技术领域
本发明涉及纺织加工领域,尤其是一种具备抗菌功能的防水透湿复合膜。
背景技术
在目前的衣物面料领域中,为使得穿着者在户外工作环境下保持良好的衣物防水性能的同时,另穿着者的体表出汗迅速排出以保持干爽,往往需使得衣物面料同时具备防水透湿功能;为满足上述需求,其通过会在纺织加工过程中在面料表面附着防水透湿膜,以使得使用者身体排出的汗水形成水蒸气后可通过防水透湿膜向外界扩散,以避免使用者感到闷热,而外界的雨或雾等水滴却无法通过防水透湿膜,以避免使用者的身体被淋湿,进而同时达到防水与透湿的效果。然而,由于需采用防水透湿功能的面料往往适用环境较为复杂,穿着者在上述环境内工作过程中易于受到环境内的细菌以及穿着者自身排汗中携带的细菌的感染,以影响其身体状况。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种防水透湿复合膜,其可在实现防水透湿的同时实现良好的抗菌效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明涉及一种具备抗菌功能的防水透湿复合膜,其包括有亲水膜层,以及附着在亲水膜层之上的疏水膜层;所述亲水膜层采用热塑性聚氨酯制成,所述疏水膜层采用聚四氟乙烯膜层制成,所述亲水膜层与疏水膜层之间填充有抗菌层,其通过甲壳素纤维、薄荷纤维、麻纤维以及镀银纤维混合制成。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述抗菌层之中设置有黏胶纤维,黏胶纤维在抗菌层中的分布均度为5至10g/m2。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述具备抗菌功能的防水透湿复合膜之中,亲水膜层以及疏水膜层的相对表面之上填充有竹炭粉,所述竹炭粉在亲水膜层以及疏水膜层中的分布均度为10至20 g/m2。采用上述技术方案,其可通过竹炭粉对于使用者身体蒸发的汗水中的细菌进行吸附处理,以进一步改善本申请中的具备抗菌功能的防水透湿复合膜的抗菌效果。
上述具备抗菌功能的防水透湿复合膜的制备工艺包括有如下工艺步骤:
1)将取适量甲壳素纤维、薄荷纤维、麻纤维以及镀银纤维混合均匀,并对其进行搅拌以形成胶状物;
2)将步骤1)中所得胶状物采用刮板进行平摊处理,并在140至160℃的温度环境下对于平摊后的胶状物进行烘干处理,以得到抗菌层初品;
3)将步骤2)得到的抗菌层初品浸泡于水中,浸泡水温为50至60℃,并将浸泡后的抗菌层初品烘干得到抗菌层;
4)在亲水膜层、疏水膜层的相对表面之上填充竹炭粉,并通过热压工艺对于填充有竹炭粉的亲水膜层、疏水膜层以及抗菌层进行成型连接处理,以形成防水透湿复合膜,并对于成型后的防水透湿复合膜进行冷却。
采用上述技术方案的具备抗菌功能的防水透湿复合膜,其一方面可通过亲水膜层与疏水膜层以实现防水透湿功能,同时可通过亲水膜层与疏水膜层之间的抗菌层以对于使用者身体蒸发的汗水内可能携带的细菌,以及外部环境内细菌进行阻隔与吸附处理,进而使得本申请中的防水透湿复合膜在使得穿着者实现防水透湿的同时,可有效避免穿着者受其汗水以及外部环境内细菌感染。

实施例1

4)在亲水膜层、疏水膜层的相对表面之上填充竹炭粉,并通过热压工艺对于填充有竹炭粉的亲水膜层、疏水膜层以及抗菌层进行成型连接处理,以形成防水透湿复合膜,并对于成型后的防水透湿复合膜进行冷却。

1.一种具备抗菌功能的防水透湿复合膜,其特征在于,所述具备抗菌功能的防水透湿复合膜包括有亲水膜层,以及附着在亲水膜层之上的疏水膜层;所述亲水膜层采用热塑性聚氨酯制成,所述疏水膜层采用聚四氟乙烯膜层制成,所述亲水膜层与疏水膜层之间填充有抗菌层,其通过甲壳素纤维、薄荷纤维、麻纤维以及镀银纤维混合制成。
2.按照权利要求1所述的具备抗菌功能的防水透湿复合膜,其特征在于,所述抗菌层之中设置有黏胶纤维,黏胶纤维在抗菌层中的分布均度为5至10g/m2。

2)将步骤1)中所得胶状物采用刮板进行平摊处理,并在140至160℃的温度环境下对于平摊后的胶状物进行烘干处理,以得到抗菌层初品;
3)将步骤2)得到的抗菌层初品浸泡于水中,浸泡水温为50至60℃,并将浸泡后的抗菌层初品烘干得到抗菌层;
4)在亲水膜层、疏水膜层的相对表面之上填充竹炭粉,并通过热压工艺对于填充有竹炭粉的亲水膜层、疏水膜层以及抗菌层进行成型连接处理,以形成防水透湿复合膜,并对于成型后的防水透湿复合膜进行冷却。
