技术领域
本申请涉及面料领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种吸湿面料。
背景技术
随着科学技术的发展和生活水平的提高,人们对面料与服装实用功能的要求趋向多元化。作为贴身的内衣面料,已经不再满足于舒适的基本要求。
根据资料表明,人体即使不运动也有大量的潜汗产生,所以在身着衣物过多的情况下,若不及时进行排湿和透气,很容易造成贴身内衣的湿热感,带来不好的穿着体验;但若是面料透气效果太好,则会影响到面料的保暖效果。根据上述相关技术,需要提供一种在吸湿排湿性好的同时,确保保暖性的面料,为消费者提供良好的穿着体验。
发明内容
为了提供一种在吸湿排湿性好的同时,确保保暖性的面料,本申请提供一种吸湿面料。
第一方面,本申请提供了如下技术方案:一种吸湿面料,包括依次设置的表层、连接层和绒毛层,且由以下步骤制得:
S1:绒毛处理:将绒毛进行清洗后,浸渍于浸渍液中8-75min,得到处理后绒毛;
S2:植绒:将处理后绒毛植绒至连接层一侧,得到绒毛层和连接层;
S3:复合:将表层复合于连接层未设置绒毛层的一侧,得到吸湿面料;
所述浸渍液包括以下重量份数的组分:
水100份;
黄原胶5-13;
水溶性硅油10-30份;
羧甲基纤维素3-10份。
通过采用上述技术方案,绒毛层可以为面料提供舒适感肤感,同时绒毛间的空气量大,热量不易传递,可以起到保暖效果。连接层为绒毛层提供载体,同时实现与表层的连接。绒毛进行处理后,会沾染浸渍液中溶解的物质,从而提高绒毛的吸湿排湿效果,起到吸湿排湿的作用,同时确保保暖性。
水溶性硅油可用于面料的处理,赋予其柔软和舒适的手感,同时提高表面平滑度。黄原胶具有良好的水溶性,可以提高水的粘度,可形成亲水胶体。羧甲基纤维素可作为吸收剂、增稠剂和稳定剂,同时具有亲水和成膜作用。由试验可知,可提高面料的吸湿排湿性。
进一步地,所述步骤S1中,先将水和水溶性硅油混合均匀得到混合液A,加热至40-65℃,将绒毛浸渍于混合液A中8-35min,再加入浸渍液其它原料混合均匀,在15-45℃继续浸渍10-40min。
通过采用上述技术方案,先通过水溶性硅油对绒毛进行整理,再进行黄原胶和羧甲基纤维素的附着。由试验可知,可进一步提高吸湿排湿效果。
进一步地,所述步骤S1中,将水分为两份,一份与水溶性硅油互溶得到混合液A,另一份与剩余原料互溶得到混合液B。
通过采用上述技术方案,将黄原胶和羧甲基纤维素提前进行溶解,再对绒毛进行浸渍处理,一方面可以提高水溶性硅油在处理绒毛时的浓度,另一方面可以获得均匀的黄原胶和羧甲基纤维素水溶液,提高绒毛的浸渍效果。由试验可知,可小程度提高吸湿排湿效果。
进一步地,所述步骤S1浸渍过程中配合超声振动,超声波振动频率为30-40kHz。
通过采用上述技术方案,由试验可知,可进一步提高吸湿排湿效果。
进一步地,所述步骤S1:绒毛处理:将绒毛进行清洗烘干后,浸渍于浸渍液中;浸渍完成后将绒毛捞出,降温至0-5℃,再升温至15-25℃,烘干,得到处理后绒毛。
通过采用上述技术方案,由试验可知,可进一步提高吸湿排湿效果。

