背景技术
        目前市面上销售的卫生用品类的无纺布,很少兼具防水透湿与抗菌功能于一体;部分抗菌无纺布虽然有抗菌性,但是由于是添加了化学溶剂,容易发生化学物质泄露,对人体的身体健康造成了威胁。
发明内容
        本实用新型要解决的问题是提供一种兼具抗菌与防水透湿功能于一体且抗菌效果良好、有人体亲和性的无纺布。
        一种抗菌防水透湿无纺布,包括抗菌层及防水透湿层,所述抗菌层由壳聚糖纤维层、竹纤维层依次复合而成,所述防水透湿层为聚四氟乙烯微孔膜贴合于抗菌层的一个表面。
       优选地,所述壳聚糖纤维层厚度为2-3.5cm。
优选地,所述竹纤维纤维层厚度为1-2cm。
       优选地,所述聚四氟乙烯微孔膜厚度为5-40um。
优选地,所述聚四氟乙烯微孔膜上均匀设有微气孔,聚四氟乙烯树脂微气孔孔径为0.6-2um。
       本实用新型有益性在于:将壳聚糖纤维层、竹纤维层依次复合而成抗菌层,聚四氟乙烯微孔膜贴合于抗菌层的一个表面,使得无纺布不仅具备良好的防水透湿性,同时具备自然无害的抗菌性,更适合于卫生用品领域。

如图1所示,一种抗菌防水透湿无纺布,包括抗菌层及防水透湿层,所述的抗菌层由壳聚糖纤维层1、竹纤维层2依次复合而成,防水透湿层为聚四氟乙烯微孔膜3贴合于抗菌层的一个表面,所述壳聚糖纤维层厚度为2-3.5cm,所述竹纤维纤维层厚度为1-2cm,所述聚四氟乙烯微孔膜厚度为5-40um,所述所述聚四氟乙烯微孔膜上均匀设有微气孔,聚四氟乙烯树脂微气孔孔径为0.6-2um。

1.一种抗菌防水透湿无纺布,其特征在于包括抗菌层及防水透湿层,所述抗菌层由壳聚糖纤维层、竹纤维层依次复合而成,所述防水透湿层为聚四氟乙烯微孔膜贴合于抗菌层的一个表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防水透湿无纺布,其特征在于:所述壳聚糖纤维层厚度为2-3.5cm。
