Abstract
本发明公开一种实现防水透湿透气的技术,选用两种或两种以上防水透湿透气功能薄膜,采用粘合剂、胶或者冷热压的方式将上述防水透湿透气功能薄膜叠层复合在一起。藉由,通过粘合剂、胶或者冷热压的方式将两种或两种以上的防水透湿透气功能薄膜叠层复合在一起,取代了传统之采用单一种防水透湿透气功能薄膜设置于基材上的方式,本发明无需使用基材,并能有效提升防水透湿透气材料的耐水压、透湿透气及动态曲折等物性和化性的能力,从而使终端产品更加优异。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及防水透湿透气领域技术,尤其是指一种实现防水透湿透气的技术。
背景技术
目前实现防水透湿透气的技术都是在一种或多种基材(如布料、无纺布等)上使用单一种微多孔原理、亲水性原理或微多孔亲水性原理的防水透湿透气薄膜,防水透湿透气薄膜为TPU、PU、TPE、PES、PTFE、EPTFE等功能薄膜,并且这单一种防水透湿透气薄膜是通过粘合剂、胶或冷热压的方式复合在基材上。虽然上述技术在一定程度上可实现防水透湿透气的功能,然而,由于上述技术是采用单一种功能薄膜,导致其耐水压、透湿透气以及动态曲折的能力不够优异。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明针对现有技术存在之缺失,其主要目的是提供一种实现防水透湿透气的技术,其能有效解决现有之技术使得耐水压、透湿透气以及动态曲折的能力不够优异的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下之技术方案:
一种实现防水透湿透气的技术,选用两种或两种以上防水透湿透气功能薄膜,采用粘合剂、胶或者冷热压的方式将上述防水透湿透气功能薄膜叠层复合在一起。
优选的,所述防水透湿透气功能薄膜为微多孔原理或亲水性原理或微多孔亲水性原理的防水透湿透气功能薄膜。
优选的,所述防水透湿透气功能薄膜为TPU、PU、TPE、PES、PTFE或EPTFE。
优选的,所述防水透湿透气功能薄膜的厚度范围在0.001mm~0.5mm之间。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果,具体而言,由上述技术方案可知:
通过粘合剂、胶或者冷热压的方式将两种或两种以上的防水透湿透气功能薄膜叠层复合在一起,取代了传统之采用单一种防水透湿透气功能薄膜设置于基材上的方式,本发明无需使用基材,并能有效提升防水透湿透气材料的耐水压、透湿透气及动态曲折等物性和化性的能力,从而使终端产品更加优异。
为更清楚地阐述本发明的结构特征和功效,下面结合附图与具体实施例来对本发明进行详细说明。

具体实施方式
本发明公开一种实现防水透湿透气的技术,选用两种或两种以上防水透湿透气功能薄膜,采用粘合剂、胶或者冷热压的方式将上述防水透湿透气功能薄膜叠层复合在一起。所述防水透湿透气功能薄膜为微多孔原理或亲水性原理或微多孔亲水性原理的防水透湿透气功能薄膜。所述防水透湿透气功能薄膜为TPU、PU、TPE、PES、PTFE或EPTFE。所述防水透湿透气功能薄膜的厚度范围在0.001mm~0.5mm之间。
以本实施例为例说明,选用第一防水透湿透气功能薄膜10和第二防水透湿透气功能薄膜20,该第二防水透湿透气功能薄膜20叠于第一防水透湿透气功能薄膜10上,该第一防水透湿透气功能薄膜10和第二防水透湿透气功能薄膜20为两种防水透湿透气功能薄膜,即:当第一防水透湿透气功能薄膜10选用微多孔原理的防水透湿透气功能薄膜时,该第二防水透湿透气功能薄膜20可选用微多孔原理的防水透湿透气功能薄膜、亲水性原理的防水透湿透气功能薄膜或微多孔亲水性原理的防水透湿透气功能薄膜;当第一防水透湿透气功能薄膜10选用亲水性原理的防水透湿透气功能薄膜,该第二防水透湿透气功能薄膜20则可选用微多孔原理的防水透湿透气功能薄膜、亲水性原理的防水透湿透气功能薄膜或微多孔亲水性原理的防水透湿透气功能薄膜;当第一防水透湿透气功能薄膜10选用微多孔亲水性原理的防水透湿透气功能薄膜,该第二防水透湿透气功能薄膜20则可选用微多孔原理的防水透湿透气功能薄膜、亲水性原理的防水透湿透气功能薄膜或者微多孔亲水性原理的防水透湿透气功能薄膜。微多孔原理的防水透湿透气功能薄膜、亲水性原理的防水透湿透气功能薄膜以及微多孔亲水性原理的防水透湿透气功能薄膜均为已知的防水透湿透气功能薄膜。
另外,可根据需要在最底层之防水透湿透气功能薄膜的底面设置基材(图中未示),底材为非必须的。
本发明的设计重点是:通过粘合剂、胶或者冷热压的方式将两种或两种以上的防水透湿透气功能薄膜叠层复合在一起,取代了传统之采用单一种防水透湿透气功能薄膜设置于基材上的方式,本发明无需使用基材,并能有效提升防水透湿透气材料的耐水压、透湿透气及动态曲折等物性和化性的能力,从而使终端产品更加优异。

1.一种实现防水透湿透气的技术,其特征在于:选用两种或两种以上防水透湿透气功能薄膜,采用粘合剂、胶或者冷热压的方式将上述防水透湿透气功能薄膜叠层复合在一起。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种实现防水透湿透气的技术,其特征在于:所述防水透湿透气功能薄膜为微多孔原理或亲水性原理或微多孔亲水性原理的防水透湿透气功能薄膜。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种实现防水透湿透气的技术,其特征在于:所述防水透湿透气功能薄膜为TPU、PU、TPE、PES、PTFE或EPTFE。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种实现防水透湿透气的技术,其特征在于:所述防水透湿透气功能薄膜的厚度范围在0.001mm~0.5mm之间。
