本发明公开了一种速干抑菌型面料,包括:抑菌涂料、速干层和抑菌层,所述抑菌层为最底层,所述速干层通过热压工艺压制于所述抑菌层上层,所述抑菌涂料涂覆与所述速干层表层;所述抑菌层为竹纤维材料,所述速干层为四氟乙烯多微孔纤维材料,所述抑菌涂料为银离子抗菌剂。通过上述方式,本发明能够快速排汗,同时抑制细菌真菌生产,保持人体健康舒适。

技术领域
本发明涉及面料纤维领域,特别是涉及一种速干抑菌型面料。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,在日常生活中,对面料性能的要求也越来越高,随着夏天的来临,空气潮湿闷热,一些透气性差的服饰,容易滋生大量真菌、细菌,在穿着时容易将细菌等有害物质转移到人体内,因此,需要一种抑菌型面料来解决这种问题。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种速干抑菌型面料,能够快速排汗,同时抑制细菌真菌生产,保持人体健康舒适。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种速干抑菌型面料,包括:抑菌涂料、速干层和抑菌层,所述抑菌层为最底层,所述速干层通过热压工艺压制于所述抑菌层上层,所述抑菌涂料涂覆与所述速干层表层;所述抑菌层为竹纤维材料,所述速干层为四氟乙烯多微孔纤维材料,所述抑菌涂料为银离子抗菌剂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抑菌层的竹纤维材料,为半纤维素含量25%的天然竹纤维材料。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述速干层的四氟乙烯多微孔纤维材料,其纤维孔隙直径为0.2mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明能够快速排汗,同时抑制细菌真菌生产,保持人体健康舒适。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本发明实施例包括:
一种速干抑菌型面料,包括:抑菌涂料、速干层和抑菌层,所述抑菌层为最底层,所述速干层通过热压工艺压制于所述抑菌层上层,所述抑菌涂料涂覆与所述速干层表层;所述抑菌层为竹纤维材料,所述速干层为四氟乙烯多微孔纤维材料,所述抑菌涂料为银离子抗菌剂。
进一步说明,所述抑菌层的竹纤维材料,为半纤维素含量25%的天然竹纤维材料,竹纤维具有天然的抗菌、抑菌、杀菌的效果,因为竹子里面具有一种独特物质,该物质被命名为“竹琨”,具有天然的抑菌、防螨、防臭、防虫功能。在显微镜下观察,细菌在棉、木等纤维制品中能够大量繁殖,而竹纤维制品上的细菌不但不能长时间生存,而且短时间内还能消失或减少,24小时内细菌死亡率达75%以上。日本权威机构的新发现增加了这一产品的附加值,后经中国棉纺织品产品质量监督检验中心和中国科学院上海微生物研究所的检测也证实了以上结果。
更进一步说明,所述速干层的四氟乙烯多微孔纤维材料,其纤维孔隙直径为0.2mm。孔隙直径太大,面料基本的保温性能得不到满足,孔隙过小,面料的速干效果又不理想,经试验,发现0.2mm直径的孔隙能达到保温性能和速干性能的平衡。
本发明能够快速排汗,同时抑制细菌真菌生产,保持人体健康舒适。

1.一种速干抑菌型面料,其特征在于,包括:抑菌涂料、速干层和抑菌层,所述抑菌层为最底层,所述速干层通过热压工艺压制于所述抑菌层上层,所述抑菌涂料涂覆与所述速干层表层;所述抑菌层为竹纤维材料,所述速干层为四氟乙烯多微孔纤维材料,所述抑菌涂料为银离子抗菌剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的速干抑菌型面料,其特征在于,所述抑菌层的竹纤维材料,为半纤维素含量25%的天然竹纤维材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的速干抑菌型面料,其特征在于,所述速干层的四氟乙烯多微孔纤维材料,其纤维孔隙直径为0.2mm。