通过采用上述技术方案,减少植绒胶对连接层透气性的影响,确保绒毛吸附的水份可以顺利的排至表层外。
综上所述,本申请具有以下有益效果:
1、由于本申请采用表层、连接层和绒毛层,并将绒毛层进行浸渍处理,浸渍液包括水、黄原胶、水溶性硅油和羧甲基纤维素,利用绒毛进行吸湿和排湿,提高面料的吸湿排湿性。
2、由于本申请采用先用水和水溶性硅油的混合液A对绒毛进行处理,再加入黄原胶和羧甲基纤维素,提高绒毛的膨胀率,提高黄原胶和羧甲基纤维素的附着率,从而进一步提高面料的吸湿排湿性。
3、由于本申请将浸渍后的绒毛先降温至0-5℃,再升温至15-25℃,可进一步提高绒毛内部可附着体积,从而提高吸湿排湿效果。
4、由于本申请采用先喷后辊涂的植绒胶上胶方式,减少植绒胶对连接层透气性的影响,确保绒毛吸附的水可以顺利的排至表层外。
具体实施方式
实施例
实施例1:一种吸湿面料,由以下步骤制备:
S1:绒毛处理:绒毛选用0.2cm的粘胶短纤维,将绒毛投入清水中,配合20r/min的搅拌速度进行搅拌清洗20min后,捞出绒毛放入烘箱,用60℃的热风烘干20min;浸渍于浸渍液中8min后捞出,用40℃的热风烘干20min,得到处理后绒毛;
S2:植绒:在连接层一面通过辊涂涂覆植绒胶,植绒胶涂覆量为100g/m2,之后送入静电植绒机进行植绒,植绒完成后在40℃的烘箱中烘干20min,得到绒毛层和连接层;
S3:复合:在连接层未设置绒毛层侧一侧辊涂复合胶,复合胶的涂覆量为100g/m2,将表层复合于复合胶上,通过辊压加压粘接未设置绒毛层的一侧,在40℃的烘箱中烘干20min,得到吸湿面料。
连接层由40s的棉纤维纬编得到,表层由70%的20s棉纤维和30%涤纶丝涤棉混纺为原料,纬编得到。
植绒胶和复合胶均采购自杭州汉特化工有限公司。
浸渍液由100kg水、5kg黄原胶、30kg水溶性硅油和3kg羧甲基纤维素组成,且由各原料投入至搅拌器,在20±5℃的温度,50r/min的搅拌速度下搅拌10min得到。
实施例2:一种吸湿面料,与实施例1的区别在于:步骤S1中浸渍时间为55min。步骤S2中植绒胶涂覆量为90g/m2。浸渍液由100kg水、11kg黄原胶、30kg水溶性硅油和5kg羧甲基纤维素组成。
实施例3:一种吸湿面料,与实施例1的区别在于:步骤S1中浸渍时间为75min。步骤S2中植绒胶涂覆量为110g/m2。浸渍液由100kg水、13kg黄原胶、10kg水溶性硅油和10kg羧甲基纤维素组成。
实施例4:一种吸湿面料,与实施例2的区别在于:将浸渍液原料中的水和水溶性硅油在20±5℃,50r/min的搅拌条件下搅拌10min得到混合液A。

实施例6:一种吸湿面料,与实施例4的区别在于,步骤S1中,绒毛清洗烘干后,将混合液A加热至65℃,将绒毛投入浸渍35min后,再往混合液A中加入黄原胶和羧甲基纤维素,在20r/min的条件下搅拌5min后,在45℃浸渍10min后捞出,用40℃的热风烘干20min,得到处理后绒毛。
实施例7:一种吸湿面料,与实施例5的区别在于,将浸渍液中的水均分为两份,一份与水溶性硅油在20±5℃,50r/min的搅拌条件下搅拌10min得到混合液A;另一份与黄原胶和羧甲基纤维素在20±5℃,200r/min的搅拌条件下搅拌10min得到混合液B。
步骤S1中,绒毛清洗烘干后,将混合液A加热至45℃,将绒毛投入浸渍30min后,再往混合液A中加入混合液B,在20r/min的条件下搅拌5min后,在30℃浸渍20min后捞出,用40℃的热风烘干20min,得到处理后绒毛。
实施例8:一种吸湿面料,与实施例7的区别在于,步骤S1中,绒毛放入混合液A中后,在容器外增加超声波振动,振动频率为30kHz。

表征试验:
1、吸湿排湿效果试验
试验对象:实施例1-15和对比例1-3,一共18组试验样品。
试验方法:将每个试验样品裁剪三张10*10cm的平行样品。准备54只25ml的烧杯,分别对应每个试验样品。在烧杯中加入25.0ml的水,将对应的试验样品包覆于烧杯口(绒毛层朝下),并用皮筋扎紧,注意不能过度拉扯面料。进行称重,得到初始重量,然后将所有烧杯放入35℃的环境中,24h后,称量重量得到最终重量;通过计算得到排湿量(g)=初始重量-最终重量。
试验结果:吸湿排湿效果试验结果记录如表1所示。

