Description

Method for cultivating anti-season Chinese chives
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of crop planting, in particular to an out-of-season Chinese chive cultivation method.
Background
Leek, another name: plumping, grass-bushy, herba Cynomorii, lazy vegetable, long-growing leek, ZHUANGYANGCAO, and Flat vegetable; belongs to a perennial herb plant of Liliaceae, has special strong smell, horizontal rhizome, narrow and conical bulb, and fasciculation; scaly brown skin, reticular fiber; leaf-based raw, strip-shaped and flat; umbelliform inflorescence, terminal growth. The leaves, scape and flowers are all eaten as vegetables; the seeds can be used as a medicine and have the effects of tonifying the kidney, invigorating the stomach, refreshing, suppressing sweating, inducing astringency and the like. In traditional Chinese medicine, leek is called as 'intestinal lavage grass'.
After the chives are harvested, the chives can grow by themselves without repeated planting, but the growth speed of the anti-season chives is greatly influenced by the planting method, the anti-season chives are easy to get ill, and how to plant healthy and strong chives with good mouthfeel in the anti-season is a subject worthy of research in the industry.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an out-of-season Chinese chive cultivation method, and aims to solve the problems in the prior art.
In order to solve the problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
an off-season leek cultivation method comprises the following steps:
(1) land preparation: deeply ploughing the land, finely leveling and harrowing to form flat ridges, and spreading base fertilizer and pesticide in the ridges and leveling;
(2) cultivating seeds: soaking seeds in seed soaking water for 4-6 hours, rubbing off a waxy layer with hands, taking out, accelerating germination at the temperature of 15-25 ℃, sowing after the radicles of the seeds extend out, using 4-5 kg of seed quantity per mu of field during sowing, sowing half fine sandy soil for multiple times during sowing, covering fine soil with the thickness of 2cm after sowing, watering, covering with a plastic film for preserving heat and moisture, and removing the plastic film when the germination rate is 65-70%;
(3) seedling culture: when the height of the Chinese chive seedlings reaches 6-10 cm, applying a nutrient fertilizer at intervals of 5 days, and spraying a pest control agent at intervals of 7-10 days;
(4) transplanting: transplanting when the height of the Chinese chives reaches 12-18 cm, making the field of the Chinese chives into a furrow of 1-1.2 m, and transplanting according to the row spacing of 20cm, the plant spacing of 10cm and the density of 5-10 plants per hole;
(5) harvesting: harvesting when the height of the leek seedlings reaches 25-35 cm, keeping stubbles orderly during harvesting, harvesting at yellow leaf sheaths 3-4 cm above the bulbs, and watering after wounds heal and new leaves grow out 4-5 days after harvesting.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the base fertilizer is prepared by using 45kg of double-chelated fertilizer and 4-5 parts of cured cow and horse manure or 3-4 parts of cured chicken manure and pig manure per mu.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the nutrient fertilizer is a high-phosphorus and high-potassium double-compound and double-chelate fertilizer, wherein the content of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium is 10:8:15 or 13:10:21, and the nutrient fertilizer is applied to 25-35 kg per mu.
As a preferred scheme of the invention, the pest control agent is 80 g of trace element clear liquid fertilizer, 20 g of high-efficiency bactericide and 10 g of drought-resistant agent, and is mixed with a barrel of water.
As a preferred scheme of the invention, before the step (4), the leaves and longer roots of the seedlings of the Chinese chives need to be cut short, the transplanting depth is 5-6 cm, planting water is poured, and when the seedlings grow to 25cm, a cut is made first to promote rooting and tillering.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the seed soaking water is a solution diluted by 60 times by the total nutrient trace element clear liquid fertilizer, and the temperature of the total nutrient trace element clear liquid fertilizer diluent is 25-30 ℃.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the temperature in the step (3) is 15-25 ℃, the air humidity is 60-70%, and the soil humidity is 85-90%.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
1. the leek cultivated by the cultivation method does not lose fertilizer in the growing period, has good effects of treating diseases and pests, large and thick leaf width, tender and green color, bright and shining, green and pollution-free, good taste, and yield increase of more than about 50 percent, and can bring better economic benefit.
2. The deeper the field planting of the Chinese chives, the weaker the tillering capability, the slower the root jumping, the too shallow field planting, the strong tillering capability of the Chinese chives, the quicker the root jumping, the root system of the Chinese chives can grow above the ground quickly, the planting service life of the Chinese chives is influenced, therefore, the transplanting depth is most suitable to be 5-6 cm, the tillering of the plants is not influenced by the field planting depth, the problem that the planting service life is too short due to the root jumping of the plants can be prevented, and the updating life of the Chinese chive furrows is prolonged to about 5 years.
