Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of agricultural planting machinery, and particularly relates to a no-tillage precision seeding and film mulching all-in-one machine. The device comprises a rack, and a traction device, a transmission device, a rotary tillage device, a fertilization device, a drip irrigation tape pre-embedding device, a film covering device, a soil covering device, a precision sowing device and a pressing device which are sequentially arranged on the rack from front to back; the rotary tillage device, the fertilizing device, the drip irrigation tape pre-embedding device, the film covering device, the soil covering device and the precision sowing device are integrated, manual work is replaced, and planting efficiency is improved.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of agricultural planting machinery, and particularly relates to a no-tillage precision seeding and film mulching all-in-one machine.
Background
Corn is a main planting crop in China, is a crop with a large seeding area of the existing crop, and due to the special condition that more people and less land exist in China, people try to improve the utilization rate of land, increase the yield and quality of unit area, and further increase the yield and income of farmers. However, the conventional corn planting in northern China is influenced by insufficient accumulated temperature, insufficient water, insufficient seedling retention rate and the like for a long time, and is a difficult problem in realizing high yield and harvest. The invention provides a precision sowing and film covering integrated machine integrating rotary tillage, fertilization, drip irrigation pipe pre-embedding and film covering. The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a no-tillage precision seeding and film mulching all-in-one machine is characterized by comprising a rack, and a traction device, a transmission device, a rotary tillage device, a fertilizing device, a drip irrigation belt pre-embedding device, a film mulching device, a soil covering device, a precision seeding device and a pressing device which are sequentially arranged on the rack from front to back;
the traction mechanism is used for connecting a tractor;
the transmission device comprises a universal transmission shaft, a reversing mechanism and a gear, and is used for transmitting kinetic energy to the rotary tillage device, the fertilizing device, the soil covering device and the precision sowing device;
the rotary tillage device is arranged at the lower part of the front end of the rack and is used for loosening the soil to be sowed;
the fertilizing device is arranged behind the rotary tillage device,
the soil covering device is used for covering soil on the edge of the mulching film and the cultivation belt; the soil covering device comprises an arc-shaped square barrel, the front part of the arc-shaped square barrel is provided with a soil inlet, the rear part of the arc-shaped square barrel is provided with two soil outlets, and the two soil outlets are respectively arranged right behind and at the side of the square barrel;
the film covering device comprises a film covering roller, and the film covering roller is arranged below the arc-shaped square barrel;
the dropper belt embedding device is arranged behind the fertilizing device and above the soil covering device;
the fine sowing device is arranged behind the soil covering device,
the press device comprises a press wheel and a connecting piece used for connecting the press wheel.
Furthermore, a self-propelled wheel is arranged in front of the rack, and a height adjusting device is arranged between a wheel shaft of the self-propelled wheel and the rack.

Meanwhile, the mulching cultivation can achieve the effects of increasing temperature, preserving soil moisture, increasing yield and increasing income in low-temperature cold and cold areas with insufficient heat; drip irrigation and osmotic irrigation are very economical irrigation means, so that the method is more suitable for long-term sustainable development.

Detailed Description
The first embodiment is as follows:
as shown in fig. 1-2: a no-tillage precision seeding and film mulching integrated machine comprises a frame 1, and a traction device, a transmission device, a rotary tillage device 2, a fertilizing device 3, a drip irrigation tape pre-embedding device 4, a film mulching device 5, a soil covering device 6, a precision seeding device 7 and a pressing device 8 which are sequentially arranged on the frame 1 from front to back;
the traction mechanism is a traction rod connected with the frame 1 and is used for connecting a tractor when the integrated machine operates;
the transmission device comprises a universal transmission shaft, a reversing mechanism and a gear, and is used for transmitting kinetic energy to the rotary tillage device 2, the fertilizing device 3 and the soil covering device 6; the transmission device comprises a universal shaft 9, a first middle transmission shaft 10, a first reversing mechanism 11, a first power shaft 12, a second middle transmission shaft 14, a second reversing mechanism 13 and a second power shaft 15 which are connected in sequence.
The first power shaft 12 is used for providing power for the rotary tillage device 2 and the fertilizing device 3, the first power shaft 12 distributes the power to the rotary tillage device 2 and the fertilizing device 3 through gears or chain wheels, and the second power shaft 15 is used for providing power for the soil covering device 6
The rotary tillage device 2 is arranged at the lower part of the front end of the frame 1, and the rotary tillage device 2 is used for loosening the soil to be sowed;
the fertilizing device 3 is arranged behind the rotary tillage device 2, a guide pipe connected with the fertilizing bin and a furrow opener connected with the guide pipe are arranged on the guide pipe, and a material flow detection device is arranged on the guide pipe.
The soil covering device 6 is used for covering soil on the edge of the mulching film and the cultivation belt; the soil covering device 6 comprises an arc-shaped square barrel, the front part of the arc-shaped square barrel is provided with a soil inlet, the rear part of the arc-shaped square barrel is provided with two soil outlets, and the two soil outlets are respectively arranged right behind and at the side of the square barrel; the soil inlet of the arc-shaped square barrel is provided with a soil taking impeller.
The film covering device 5 comprises a film covering roller which is arranged below the arc-shaped square barrel; the soil inlet of the soil covering device 6 is arranged in front of the film covering roller, and the head outlet is arranged behind the film covering roller.
The dropper belt embedding device is arranged behind the fertilizing device 3 and above the soil covering device 6; when in use, the drip irrigation pipe passes through the mulching film roller and is pressed below the mulching film. The fine sowing device 7 is arranged behind the soil covering device 6,
the press device 8 includes a press wheel, and a connecting member for connecting the press wheel.
A self-propelled wheel is arranged in front of the frame 1, a hydraulically controlled height adjusting device is arranged between a wheel shaft of the self-propelled wheel and the frame 1, a hydraulic piston is connected with the wheel shaft, and a cylinder body is connected with the frame; the rotary tillage and sowing depth of the all-in-one machine can be conveniently adjusted, and the all-in-one machine can be conveniently adjusted in real time in complex terrains to be beneficial to the stable operation of the all-in-one machine.
The fine sowing device 7 is movably connected with the frame 1. The precision seeding device 7 comprises a roller seeder, a support and a press wheel, the roller seeder is arranged at the middle part of the support, the press wheel is arranged at the rear end of the support, and the front end of the support is hinged with the rear end of the rack 1.
A buffer rod is arranged between the middle part of the support and the rack 1, and a spring is arranged on the buffer rod.

the transmission device comprises a universal transmission shaft, a reversing mechanism and a gear, and is used for transmitting kinetic energy to the rotary tillage device (2), the fertilizing device (3) and the soil covering device (6);
the rotary tillage device (2) is arranged at the lower part of the front end of the rack (1), and the rotary tillage device (2) is used for loosening the soil to be sowed;
the fertilizing device (3) is arranged behind the rotary tillage device (2),

the press device (8) comprises a press wheel and a connecting piece for connecting the press wheel.
2. The integrated machine for no-tillage precision seeding and mulching as claimed in claim 1, wherein a self-propelled wheel is arranged in front of the frame (1), and a height adjusting device is arranged between a wheel shaft of the self-propelled wheel and the frame (1).

The integrated machine for no-tillage precision seeding and mulching as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fertilizing device (3) comprises a fertilizing bin, a flow guide pipe connected with the fertilizing bin, and a furrow opener connected with the flow guide pipe, and the flow guide pipe is provided with a material flow detection device.
4. The integrated machine for no-tillage precision seeding and mulching as claimed in claim 1, wherein the soil inlet of the arc-shaped square barrel is provided with a soil taking impeller.
