本实用新型公开了一种防水植绒面料，包括基布层，在所述基布层的一侧表面涂覆有粘结层，在所述粘结层上粘结有尼龙绒毛，在所述尼龙绒毛的表面包覆有抗湿层，所述基布层是由相互垂直的竹纤维经纱和竹纤维纬纱交织构成的纺织布料。本实用新型的防水植绒面料便于加工，抗湿性能高，防水、抗污、防霉、吸音效果好，广泛应用于家具、沙发、座椅、墙壁软包等领域。

本实用新型涉及植绒面料技术领域。
背景技术
植绒面料是近几年出现的一种新型面料，此面料用途广泛，它不仅是制作冬令女士套装、裙装、童装的理想面料，其御寒保暖效果好、时尚美观；也广泛地应用在家纺领域，目前主要被用于沙发、靠垫、坐垫等用布。一般的植绒面料是用经纬距较大的白色网布为基布，基布上涂有粘合剂，根据植绒面料的图案通过分步层叠静电吸附有一种或多种颜色的绒毛，并与粘合剂粘结，经后处理成带图案的植绒面料。有的为了增加立体感，采用制有图案孔的圆网压在植绒面料上，再用蒸汽吹，使得在圆网孔中的绒毛直立竖起，而无孔地方的绒毛被压实，紧贴在基布上，整块植绒布料上的绒毛有高低起落，并按图形排列，具有立体感。上述的植绒面料生产工艺较为复杂，尤其以网布为基布，质地松弛、强度低，档次不高。而且由于该植绒面料没有做防水处理，其防水、抗污、防霉、吸音效果较差，使植绒面料的使用范围受到限制。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种防水植绒面料，其便于加工，防水、抗污、防霉、吸音效果好，应用领域更广泛。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案是：防水植绒面料，包括基布层，在所述基布层的一侧表面涂覆有粘结层，在所述粘结层上粘结有尼龙绒毛，在所述尼龙绒毛的表面包覆有抗湿层。
作为一种优选的技术方案，所述基布层是由相互垂直的竹纤维经纱和竹纤维纬纱交织构成的纺织布料。
采用了上述技术方案后，本实用新型的有益效果是：
1.本实用新型依次包括基布层、粘结层和尼龙绒毛，在尼龙绒毛的表面包覆抗湿层，上述4者都通过静电植绒的方式进行有机的整合，再加以后整理，最终形成防水植绒面料，工艺简单，便于加工，产品美观新潮，工艺性好。
2.本实用新型在尼龙绒毛的表面包覆有抗湿层，该抗温层可以采用PU涂层，防水性能极强；且本实用新型的基布层是由相互垂直的竹纤维经纱和竹纤维纬纱交织构成的纺织布料，由于竹纤维的横截面凹凸变形，布满了近似于椭圆形的孔隙，呈高度中空，毛细管效应极强，可在瞬间吸收和蒸发水分，因此吸湿排湿功能强。由于本实用新型包含上述的结构，制得的植绒面料防水性强、环保性能高、产品的耐摩擦性强，更加利于使用在公共场所，其抗污、防霉、吸音效果也非常好。
3.本实用新型的防水植绒面料产品广泛应用于家具、沙发、座椅、墙壁软包等领域。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2共同所示，一种防水植绒面料。
上述防水植绒面料，其包括基布层1，在所述基布层1的一侧表面涂覆有粘结层2，该粘结层2采用环保粘合剂，环保性能强，在所述粘结层2上粘结有尼龙绒毛3，所述尼龙绒毛3优先采用尼龙66绒毛，其耐热性和耐油性好。
在所述尼龙绒毛3的表面包覆有抗湿层4。该抗湿层4优先采用PU涂层，其防水性能极强且耐摩擦性强。
本实用新型的基布层1、粘结层2、尼龙绒毛3以及包覆于绒毛表面的抗湿层4，上述4者都通过静电植绒的方式进行有机的整合，再加以后整理，最终形成防水植绒面料，工艺简单，便于加工，产品美观新潮，工艺性好。
另外，本实用新型的基布层1是由相互垂直的竹纤维经纱和竹纤维纬纱交织构成的纺织布料，由于竹纤维的横截面凹凸变形，布满了近似于椭圆形的孔隙，呈高度中空，毛细管效应极强，可在瞬间吸收和蒸发水分，因此吸湿排湿功能强；采用竹纤维机织布抗菌抑菌功能明显优于其它布料；竹纤维内部特殊的超细微孔结构使其具有强劲的吸附能力，能吸附空气中甲醛，苯，甲苯，氨等有害物质，消除不良气味。
总之，本实用新型的植绒面料防水性强、环保性能高、产品的耐摩擦性强，更加利于使用在公共场所，其抗污、防霉、吸音效果也非常好，广泛应用于家具、沙发、座椅、墙壁软包等领域。

1.防水植绒面料，包括基布层，在所述基布层的一侧表面涂覆有粘结层，在所述粘结层上粘结有尼龙绒毛，其特征在于：在所述尼龙绒毛的表面包覆有抗湿层。
2.如权利要求1所述的防水植绒面料，其特征在于：所述基布层是由相互垂直的竹纤维经纱和竹纤维纬纱交织构成的纺织布料。
