Abstract

Description

具有车尾照明装置的机动车
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有车尾照明装置的机动车。
背景技术
由于法律规定，需要将机动车上的确定的构件和/或构件组方面的确定的标识、如检验和/或许可标识布置在机动车的可视区域中。尤其就机动车的车尾照明装置而言，一般将所述例如根据ECE(欧洲经济委员会)、CCC(中国国家强制质量认证)、SAE(美国国家汽车工程师学会)机构和/或类似机构的检验和/或许可标识等等或者布置在车尾照明装置的壳体上、车尾照明装置的光玻璃上，和/或在构造在机动车上并且构造在机动车的车尾开口旁的水渠的区域中布置在覆盖车尾照明装置的光源壳体的装饰挡板上。
在优选借助激光书写设备将检验和/或许可标识设置到在水渠的区域中的所述装饰挡板上时，这些标识必须额外地出现在车尾照明装置上，这导致花费增加。此外根据涉及到的销售市场，如美国或欧洲，要实现不同的检验和/或许可标识，这导致装饰挡板额外的变型设计或备件数量，并且因此同样导致花费增加。本发明旨在于解决上述问题。
发明内容
因此本发明要解决的技术问题是，针对在机动车上的车尾照明装置方面的现有技术将用于设置或者说施加标识、尤其检验和/或许可标识的花费最小化。
一种具有车尾照明装置的机动车，在所述车尾照明装置上在相邻于机动车的车尾开口布置的或者构造的水渠的区域中设置有挡板，所述挡板至少部分覆盖车尾照明装置的光源壳体，以此为出发点解决上述技术问题，即所述挡板具有贯穿开口或者切口，其在所述挡板的安装状态下被车尾照明装置的光源壳体的相对于所述挡板的贯穿开口或者相对于切口形状互补的舌片占据，其中，在所述舌片的在所述挡板的安装状态下从车辆外部可见的舌片面上相对于车尾照明装置施加标识和/或在所述舌片面中设置标识。
通过该措施有利地将用于相对于车尾照明装置可见地施加标识的花费最小化，因为所述标识现在实现在车尾照明装置的舌片上，并且避免额外地将相关标识施加在挡板上。进一步有利的是，针对所有机动车可以使用统一构造的挡板。同样有利避免针对不同的销售市场创建挡板的额外的变型设计。此外，在安装挡板时，舌片可以用于定向并且以此有利地降低制造时间。
从属权利要求说明本发明的优选改进设计或者设计方案。
据此优选规定，在挡板的安装状态下所述舌片与挡板齐平地终结，然而这应在考虑可能会体现出的公差的情况下，由此一方面在所述水渠方面能实现较高的流体密封性，另一方面避免汇集水和污物的可能。
本发明还规定，所述舌片优选固定地与车尾照明装置的光源壳体连接，进一步优选构造成与其一体式的，由此实现材料和制造时间的节省。备选的是，舌片也可以可拆卸地与光源壳体连接，以便实现确定的标识与相关光源壳体的匹配的更广的可能性。
优选然而并非限制性的是，所述标识包括针对不同市场的检验和/或许可标识、用于车尾照明装置的身份认证的标识、修改标记、识别标识、定向标识和/或符号。
按照简单和廉价的措施，并且据此优选的是，所述标识通过激光标记系统设置到舌片的从外部可见的舌片面上。备选的是也可以使用已知的工具套件。
本发明还规定，在本发明的改进设计中，有利地在车尾照明装置的光源壳体上直接相邻于舌片配设至少一个另外的标记位置，用于施加和/或设置标识。这例如可以是车尾照明装置和/或光源壳体的制造商或供应商的内部的修订标记，其具有关于车尾照明装置的结构状态、硬件状态、软件状态、制造日期、电路板版本和/或类似信息。

