By adopting the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention utilizes the characteristics of the polyester monofilament transparent yarns to weave and form the surface layer, and the mesh jacquard layer which penetrates from the upper surface of the surface layer to the upper surface of the bottom layer is arranged between the surface layer and the bottom layer, and various meshes are formed on the surface layer, so that the mesh fabric has more stable structure, stronger stereoscopic impression, soft hand feeling, good ventilation effect, good shape retention and good support performance, and has the characteristics of no wrinkle, difficult bubbling, difficult edge curling, wear resistance and the like.
2. According to the invention, the pattern jacquard layer is woven by utilizing the characteristics of the low-elasticity yarns, and rich jacquard structures are formed on the surface layer and the bottom layer, so that meshes on the mesh cloth are more diversified, the jacquard effect is better, the attractiveness is improved, and the air permeability is good.
3. The invention utilizes the characteristics of the polyester monofilament yarns to weave to form a wool top layer so as to adjust the thickness of the mesh cloth, thereby adjusting the supporting performance and the shape retention of the mesh cloth, wherein the polyester monofilament yarns can be 30D, 40D or 64D polyester monofilament yarns.
4. The invention utilizes the characteristics of the polyester monofilament transparent yarns to weave and form the fixed layer, thereby increasing the stability of the mesh fabric structure.
5. The invention utilizes the principle of a double-jacquard machine table and wonderful process design to enable a creel mesh fabric product to be richer, can utilize 2 jacquard machines to carry out mesh jacquard, not only keeps the original transparency of a creel, but also increases the mesh diversity of the creel product, removes the problem that the original old creel product only has meshes with simple rules on the face and the bottom, or utilizes an electronic transverse moving system to design meshes with different sizes to be gradually changed on the face and the bottom, successfully utilizes 2 jacquard weave meshes, enables the creel type mesh fabric to be richer, innovative and better in three-dimensional effect, and simultaneously effectively solves the problems that a double-layer creel product is easy to wrinkle, bubble, selvedge curling and the like.
6. The manufacturing method is simple, the special process design, the flexibility of the jacquard guide bar and the flexible variability of the yarn supply and warp let-off quantity of the creel are utilized, the tension of the creel can be uniform by designing the meshes with different sizes, the problems that the tension of the surface bottom is not uniform in shrinkage or the local tension is not imbalance and the like are solved, the mesh design is more flexible and changeable, the creel product is more rich and colorful, and the creel can conform to the trend of market fashion.
