为保证防水网的防水效果,采用纳米结构的防水网在有效的防水时整体强度较低,并且无法进行拉伸,从而降低了防水网的生产率,而纤维结构的防水网导致了防水性能差,不能够有效的使用,因此防水网在无法在保证防水和强度的同时提高生产率。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种环保型防水网及其加工方法,可以有效解决背景技术中:现有的环保型防水网在使用时,防水网长期接触使用时,水中的氧分子和细菌长时间接触防水网,导致了防水网氧化和细菌腐蚀的产生,因此防水网的使用寿命大大降低,无法使防水网更耐久的进行长期使用,其次,为保证防水网的防水效果,采用纳米结构的防水网在有效的防水时整体强度较低,并且无法进行拉伸,从而降低了防水网的生产率,而纤维结构的防水网导致了防水性能差,不能够有效的使用,因此防水网在无法在保证防水和强度的同时提高生产率。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种环保型防水网,该环保型防水网由如下重量份数的原料组成,包括聚酰胺纤维15-20份、纯银4-7、丙烯酸5-8份、聚氨酯15-20、明胶10-15份、二甲基甲酰胺20-25份、纳米二氧化钛10-50份、全氟癸烷12-24份、聚苯颗粒5-8份、膨润土11-18份、硬脂酸钠1-5份、滑石粉2-4份、环氧树脂1-8份、二甲苯10-16份。
一种环保型防水网的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:银离子纤维层加工:采用化学镀银技术将纯银在聚酰胺纤维的表面形成一层银的镀层,使纯银和聚酰胺纤维形成银离子纤维,再通过激光工艺、二次复镀,在银离子纤维外形成滤氧膜,与氧隔绝;
步骤二:纳米纤维加工,将聚氨酯溶解于二甲基甲酰胺溶剂中,搅拌溶解后,加入明胶的水溶液,混合均匀,得到均相溶液,然后将均相溶液通过静电纺丝制得纳米纤维材料;
步骤三:疏水层材料加工,将纳米二氧化钛、全氟癸烷、聚苯颗粒、膨润土、滑石粉依次投入二甲苯溶液中,并维持搅拌,维持搅拌下向二甲苯溶液中滴加硬脂酸钠,直至确定二甲苯溶液无回缩现象时停止搅拌,形成疏水层材料;
步骤四:防水纳米纤维加工,将纳米纤维投入疏水层材料中,通过投入环氧树脂进行固化,然后进浸泡,浸泡后进行烘干,烘干后向纳米纤维施加压力并升温至140-170℃保温2-3h,使疏水层材料与纳米纤维融合组装即获得防水纳米纤维;
步骤五:纤维网合成加工,将防水纳米纤维铺在银离子纤维的上方,银离子纤维的滤氧膜向下摆放,采用加热固化的方式对防水纳米纤维进行加热,使防水纳米纤维与银离子纤维组装成型,再进行拉伸,形成环保型的纤维防水网。
作为本发明的进一步方案,所述步骤一中聚酰胺纤维的直径为33.7μm,纤度为246.8dtex,聚酰胺纤维银含量为30%-35%,银离子纤维抗氧化性为60%-65%。
作为本发明的进一步方案,所述步骤三中保持40-50℃温度下搅拌,搅拌的时间为6-7h。
作为本发明的进一步方案,所述步骤四中纳米纤维浸泡分三次进行,三次浸泡时间分别为1-3h、1-2h和1-2h,纳米纤维浸泡的温度为10-25℃。

通过设置的银离子纤维层加工,在聚酰胺纤维加工时,采用化学镀银技术在聚酰胺纤维的表面形成一层银的镀层,并在纤维外形成滤氧膜形成银离子纤维,再使银离子纤维与防水纳米纤维结合形成环保型防水网,从而在防水网进行使用时,通过银离子的材质特效,起到抗氧化和抗菌的效果,从而在防水网长期接触使用时,降低防水网氧化效果,以及降低细菌的腐蚀,提高防水网的使用寿命,使防水网更耐久的进行长期使用;
通过设置的纳米纤维加工、疏水层材料加工、防水纳米纤维加工和纤维网合成加工,防水网通过防水纳米纤维与聚酰胺纤维加热固化进行重叠,形成双层的结构,使用时防水纳米纤维进行防水透气,配合疏水层增加水隔离效果,聚酰胺纤维为主体的银离子纤维层起到了基层支撑作用,防水纳米纤维在聚酰胺纤维的支撑下能够在双向拉伸机上进行2-3倍面积的拉伸成型,形成防水网,增加防水网的生产率,并保持防水透气性,提高了防水网的整体强度和的生产效率。

