Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for promoting gonad maturity of parent fish, in particular to a method for promoting gonad maturity of spotted head fish, which is used for increasing fertilization rate and hatchability of the spotted head fish.
Background
The spotted-head fish (Hexagrammos agrammus) belongs to the sebastes pseudomorpha (Scorpaeniformes), the hexagrammodae (Hexagrammodae) and the Hexagrammos (Hexagrammos), is offshore cold-temperature bottom fish, is mainly distributed in Japan, Korean peninsula, Bohai sea, yellow sea and east sea in the northwest Pacific ocean, has obvious aggregation behaviors, is offshore cold-temperature bottom fish, is commonly mixed with Hexagrammos otakii to live around rocky rocks or in shallow sea algae areas, and is one of economic fish species with great development prospects in China sea areas. The greenling is tender in meat quality, delicious in taste and high in economic value, is deeply favored by wide consumers, is the ideal kind of cage culture in northern China like hexagrammos otakii, and is also the ideal variety for developing fishery proliferation and releasing and developing swimming fishing industry. As the natural spawning season is from autumn to winter, the temperature rise cost is not high in the artificial breeding process in the north of China, the production cost of enterprises can be greatly saved, and the method has wide popularization prospect.
At present, domestic spotted head fishes basically depend on fishing, the related research of the spotted head fishes mostly focuses on the aspects of biology and fishery resources such as growth, ingestion, nutrition and the like, and the technology for artificially breeding the spotted head fish fry is not reported. As the natural resources of the spotted-head fishes are few, the artificial breeding and fry technology is not broken through, the cage culture in the north can not be carried out, and the development of the fishing industry is limited. The technical bottleneck of artificial breeding of spotted-head fish fry is mainly that parent fish with mature gonad can not be obtained artificially, so that enough fertilized eggs can not be obtained. The reason for this is that most of the organisms in the nature lay eggs in spring with the temperature being warmed up, and the mackerel lays eggs in autumn and winter, and the traditional fish gonad maturing mode is not suitable for the mackerel.
Disclosure of Invention
Compared with the situation that the gonads of the spawning fishes in spring are promoted by temperature rise, the natural spawning season of the spotted-head fishes is from autumn to winter, and the gonad maturation presents different characteristics along with the change of temperature and illumination period.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a method for promoting gonad maturity of parent mackerel fish is characterized by comprising the following steps of putting mackerel fish with the age of not less than 2 years into a culture medium with the salinity of 29-31, pH: 7.8-8.1, in a culture pond with the water temperature of 20-23 ℃, the density of 0.5-2 tails/M3, the illumination intensity of 300-500 lx, the illumination period of 12 hours and the darkness of 12 hours, the running water culture, the running water keeps the dissolved oxygen above 6mg/L, the bait is any one of benthic shrimps, crabs, small-sized shellfish and clamworms, and the bottom is cleaned regularly; the method is characterized in that a, the water temperature of the first stage culture is reduced by 0.5 ℃ to 17 ℃ every day and maintained for 5-10 days, the water temperature of the second stage culture is reduced by 0.5 ℃ to 14 ℃ every day and maintained for 5-10 days, and the water temperature of the third stage culture is reduced by 1 ℃ to 12 ℃ every day and maintained for 12 ℃; b. corresponding to the reduction of the water temperature of the first stage cultivation, the illumination period starts from the conventional 12-hour illumination and 12-hour darkness every day, the illumination time is reduced by 20 minutes and the darkness is increased by 20 minutes every day, and when the illumination period of each day is changed into the 10-hour illumination and 14-hour darkness period, the illumination period is maintained for 5 to 10 days; corresponding to the reduction of the water temperature of the second stage culture, the illumination time is reduced by 30 minutes and the darkness is increased by 30 minutes every day, and when the illumination period of every day is changed into the illumination period of 8 hours and 16 hours, the illumination period is maintained for 5 to 10 days; c. corresponding to the reduction of the water temperature of the third stage culture, the daily illumination time is reduced by 60 minutes and the darkness is increased by 60 minutes, and when the daily illumination period is changed into a 6-hour illumination 18-hour darkness period, the maintenance is continued until the gonads are mature.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the method has the advantages that the full-artificial cultivation of batch production of the spotted-head fish fries is realized, new species are added for cage culture fish in northern China, the development of the fishing industry can be facilitated through releasing, and the problems that 1) mature eggs and mature sperms cannot be obtained through artificial breeding of the spotted-head fish are solved; 2) the limitations of the traditional fish gonad maturing mode; 3) only the uncertainty of the one-factor control of temperature or photoperiod is considered.
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples.
