The following will describe embodiments of the present invention in detail with reference to the drawings and examples, thereby solving the technical problems by applying technical means to the present invention, and realizing the technical effects can be fully understood and implemented accordingly. It should be noted that, as long as no conflict is formed, each embodiment of the present invention and each feature of each embodiment may be combined with each other, and the formed technical solutions are all within the protection scope of the present invention.
In the following description, for purposes of explanation, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the embodiments of the invention. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced without some of these specific details or in the specific manner described herein.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, fig. 1 is a top view of a jacquard fabric with a ground comb empty needle and jacquard; fig. 5 is a second physical diagram of the jacquard fabric with the ground comb empty needles and the jacquard opposite draw.
The embodiment provides a ground comb hollow needle jacquard opposite-pull jacquard fabric, which comprises a fabric body formed by integrally knitting. The fabric body comprises a face layer 1.
The surface layer 1 comprises an upper layer 11 and a lower layer 12 woven below the upper layer 11. The upper layer 11 is knitted by a ground bar. The lower layer 12 is woven by jacquard guide bars.
The upper layer 11 includes a plurality of first yarns, the plurality of first yarns are cross-woven to form the upper layer 11, and a yarn passing area 1111 and a yarn empty area 1112 formed on the upper layer 11 are formed by using a ground comb air-stitch weaving, the yarn passing area 1111 and the yarn empty area 1112 together form a first pattern structure 111, and the first pattern structure 111 may be a regular pattern such as a diamond, a square, a hexagonal, etc. The ground empty needle is the combination of the threading and the empty yarn, the threading area is the threading area 1111, the empty yarn (i.e. empty needle) area is the empty yarn area 1112, in other words, the ground empty needle is the width of a few needles and a few threads.
The lower layer 12 is woven below the upper layer 11, the lower layer 12 includes a plurality of second yarns, the second yarns are cross-woven to form the lower layer 12, and a plurality of meshes 121 are formed by jacquard butt-drawing weaving, the meshes 121 are inlaid in the empty yarn area 1112, in other words, the meshes 121 are complemented into the empty yarn area in the upper layer, and the meshes 121 are formed by two half jacquard bars in butt-drawing.
The thickness of the lower layer 12 is greater than the thickness of the upper layer 11.
The embodiment adopts a jacquard warp knitting machine to knit an integrally formed fabric body, the fabric body is a layer of surface layer 1, the surface layer 1 comprises an upper layer 11 and a lower layer 12, the upper layer 11 of the surface layer 1 is matched with proper yarn-laying movement in a certain yarn-threading mode, the lower layer 12 of the surface layer 1 utilizes the jacquard knitting characteristic to manufacture meshes 121 and a flat cloth effect, the combination collision of the upper layer 11 of the surface layer 1 and the lower layer 12 of the surface layer 1 highlights the unique texture knitting feel and three-dimensional feel of the whole surface layer 1, and the fabric is light, thin and breathable; and the upper layer 11 of the surface layer 1 is knitted with a first pattern structure 111 (namely a threading region 1111 and an empty yarn region 1112), the lower layer 12 of the surface layer 1 is oppositely pulled to form a mesh 121 through two half jacquard guide bars, and the mesh 121 is inlaid in the empty yarn region 1112, so that the texture knitting feel of the fabric is strong, the pattern effect is rich, and N+1 pattern modes are realized.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a process flow diagram of a method for manufacturing a ground comb empty needle jacquard weave fabric according to the present invention.