步骤二:纳米纤维加工,将聚氨酯溶解于二甲基甲酰胺溶剂中,搅拌溶解后,加入明胶的水溶液,混合均匀,得到均相溶液,然后将均相溶液通过静电纺丝制得纳米纤维材料;
步骤三:疏水层材料加工,将纳米二氧化钛、全氟癸烷、聚苯颗粒、膨润土、滑石粉依次投入二甲苯溶液中,并维持搅拌,维持搅拌下向二甲苯溶液中滴加硬脂酸钠,直至确定二甲苯溶液无回缩现象时停止搅拌,形成疏水层材料;
步骤四:防水纳米纤维加工,将纳米纤维投入疏水层材料中,通过投入环氧树脂进行固化,然后进浸泡,浸泡后进行烘干,烘干后向纳米纤维施加压力并升温至140-170℃保温2-3h,使疏水层材料与纳米纤维融合组装即获得防水纳米纤维;
步骤五:纤维网合成加工,将防水纳米纤维铺在银离子纤维的上方,银离子纤维的滤氧膜向下摆放,采用加热固化的方式对防水纳米纤维进行加热,使防水纳米纤维与银离子纤维组装成型,再进行拉伸,形成环保型的纤维防水网;
步骤一中聚酰胺纤维的直径为33.7μm,纤度为246.8dtex,聚酰胺纤维银含量为30%-35%,银离子纤维抗氧化性为60%-65%。
步骤三中保持40-50℃温度下搅拌,搅拌的时间为6-7h。
步骤四中纳米纤维浸泡分三次进行,三次浸泡时间分别为1-3h、1-2h和1-2h,纳米纤维浸泡的温度为10-25℃。
步骤五中加热固化方式为对防水纳米纤维中间向外扩散加热,加热温度不超过80℃,防水网通过在双向拉伸机上进行2-3倍面积进行拉伸成型。
步骤二中通过静电纺丝的加工工艺,使纳米纤维材料形成了网络交叉结构,纳米纤维材料在1PSI的压力下,透气性为1000mL/min以上。

Claims (7)

1.一种环保型防水网,其特征在于:该环保型防水网由如下重量份数的原料组成,包括聚酰胺纤维15-20份、纯银4-7、丙烯酸5-8份、聚氨酯15-20、明胶10-15份、二甲基甲酰胺20-25份、纳米二氧化钛10-50份、全氟癸烷12-24份、聚苯颗粒5-8份、膨润土11-18份、硬脂酸钠1-5份、滑石粉2-4份、环氧树脂1-8份、二甲苯10-16份。
2.一种环保型防水网的加工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:银离子纤维层加工:采用化学镀银技术将纯银在聚酰胺纤维的表面形成一层银的镀层,使纯银和聚酰胺纤维形成银离子纤维,再通过激光工艺、二次复镀,在银离子纤维外形成滤氧膜,与氧隔绝;
步骤二:纳米纤维加工,将聚氨酯溶解于二甲基甲酰胺溶剂中,搅拌溶解后,加入明胶的水溶液,混合均匀,得到均相溶液,然后将均相溶液通过静电纺丝制得纳米纤维材料;
步骤三:疏水层材料加工,将纳米二氧化钛、全氟癸烷、聚苯颗粒、膨润土、滑石粉依次投入二甲苯溶液中,并维持搅拌,维持搅拌下向二甲苯溶液中滴加硬脂酸钠,直至确定二甲苯溶液无回缩现象时停止搅拌,形成疏水层材料;
步骤四:防水纳米纤维加工,将纳米纤维投入疏水层材料中,通过投入环氧树脂进行固化,然后进浸泡,浸泡后进行烘干,烘干后向纳米纤维施加压力并升温至140-170℃保温2-3h,使疏水层材料与纳米纤维融合组装即获得防水纳米纤维;
步骤五:纤维网合成加工,将防水纳米纤维铺在银离子纤维的上方,银离子纤维的滤氧膜向下摆放,采用加热固化的方式对防水纳米纤维进行加热,使防水纳米纤维与银离子纤维组装成型,再进行拉伸,形成环保型的纤维防水网。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种环保型防水网的加工方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一中聚酰胺纤维的直径为33.7μm,纤度为246.8dtex,聚酰胺纤维银含量为30%-35%,银离子纤维抗氧化性为60%-65%。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种环保型防水网的加工方法,其特征在于:所述步骤三中保持40-50℃温度下搅拌,搅拌的时间为6-7h。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种环保型防水网的加工方法,其特征在于:所述步骤四中纳米纤维浸泡分三次进行,三次浸泡时间分别为1-3h、1-2h和1-2h,纳米纤维浸泡的温度为10-25℃。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种环保型防水网的加工方法,其特征在于:所述步骤五中加热固化方式为对防水纳米纤维中间向外扩散加热,加热温度不超过80℃,防水网通过在双向拉伸机上进行2-3倍面积进行拉伸成型。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种环保型防水网的加工方法,其特征在于:所述步骤二中通过静电纺丝的加工工艺,使纳米纤维材料形成了网络交叉结构,纳米纤维材料在1PSI的压力下,透气性为1000mL/min以上。