下面根据附图中示意性示出的实施例进一步阐述本发明。然而本发明不限于该实施例，而是包括所有通过权利要求定义的设计方案。其中：

图4示出在后盖打开时车辆尾部的所述与本发明相关的区域的立体视图，所述区域具有在其最终安装状态下的按照图3的挡板。
具体实施方式
图1首先示出机动车1的尾部视图，机动车1具有封闭机动车1的车尾开口2的后盖3。在机动车1的两侧布置有车尾照明装置4a、4b，其中，车尾照明装置的一部分安装在车身侧，另一部分安装在盖板侧。
根据图2，在具有用于所述后盖3的密封装置7的限定机动车1的后部装载空间5的车身挡板6与车身侧的车尾照明装置4a的光源壳体8之间构造有水渠9，借助水渠将已知的水、尤其雨水和洗涤水连同污物颗粒以确定的方式导出机动车1。图2还示出，车尾照明装置4a或者说其光源壳体8配设有覆盖车尾照明装置4a或者说其光源壳体8的挡板10，挡板10除了保护目的之外还用于装饰的目的。
如开头已经说明的那样，基于法律规定需要在机动车1的可见区域中布置确定的标识11，例如检验标识和/或许可标识。在所述车尾照明装置4a方面，传统上所述标识11或者说根据例如ECE、CCC、SAE机构和/或类似机构的检验标识和/或许可标识或者布置在车尾照明装置4a的光源壳体8上、车尾照明装置4a的光玻璃12上和/或在覆盖光源壳体8的挡板10上在构造的水渠9的区域中(见图2)。
图2示出在预安装状态下的迄今为止所述挡板10。其具有形状配合器件13，形状配合器件13与在光源壳体8上的对应形状配合器件14相对应，以便将挡板10优选可拆卸地固定在光源壳体8上。在图2中进一步示出，所述标识11通常在此从车辆外部可见地一方面布置在光源壳体8上并且另一方面布置在挡板10上，优选通过激光标记系统设置在光源壳体8上和挡板10上或者说嵌入光源壳体8中和挡板10中，这导致更高的花费。备选的是，所述标识11也可以借助已知的工具套件设置在光源壳体8上和挡板10上或者说嵌入光源壳体8中和挡板10中。
为了克服该不利情况以及将所述花费最小化，按照图3和图4，挡板10具有贯穿开口15，贯穿开口15在挡板10的安装状态中由车尾照明装置/光源壳体的相对于挡板10的贯穿开口15形状互补的，从车尾照明装置4a的光源壳体8突出的舌片16占据。替代所述贯穿开口15的是，挡板10也可以具有侧向的切口，该切口被所述舌片16占据(未以图示出)。
因此实现了在挡板10的安装状态中舌片16的从车辆外部可见的舌片面17(见图4)。在舌片16的从车辆外部可见的舌片面17上，在车尾照明装置4a方面施加上述标识11，和/或将所述标识设置到所述舌片面17中。
图4还示出，在挡板10的安装状态中舌片16与挡板10尽可能齐平地终结，由此一方面在所述水渠方面能实现较高的流体密封性，另一方面避免水和污物汇集的可能。
图4还示出，按照本发明的优选设计方案，舌片16固定地与车尾照明装置4a的光源壳体8连接，进一步优选构造成与其一体式的。光源壳体8基本上由塑料构成，优选按照已知的塑料注塑方法制造。在这方面，舌片16可以特别简单和低成本地在光源壳体8上呈现。备选的是，舌片16也可以可拆卸地与光源壳体8连接，以便实现确定的标识11相对于涉及到的光源壳体8的配属的更广的可能性(未以图示出)。
优选然而并非限制性的是，所述标识包括针对不同市场的检验和/或许可标识(例如ECE、CCC和/或SAE机构)、用于车尾照明装置4a的身份认证的标识、修改标记、识别标识、定向标识和/或符号。
优选的是，所述标识11通过激光标记系统(激光刻印)设置到舌片16的从外部可见的舌片面17中。备选地，所述标识11也可以例如借助上文已提到的工具套件，尤其借助销钉或者铣刀刻到舌片16中，或者借助未以图示出的单独的标签设置到舌片16处。
为了尤其在车尾照明装置4a方面扩展可实现标识的方案，在车尾照明装置4a的光源壳体8处直接相邻于舌片16地配设至少一个另外的标记位置18，用于施加和/或设置另外的标识11a，在此不特定地以“XYZ”标明。按照该实施例，另外的标记位置例如布置在舌片16下方并且示意性通过虚线表示。所述另外的标识11a例如可以是车尾照明装置4a和/或光源壳体8的制造商或供应商的内部的修订标记，其具有关于车尾照明装置4a的结构状态、硬件状态、软件状态、制造日期、电路板版本和/或类似信息。

Claims (6)

1.一种具有车尾照明装置(4a)的机动车(1)，在所述车尾照明装置上在相邻于机动车(1)的车尾开口(2)布置的或者构造的水渠(9)的区域中设置有挡板(10)，所述挡板覆盖所述车尾照明装置(4a)的光源壳体(8)，其特征在于，所述挡板(10)具有贯穿开口(15)或者切口，所述贯穿开口或者切口在所述挡板(10)的安装状态下被车尾照明装置(4a)的光源壳体(8)的相对于所述挡板(10)的贯穿开口(15)或者相对于切口形状互补的舌片(16)占据，其中，在所述舌片(16)的在所述挡板(10)的安装状态下从车辆外部可见的舌片面(17)上针对车尾照明装置(4a)施加标识(11)和/或在所述舌片面(17)中设置标识。
2.按照权利要求1所述的机动车(1)，其特征在于，在所述挡板(10)的安装状态下所述舌片(16)与所述挡板(10)齐平地终结。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的机动车(1)，其特征在于，所述舌片(16)固定地或者可拆卸地与所述车尾照明装置(4a)的光源壳体(8)连接。
4.按照上述权利要求之一所述的机动车(1)，其特征在于，所述标识(11)包括针对不同市场的检验和/或许可标识、用于车尾照明装置(4a)的身份认证的标识、修改标记、识别标识、定向标识和/或符号。
5.按照上述权利要求之一所述的机动车(1)，其特征在于，所述标识(11)通过激光标记系统或者借助工具套件设置到所述舌片(16)的从外部可见的舌片面(17)上。
6.按照上述权利要求之一所述的机动车(1)，其特征在于，在车尾照明装置(4a)的光源壳体(8)上直接相邻于舌片(16)配设至少一个另外的标记位置(18)，用于施加和/或设置标识(11a)。