The embodiment also provides a manufacturing method of the ground comb empty needle jacquard opposite-pull jacquard fabric, which comprises the following steps of:
S1, guide bar arrangement
The jacquard warp knitting machine is selected for knitting, and the jacquard warp knitting machine is provided with at least 4 guide bars, wherein the 4 guide bars are sequentially arranged from a front needle bed to a back needle bed to be a ground guide bar GB1, a ground guide bar GB2, a jacquard guide bar JB1.1 and a jacquard guide bar JB1.2.
S2, warping
The ground guide bar GB1 is beamed with 6 pan head 210 root yarns, namely the first yarn, of 50D/72FCD white low-elasticity light net/160D/144F semi-gloss white low-elasticity light net (doubling) yarns, and the CD polyester doubling ratio of the ground guide bar GB1 is 5-15%.
The ground guide bar GB2 is beamed with 6 pan head 210 root yarns of 50D/72F CD white low-elasticity light net/160D/144F semi-gloss white low-elasticity light net (doubling yarn) (namely first yarn), and the CD polyester doubling yarn of the ground guide bar GB2 accounts for 5-15%.
The jacquard guide bar JB1.1 is beamed with 140D/48F nylon semi-gloss yarns (namely second yarns) and 6 disc head 248 yarns, and the nylon proportion of the jacquard guide bar JB1.1 is 7% -17%.
The jacquard guide bar JB1.2 is beamed with 140D/48F nylon semi-gloss yarns (namely second yarns) and 6 disc head 248 yarns, and the nylon proportion of the jacquard guide bar JB1.2 is 7% -17%.
S3, threading
The ground guide bar GB1 is used for carrying out yarn threading on the jacquard warp knitting machine in a 1-blank 2-blank 3-blank threading mode, and the warp let-off quantity of gears corresponding to the ground guide bar GB1 is 1300-2300 mm/Jack.
The ground guide bar GB2 is used for carrying out yarn threading on the jacquard warp knitting machine in a mode of 2 threading and 4 blank threading, and the warp feeding quantity of gears corresponding to the ground guide bar GB2 is 1300-2300 mm/cured.
The jacquard guide bar JB1.1 is used for carrying out yarn threading on the jacquard warp knitting machine in a mode of 1 threading and 1 blank threading, and the gear warp let-off quantity corresponding to the jacquard guide bar JB1.1 is 1700-2700 mm/dachshund.
The jacquard guide bar JB1.2 is used for carrying out yarn threading on the jacquard warp knitting machine in a mode of 1 threading and 1 blank threading, and the gear warp let-off quantity corresponding to the jacquard guide bar JB1.2 is 1700-2700 mm/dachshund.
S4, braiding
The ground bars GB1, GB2 are each laid on the front needle bed to form the upper layer 11 of the face layer 1, and the threading region 1111 and the blank region 1112 (i.e., the first pattern 111) are formed on the upper layer 11, wherein, ground bar GB1 running warp knitting structure 1-0/0-1/1-0/0-1/1-2/2-3/3-4/4-3/3-4/4-3/3-2/2-1//, ground bar GB2 running warp knitting structure 3-4/4-3/3-4/4-3/3-2/1-0/0-1/1-0/0-1/2-3////.
The jacquard guide bars JB1.1 and the jacquard guide bar JB1.2 are respectively arranged on the front needle bed or/and the back needle bed to form a lower layer 12 of the surface layer 1, and the jacquard guide bar JB1.1 and the jacquard guide bar JB1.2 are oppositely pulled to form the mesh 121 embedded in the first pattern structure 111, wherein the jacquard guide bar JB1.1 changes warp knitting structure 1-0/1-2//, and the jacquard guide bar JB1.2 changes warp knitting structure 1-2/1-0//.
The manufacturing method of the embodiment is simple, the combination of the ground guide bar and the jacquard guide bar is utilized, the common regular carding needle upper layer 11 and the lower layer 12 jacquard opposite-drawing complementary integrated weaving is realized, the surface layer 1 is formed, the upper layer 11 of the surface layer 1 is matched with proper yarn-filling movement in a certain yarn-penetrating mode, the lower layer 12 of the surface layer 1 utilizes the jacquard weaving characteristic to manufacture meshes 121 and a flat cloth effect, the combination collision of the upper layer 11 of the surface layer 1 and the lower layer 12 of the surface layer 1 highlights the unique texture weaving feeling and the unique three-dimensional feeling of the whole surface layer 1, and the fabric is light, thin and breathable; and the first pattern structure 111 with regularity is woven on the upper layer 11 of the surface layer 1, the lower layer 12 of the surface layer 1 is oppositely pulled through two half jacquard guide bars to form a mesh 121, and the mesh 121 is inlaid in the empty yarn area 1112, so that the texture of the fabric is strong in weaving sense, and the pattern effect is rich.