Example 1

The embodiment provides a ground comb empty needle jacquard split jacquard fabric which comprises a fabric body woven integrally. The fabric body comprises a facing layer 1.
The facing layer 1 includes an upper layer 11, and a lower layer 12 woven beneath the upper layer 11. The upper layer 11 is woven by a ground guide bar. The lower layer 12 is woven with jacquard guide bars.
The upper layer 11 includes a plurality of first yarns, the plurality of first yarns are interwoven to form the upper layer 11, and a threading area 1111 and a blank area 1112 formed on the upper layer 11 are woven by a ground comb and blank needle, the threading area 1111 and the blank area 1112 form a first pattern structure 111 together, and the first pattern structure 111 may be a diamond, square, hexagonal, and other regular patterns and designs. The ground comb empty needle is a combination of threading and empty yarn, the threading area is a threading area 1111, and the area of empty yarn (i.e., empty needle) is an empty yarn area 1112, in other words, the ground comb empty needle is a width using how many needles are empty and how many yarns are threaded.

The ground guide bar GB2 warping 50D/72F CD white low-elasticity light net/160D/144F semi-gloss white low-elasticity light net (doubling) yarn (namely first yarn) 6 pan-head 210 yarns, and the CD polyester doubling ratio of the ground guide bar GB2 is 5% -15%.
The jacquard guide bar JB1.1 warps 140D/48F chinlon semi-smooth yarns (namely second yarns) with 6 pan heads and 248 yarns, and the chinlon proportion of the jacquard guide bar JB1.1 is 7-17%.

The ground guide bar GB1 is threaded on a jacquard warp knitting machine in a mode of threading 1 empty 2 empty 3 empty, and the gear let-off amount 1300 corresponding to the ground guide bar GB1 is 2300 mm/wax.
The ground guide bar GB2 is threaded on a jacquard warp knitting machine in a mode of 2-thread and 4-space, and the gear let-off quantity 1300 and 2300 mm/wax corresponding to the ground guide bar GB2 are increased.
And the jacquard guide bar JB1.1 passes through 1 space on the jacquard warp knitting machine for yarn threading, and the let-off quantity of the gear corresponding to the jacquard guide bar JB1.1 is 1700-.
And the jacquard guide bar JB1.2 threads yarns on the jacquard warp knitting machine in a mode of 1 thread and 1 space, and the let-off quantity of the gear corresponding to the jacquard guide bar JB1.2 is 1700-.
S4. weave

The manufacturing method of the embodiment is simple, the ground guide bar and the jacquard guide bar are combined, the common regular jacquard upper layer 11 and the lower layer 12 are oppositely woven in a jacquard and opposite pulling complementary mode to form the surface layer 1, wherein the upper layer 11 of the surface layer 1 is matched with proper yarn laying movement in a certain yarn threading mode, the lower layer 12 of the surface layer 1 utilizes jacquard weaving characteristics to manufacture meshes 121 and flat cloth effects, the combination collision between the upper layer 11 of the surface layer 1 and the lower layer 12 of the surface layer 1 highlights the unique texture weaving feeling and the stereoscopic impression of the whole surface layer 1, and the fabric is light, thin and breathable; and the upper layer 11 of the surface layer 1 is woven with a regular first pattern structure 111, the lower layer 12 of the surface layer 1 is oppositely pulled by two half jacquard guide bars to form meshes 121, and the meshes 121 are embedded in the empty yarn area 1112, so that the texture weaving sense of the fabric is strong, and the pattern effect is rich.

The embodiment provides a ground comb empty needle jacquard split jacquard fabric which comprises a fabric body woven integrally. The fabric body comprises a surface layer 1, a bottom layer 2 woven below the surface layer 1 and a connecting layer 3 woven between the surface layer 1 and the bottom layer 2.
The facing layer 1 includes an upper layer 11, and a lower layer 12 woven beneath the upper layer 11. The upper layer 11 is woven by a ground guide bar, the lower layer 12 is woven by a jacquard guide bar, and the thickness of the lower layer 12 is larger than that of the upper layer 11.

The embodiment provides a ground comb empty needle jacquard split jacquard fabric which comprises a fabric body woven integrally. The fabric body comprises a surface layer 1, a jacquard layer 4, a connecting layer 3 and a bottom layer 2, wherein the jacquard layer 4 is woven on the surface layer 1 or below the surface layer 1, the bottom layer 2 is woven below the surface layer 1, and the connecting layer 3 is woven between the surface layer 1 and the bottom layer 2 and is used for connecting the surface layer 1 and the bottom layer 2.