数据分析:由表1数据可知,与对比例相比,实施例均表现出了更高的排湿量,具有更好的吸湿排湿效果。
与实施例1相比,对比例1没有对绒毛进行预处理,对比例2未采用水溶性有机硅,对比例3未采用黄原胶和羧甲基纤维素,均表现出了更差的排湿量。说明水溶性有机硅、黄原胶和羧甲基纤维素的使用可以有效的提高面料的吸湿排湿效果。原因可能是:经过处理后的绒毛,其经过水溶性硅油的整理,同时绒毛表面附着有黄原胶和羧甲基纤维素,羧甲基纤维素的成膜作用与黄原胶的胶体起到相互巩固的作用。皮肤表面生成潜汗时,逐渐挥发至皮肤外,绒毛层上附着的亲水性物质吸附水份,并沿着绒毛传递至连接层,蒸发至空气中。另外,水溶性硅油对绒毛具有溶胀作用,会提高绒毛的膨胀率,提高黄原胶和羧甲基纤维素的附着率,绒毛烘干后,黄原胶和羧甲基纤维素的附着更牢固。
实施例4-6在实施例2的基础上先利用水溶性有机硅对绒毛进行处理,再加入黄原胶和羧甲基纤维素,可以进一步提高吸湿排湿效果。原因可能是:水溶性硅胶的先处理充分提高了绒毛的膨胀程度,纤维素分子链涨开,更利于与黄原胶和羧甲基纤维素进行附着,提高了附着量,从而提高吸湿排湿效果。
实施例7在实施例5的基础上,将黄原胶和羧甲基纤维素提前溶解,提高了黄原胶和羧甲基纤维素在浸渍液中的均匀度,提高绒毛的浸渍效果,从而小幅度提高吸湿排湿效果。
实施例8-9在实施例7的基础上增加了超声波振动,可进一步提高吸湿排湿效果,原因可能是:促进黄原胶和羧甲基纤维素在绒毛上的附着效果。实施例10-11在实施例8的基础上增加了降温和升温处理,进一步了提高吸湿排湿效果;原因可能是:降温后,绒毛的内部的水会形成冰晶,撑开纤维素分子链,进一步提高绒毛内部可附着体积。
实施例12在实施例10的基础上增加了沥干,减少需要降温的水量,提高冷冻速率,提高工艺操作的可行度。
实施例13-14在实施例12的基础上改变了植绒胶的涂覆方式,实施例15在实施例13的基础上限定了复合胶的涂覆方式,均在其基础上有吸湿排湿效果的提高,减少植绒胶对连接层透气性的影响,确保绒毛吸附的水可以顺利的排至表层外。

Claims (5)

1.一种吸湿面料,其特征在于,包括依次设置的表层、连接层和绒毛层,且由以下步骤制得:
S1:绒毛处理:将绒毛进行清洗后,浸渍于浸渍液中8-75min,得到处理后绒毛;
S2:植绒:将处理后绒毛植绒至连接层一侧,得到绒毛层和连接层;
S3:复合:将表层复合于连接层未设置绒毛层的一侧,得到吸湿面料;
所述浸渍液包括以下重量份数的组分:
水100份;
黄原胶5-13;
水溶性硅油10-30份;
羧甲基纤维素3-10份;所述步骤S1中,先将水和水溶性硅油混合均匀得到混合液A,加热至40-65℃,将绒毛浸渍于混合液A中8-35min,再加入浸渍液其它原料混合均匀,在15-45℃继续浸渍10-40min;所述步骤S1中,将水分为两份,一份与水溶性硅油互溶得到混合液A,另一份与剩余原料互溶得到混合液B;所述步骤S1:绒毛处理:将绒毛进行清洗烘干后,浸渍于浸渍液中;浸渍完成后将绒毛捞出,降温至0-5℃,再升温至15-25℃,烘干,得到处理后绒毛。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸湿面料,其特征在于,所述步骤S1浸渍过程中配合超声振动,超声波振动频率为30-40kHz。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸湿面料,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中,浸渍完成后将绒毛捞出,沥干至不再滴水后,降温至0-5℃,再升温至15-25℃,烘干,得到处理后绒毛。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸湿面料,其特征在于,所述步骤S2通过在连接层涂覆植绒胶,再通过静电植绒完成植绒。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种吸湿面料,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中,通过喷涂的方式将植绒胶喷至连接层表面,再通过辊压展开植绒胶,再进行静电植绒;植绒胶的使用量为90-105g/m2