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, fig. 2 is a first cross-sectional view of a ground-carding-empty-needle jacquard fabric according to the present invention; fig. 5 is a second physical diagram of the jacquard fabric with the ground comb empty needles and the jacquard opposite draw.
The embodiment provides a ground comb hollow needle jacquard opposite-pull jacquard fabric, which comprises a fabric body formed by integrally knitting. The fabric body comprises a surface layer 1, a bottom layer 2 woven below the surface layer 1 and a connecting layer 3 woven between the surface layer 1 and the bottom layer 2.
The surface layer 1 comprises an upper layer 11 and a lower layer 12 woven below the upper layer 11. The upper layer 11 is knitted by using a ground bar, the lower layer 12 is knitted by using a jacquard bar, and the thickness of the lower layer 12 is larger than that of the upper layer 11.
The upper layer 11 includes a plurality of first yarns, the plurality of first yarns are cross-woven to form the upper layer 11, and a ground comb air-needle is adopted to weave a yarn penetrating region 1111 and an air yarn region 1112 formed on the upper layer 11, the yarn penetrating region 1111 and the air yarn region 1112 together form a first pattern structure 111 with regularity, and the first pattern structure 111 can be a rhombic, square, hexagonal or other regular flower and pattern; the ground empty needle is the combination of the threading and the empty yarn, the threading area is the threading area 1111, the empty yarn (i.e. empty needle) area is the empty yarn area 1112, in other words, the ground empty needle is the width of a few needles and a few threads.
The lower layer 12 is woven below the upper layer 11, the lower layer 12 includes a plurality of second yarns, the second yarns are cross-woven to form the lower layer 12, and a plurality of meshes 121 are formed by jacquard butt-drawing weaving, the meshes 121 are inlaid in the empty yarn area 1112, in other words, the meshes 121 are complemented into the empty yarn area in the upper layer, and the meshes 121 are formed by two half jacquard bars in butt-drawing.
The connecting layer 3 includes a plurality of fourth yarns, which may be monofilaments or multifilaments, that are cross-woven to form the connecting layer 3 and serve to connect the face layer 1 and the bottom layer 2.
The bottom layer 2 comprises a plurality of third yarns, the plurality of third yarns are interwoven to form the bottom layer 2, and a plurality of ventilation holes 21 are formed in the bottom layer 2.
The fabric body integrally formed by weaving is woven by a jacquard warp knitting machine, the fabric body comprises a surface layer 1, a bottom layer 2 and a connecting layer 3, the upper layer 11 of the surface layer 1 is matched with proper yarn-laying movement in a certain yarn-threading mode, the lower layer 12 of the surface layer 1 is used for manufacturing meshes 121 and a flat cloth effect by utilizing the jacquard weaving characteristic, the combination collision of the upper layer 11 of the surface layer 1 and the lower layer 12 of the surface layer 1 protrudes the unique texture weaving sense and the three-dimensional sense of the whole surface layer 1, and the bottom layer 2 is woven by utilizing the ventilation holes 21 to be combined with the connecting layer 3 to be connected up and down by monofilaments or multifilaments, so that the toughness of a fabric Q is ensured.
Compared with the embodiment 1, the fabric body of the embodiment has more bottom layers 2 and connecting layers 3, and the thickness of the fabric body is greatly increased, so that the fabric body is thicker, the stability is higher, and the rebound damping effect is better.

