Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of planting of honeysuckle of ixeris sonchifolia, in particular to a woody honeysuckle cultivation method.
Background
Honeysuckle belongs to lonicera macranthoides in the genus of lonicera in the family of loniceraceae, and the whole herb can be used as a medicine, the flower bud contains volatile aromatic oil, inositol, saponin, chlorogenic acid, flavonoid compounds, cinnamic acid, nerol, jasmal and the like, the stem contains alkaloid, the leaf contains loniceraside, luteolin and the like, the honeysuckle flower and the lonicera macranthoides are one of traditional Chinese medicinal materials and also are medicinal and edible raw materials, and have the effects of clearing heat and removing toxicity, cooling and dispelling wind heat, protecting liver and benefiting gallbladder, and the honeysuckle flower and the lonicera macranthoides are used for treating carbuncle and furuncle, pharyngitis, erysipelas, heat-toxicity bloody dysentery, wind-heat cold and warm-heat morbidity all the time in the field of traditional Chinese medicine; at present, more honeysuckle tea is used for health care and health preservation tea, the fragrance of the honeysuckle tea is pleasant, the honeysuckle tea can be used for preparing beverages, the honeysuckle tea has good effects of preventing and treating heatstroke, upper respiratory tract infection, wind-heat type common cold and gastrointestinal diseases in midsummer, and has good effects of clearing free radicals of a human body, delaying senescence, improving the immune function of the human body and the like, so the honeysuckle tea is also a good health care product for reducing cholesterol of patients with hypertension and cardiovascular systems; the honeysuckle integrates ornamental and medicinal functions, has high economic value and large market demand, and is planted in large quantities as important economic crops in various places.
The compendium of materia Medica records: the honeysuckle juice can contain sulfur to prepare mercury, so the honeysuckle juice is called Tongling, is sweet in nature, warm and non-toxic, is mainly used for treating cold and heat swollen bodies, is light for a long time and prolongs the life, and is proved by modern medical researches to be rich in chlorogenic acid, luteolin, volatile oil, flavonoids and other substances, enters the lung, heart and stomach channels, and can clear heat, detoxify and disperse wind and heat. Can be used for treating carbuncle, furuncle, pharyngitis, erysipelas, toxic heat, dysentery, wind-heat type common cold, epidemic febrile disease, and fever. Has antibacterial, antiinflammatory, antipyretic, antiviral, blood pressure lowering, blood lipid reducing, and immunity improving effects. Is widely used in the industries of medicines, health products, daily cosmetics, foods and chemical industry. At present, the demand of honeysuckle in China per year is more than 2000 ten thousand kilograms, the actual yield is less than 1000 ten thousand kilograms, the wild yield accounts for about one tenth of the total yield, and although the honeysuckle in Shandong and Henan of main planting areas is improved, the cultivation and planting method is not very scientific, the seedlings can root in more than 30 days after cuttage, the seedlings can be outplanted in more than 10 months, the seedling culture time is long, and the survival rate is low and is less than 60%; the lignification of the planted honeysuckle is not obvious, the management is not easy, and diseases and insect pests are easy to occur, so that the yield is low although the planting area is large, and the maximum utilization of land resources cannot be realized.
In addition, in Japan and Korea, and also in southeast Asia, many countries regard honeysuckle as treasure, the international demand is great, and the supply gap is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a woody honeysuckle cultivation method.
The scheme of the invention is as follows:
a woody honeysuckle cultivation method comprises the following steps:
1) pretreating, namely cleaning honeysuckle seeds with clear water, disinfecting, then putting into warm water at 35-40 ℃ for total soaking for 12h, then plugging 3-5 honeysuckle seeds into a germination accelerating matrix, lightly holding the seeds into a loose egg shape with hands, wrapping gauze, soaking in a germination accelerating pool filled with a maintenance solution, and soaking for 30-60 min;
2) seedling raising, namely digging soil pits in the soil of a seedling raising shed, wherein the depth of each soil pit is 20-30 cm, then filling mixed cultivation soil into the soil pits, embedding a permeation tube into the mixed cultivation soil at one side in each soil pit, scattering a culture medium into a seedling raising tray, then planting the soaked gold and silver seeds into the culture medium, placing the seedling raising tray into the soil pits, communicating the top of the permeation tube with a transfusion hose, carrying out base liquid drip irrigation 3-6 times a day through the transfusion hose, carrying out 10-20 min each time at a drip irrigation interval of 1-2 h, and transplanting after 35-40 days, wherein the temperature of the base liquid is 20-26 ℃;
3) preparing soil, deeply turning by 30-40 cm, paving planting soil at the bottom, spraying a biological bactericide, paving sandy soil on the planting soil, then spreading farmyard manure, turning, leveling and harrowing, digging planting holes according to the row spacing of 50-60 cm and the plant spacing of 40-50 cm, wherein the planting holes are deep at the upper part of the planting soil, and filling soil and irrigating a water-soluble fertilizer in the planting holes for planting honeysuckle seedlings;
4) planting and maintaining, artificially inducing, cutting off bottom miscellaneous branches after two years, wiping off side buds, wrapping a treatment bag at the position of cutting off miscellaneous strips, fastening an opening of the treatment bag through an adhesive tape, spraying a treatment liquid in the treatment bag, wherein the treatment liquid comprises 2-4 parts of a fresh green essence, 1-3 parts of jasmonic acid, 4-6 parts of glutinous rice pulp, 5-8 parts of lime slurry and 2-5 parts of lemon powder, and then transplanting;
5) soil preparation before transplanting, applying farmyard manure and calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer on the transplanted soil, ploughing the ground, raking the soil finely, making a drainage ditch, and making a ridge for planting;
6) transplanting, wherein the plant spacing is 130 multiplied by 150cm, and the diameter of the honeysuckle seedling in the step 4) is selected to be more than 0.4cm, and the height is more than 35 cm; cutting off weak branches, cutting off the upper tips of the strong branches by 2-3 nodes, and properly retracting overlong fibrous roots; planting at a depth of 5-7 cm, slightly lifting the seedlings after covering soil to enable the roots of the seedlings to be spread, pouring enough root fixing water after compacting, and then covering with dry soil to prevent water evaporation; after planting, if the plants are dry in the sky, watering once within 5 days;
7) performing field management, namely periodically weeding, fertilizing, regularly trimming, shearing and cleaning the honeysuckle on the transplanted land, and removing diseases and insects;
8) harvesting, and picking up the honeysuckle flowers on the transplanted land when the honeysuckle flowers are open.
