If the pretreatment oiling agent is not carried out, a dye-resisting film is formed, the fabric is not easy to dye, the dyeing spots are easy to cause, the dyeing defects are dark, and the fastness is reduced. During heat setting, the oil can penetrate into the fabric or thermally decompose to stain the setting equipment, forming a char oil which in turn can stain the fabric. The fabric can dissolve out disperse dye in the fiber due to excessive oil-containing agent; meanwhile, the oiling agent can be dissolved into the fiber, so that the dye can be more easily diffused to the surface of the fiber, and the color of the fiber is lightened. Dyeing: and (3) a high-temperature high-pressure dyeing process, namely, a process of dyeing the fiber by discarding dye molecules from the dye liquor. Softening: because of the structure relationship, certain varieties of polyester knitted fabrics have rough hand feeling. To improve softness, softening treatments are also commonly used, with the addition of softeners. And (5) heat setting: the thermal plasticity of the polyester fiber is utilized, and a thermal tentering shaping method is adopted for finishing, so that the knitted fabric with irregular appearance is formed into a knitted fabric with a loop structure, and the flat fabric surface is obtained. The invention has the advantages of stable size, good crease resistance, better wearability, and improved stability of finished products at 185-190 ℃ for shaping.
The form of the present invention is not limited to the illustrations and examples, and any person who performs a similar idea of the present invention should be regarded as not departing from the scope of the patent of the invention.