The embodiment also provides a manufacturing method of the ground comb empty needle jacquard opposite-pull jacquard fabric, which comprises the following steps of:

The ground guide bar GB6 is used for warping 100D/36F semi-gloss yarns (namely third yarns) and 6 disc heads of 496 yarns, and the polyester ratio of the ground guide bar GB6 is 16-26%.
S3, threading
The ground guide bar GB1 is used for carrying out yarn threading on the jacquard warp knitting machine in a 1-blank 2-blank 3-blank threading mode, and the warp let-off quantity of gears corresponding to the ground guide bar GB1 is 1300-2300 mm/Jack.
The ground guide bar GB2 is used for carrying out yarn threading on the jacquard warp knitting machine in a mode of 2 threading and 4 blank threading, and the warp feeding quantity of gears corresponding to the ground guide bar GB2 is 1300-2300 mm/cured.

The ground guide bar GB6 is used for carrying out yarn threading on the jacquard warp knitting machine in a yarn threading and blank yarn threading mode, and the gear warp feeding quantity corresponding to the ground guide bar GB6 is 2200-3200 mm/cured.
S4, braiding

The jacquard guide bars JB1.1 and the jacquard guide bar JB1.2 are respectively arranged on the front needle bed or/and the back needle bed to form a lower layer 12 of the surface layer 1, and the jacquard guide bars JB1.1 and the jacquard guide bar JB1.2 are oppositely arranged to form the mesh 121 embedded in the empty yarn area 1112, wherein the jacquard guide bar JB1.1 changes warp knitting organization 1-0/1-2//, and the jacquard guide bar JB1.2 changes warp knitting organization 1-2/1-0//.
The ground guide bar GB5 is arranged on the front needle bed and the rear needle bed to form the connecting layer 3, and the ground guide bar GB5 changes warp knitting structures by 0-1/3-2/3-2/0-1//.
The ground bar GB6 is laid on the back needle bed to form the bottom layer 2, and the ventilation holes 21 are formed on the bottom layer 2, and the ground bar GB6 changes warp knitting organization by 1-0/0-1//.

The embodiment provides a ground comb hollow needle jacquard opposite-pull jacquard fabric, which comprises a fabric body formed by integrally knitting. The fabric body comprises a surface layer 1, a bottom layer 2 woven below the surface layer 1 and a connecting layer 3 woven between the surface layer 1 and the bottom layer 2.

Compared with the embodiment 1, the fabric body of the embodiment has more bottom layers 2 and connecting layers 3, and the thickness of the fabric body is greatly increased, so that the fabric body is thicker, the stability is higher, and the rebound damping effect is better.
In comparison with example 2, the bottom layer in this example was a plain weave, and had no ventilation holes 21.

The manufacturing method of the embodiment is simple, the combination of the ground guide bar and the jacquard guide bar is utilized, the common regular carding needle upper layer 11 and the lower layer 12 jacquard opposite-drawing complementary integrated weaving is realized, the surface layer 1 is formed, the upper layer 11 of the surface layer 1 is matched with proper yarn-filling movement in a certain yarn-penetrating mode, the lower layer 12 of the surface layer 1 utilizes the jacquard weaving characteristic to manufacture meshes 121 and a flat cloth effect, the combination collision of the upper layer 11 of the surface layer 1 and the lower layer 12 of the surface layer 1 highlights the unique texture weaving feeling and the unique three-dimensional feeling of the whole surface layer 1, and the fabric is light, thin and breathable; the bottom layer 2 and the connecting layer 3 are woven through the ground guide bar, so that the thickness of the fabric body is greatly increased, the fabric body is thicker, the stability is higher, and the rebound damping effect is better; the upper layer 11 of the surface layer 1 is knitted with the threading region 1111 and the blank yarn region 1112 (i.e. the first pattern structure 111 with regularity), the lower layer 12 of the surface layer 1 is oppositely pulled to form the mesh 121 by two half jacquard bars, and the mesh 121 is inlaid in the blank yarn region 1112 in the first pattern structure 111, so that the texture knitting feel of the fabric is strong, and the pattern effect is rich.

Referring to fig. 3-5, fig. 3 is a second cross-sectional view of a ground-comb air-needle jacquard drawn jacquard fabric of the present invention; FIG. 4 is a first physical diagram of a ground-comb hollow-needle jacquard weave fabric; fig. 5 is a second physical diagram of the jacquard fabric with the ground comb empty needles and the jacquard opposite draw.
The embodiment provides a ground comb hollow needle jacquard opposite-pull jacquard fabric, which comprises a fabric body formed by integrally knitting. The fabric body comprises a surface layer 1, a jacquard layer 4, a connecting layer 3 and a bottom layer 2, wherein the jacquard layer 4 is woven on the surface layer 1 or below the surface layer 1, the bottom layer 2 is woven below the surface layer 1, and the connecting layer 3 is woven between the surface layer 1 and the bottom layer 2 and is used for connecting the surface layer 1 and the bottom layer 2.
The surface layer 1 comprises an upper layer 11 and a lower layer 12 woven below the upper layer 11. The upper layer 11 is knitted by using a ground bar, the lower layer 12 is knitted by using a jacquard bar, and the thickness of the lower layer 12 is larger than that of the upper layer 11.
The upper layer 11 includes a plurality of first yarns, the first yarns are cross-woven to form the upper layer 11, and a ground comb hollow needle is used to weave a yarn penetrating region 1111 and a hollow yarn region 1112 formed on the upper layer 11, the yarn penetrating region 1111 and the hollow yarn region 1112 together form a first pattern structure 111, the first pattern structure 111 has regularity, and the first pattern structure 111 may be a rhombic, square, hexagonal or other regular flower and pattern; the lower layer 12 is woven below the upper layer 11, the lower layer 12 comprises a plurality of second yarns, the second yarns are woven in a crossed mode to form the lower layer 12, a plurality of meshes 121 are formed by jacquard opposite-pulling weaving, the meshes 121 are inlaid in the empty yarn area 1112, and the meshes 121 are formed by two half-machine jacquard guide bars in opposite-pulling mode.
The jacquard layer 4 comprises a plurality of fifth yarns, the plurality of fifth yarns are interwoven to form the jacquard layer 4, and a second pattern 41 is formed on the upper layer 11 or/and the lower layer 12, and the second pattern 41 has irregularity.
The connecting layer 3 includes a plurality of fourth yarns, which may be monofilaments or multifilaments, that are cross-woven to form the connecting layer 3 and serve to connect the face layer 1 and the bottom layer 2.
The bottom layer 2 comprises a plurality of third yarns, the plurality of third yarns are interwoven to form the bottom layer 2, and a plurality of ventilation holes 21 are formed in the bottom layer 2.
The fabric body integrally formed by weaving is woven by a jacquard warp knitting machine, the fabric body comprises a surface layer 1, a bottom layer 2 and a connecting layer 3, the upper layer 11 of the surface layer 1 is matched with proper yarn-laying movement in a certain yarn-threading mode, the lower layer 12 of the surface layer 1 is used for manufacturing meshes 121 and a flat cloth effect by utilizing the jacquard weaving characteristic, the combination collision of the upper layer 11 of the surface layer 1 and the lower layer 12 of the surface layer 1 protrudes the unique texture weaving sense and the three-dimensional sense of the whole surface layer 1, and the bottom layer 2 is woven by utilizing the ventilation holes 21 to be combined with the connecting layer 3 to be connected up and down by monofilaments or multifilaments, so that the toughness of a fabric Q is ensured.
Compared with example 1, the fabric body of this example has a plurality of bottom layers 2, connecting layers 3 and jacquard layers 4. Through increasing bottom 2 and tie layer 3, greatly increased the thickness of fabric body for the fabric body is more thick, and stability is higher, and rebound shock attenuation effect is better. By adding the jacquard layer 4, various second pattern textures 41 can be formed, the jacquard weaving effect is increased, and the pattern superposition effect of the fabric body is realized.
Compared with examples 2-3, the fabric body of this example has more jacquard layers 4. By adding the jacquard layer 4, various second pattern textures 41 can be formed, the jacquard weaving effect is increased, and the pattern superposition effect of the fabric body is realized.

S1, guide bar arrangement
The jacquard warp knitting machine is selected for knitting, and the jacquard warp knitting machine is provided with at least 8 guide bars, wherein the 8 guide bars are sequentially arranged from a front needle bed to a back needle bed to be a ground guide bar GB1, a ground guide bar GB2, a jacquard guide bar JB1.1, a jacquard guide bar JB1.2, a jacquard guide bar JB2.1, a jacquard guide bar JB2.2, a ground guide bar GB7 and a ground guide bar GB8.
S2, warping
The ground guide bar GB1 is beamed with 6 pan head 210 root yarns, namely the first yarn, of 50D/72FCD white low-elasticity light net/160D/144F semi-gloss white low-elasticity light net (doubling) yarns, and the CD polyester doubling ratio of the ground guide bar GB1 is 5-15%.
The ground guide bar GB2 is beamed with 6 pan head 210 root yarns of 50D/72F CD white low-elasticity light net/160D/144F semi-gloss white low-elasticity light net (doubling yarn) (namely first yarn), and the CD polyester doubling yarn of the ground guide bar GB2 accounts for 5-15%.
The jacquard guide bar JB1.1 is beamed with 140D/48F nylon semi-gloss yarns (namely second yarns) and 6 disc head 248 yarns, and the nylon proportion of the jacquard guide bar JB1.1 is 7% -17%.
The jacquard guide bar JB1.2 is beamed with 140D/48F nylon semi-gloss yarns (namely second yarns) and 6 disc head 248 yarns, and the nylon proportion of the jacquard guide bar JB1.2 is 7% -17%.
The jacquard guide bar JB2.1 is beamed with 200D/72FCD bright white low-elastic yarns (namely fifth yarns) and 6 disc head 256 yarns, and the CD ratio of the jacquard guide bar JB2.1 is 9% -19%.
The jacquard guide bar JB2.2 is beamed with 200D/72FCD bright white low-elastic yarns (namely fifth yarns) and 6 disc head 256 yarns, and the CD ratio of the jacquard guide bar JB2.2 is 9% -19%.
The ground guide bar GB7 is beamed with 6 disc heads 496 yarns of 30D/1F semi-gloss yarn (namely fourth yarn), and the monofilament ratio of the ground guide bar GB7 is 14-24%.
The ground guide bar GB8 is used for warping 100D/36F semi-gloss yarns (namely third yarns) and 6 disc heads are used for 496 yarns, and the polyester ratio of the ground guide bar GB8 is 16-26%.

S4, braiding

Jacquard bar JB2.1, jacquard bar JB2.2 on front needle bed or/and back needle bed is laid yarn to form the jacquard layer 4, and on the upper layer 11 or/and the lower layer 12 is formed the second pattern structure 41, jacquard bar JB2.1 walks to change warp knitting structure 1-1/1-0/1-1/1-2//, jacquard bar JB2.2 walks to change warp knitting structure 1-1/1-0/1-2//.
The ground guide bar GB7 is arranged on the front needle bed and the back needle bed to form the connecting layer 3, and the ground guide bar GB7 changes warp knitting structures by 0-1/3-2/3-2/0-1//.
The ground guide bar GB8 is arranged on the back needle bed to form the bottom layer 2, the air holes 21 are formed on the bottom layer 2, and the ground guide bar GB8 changes warp knitting structures by 1-0/0-1//.

a bottom layer woven below the bottom layer, the bottom layer comprising a plurality of third yarns, the plurality of third yarns being interwoven to form the bottom layer;

7. A method for manufacturing a ground comb empty needle jacquard opposite-draw jacquard fabric according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising a bar setting step, a warping step, a threading step and a braiding step;
