本发明涉及食疗食品领域,尤其是涉及提高免疫力、降低三高、润肠通便的养生保健膏。
背景技术
食疗是中国人的传统习惯,通过饮食达到调理身体,强壮体魄的目的。食疗文化源远流长,食疗是一种长远的养生行为。以前的人通过食疗调理身体,现在的人们通过食疗减肥、护肤、护发。
食疗是一种健康的健体之道。现有技术中有很多食疗养生组合的记载,如专利申请号201010200869公开了一种补肾强身的中药组合物,具体包括中药原料为壮阳果,枸杞,锁阳等多种的组合物。专利申请公开了一种益肾壮骨保健药酒,具体特征包括在酒基中加入了白芍、枸杞、人参等药材,以浸出相关药物的功能成分,从而实现相关的保健功能。
现有技术的缺陷在于1、用药复杂,正所谓是药三分毒,多种材料的混用通常会对最终的产品安全性等问题提出挑战。2、多种原料药使用导致了原料某些原有功效抵消或者降低,并不能实现所谓的功能,或效能不显著。
发明内容
本发明的目的是通过比较简单的原料组合提供了提高免疫力、降低三高、润肠通便的养生保健膏,以达到降低血糖血压,减少血脂粘稠度,调理脏腑功能,润肠通便、增强人体免疫功能的目的,并且合理的确定各原料的使用配比,使得各原料药之间产生一定的协同作用,使产品的效果最优化,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:本发明包括由以下重量份的原料制备而成:高梁米0.1~1.0份、豌豆0.01~0.05份、苦荞米0.05~0.1份、大麦仁0.01~0.05份、麸皮0.01~0.05份、水10-30份、陈醋25~40份、黄豆50~70份、黑小麦5~15份、谷壳5-15份。

本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果在于:植物化学物质具有多种生理功能,主要表现在抗氧化作用、调节免疫力、抑制肿瘤、抗感染、降低胆固醇、延缓衰老等;具有保护人体健康和预防诸如心血管疾病和癌症等慢性疾病的作用,广泛用于保健食品中。本发明用中医理论总结,具有健脾和胃,益气生津,养血益肾为主的功效,兼具养肝明目,除湿利尿,清心氨神。尤为显著的实际作用是润肠通便,又止泻收敛的双向作用明确。本发明的特点是将多种中药膳方进行复合组方,形成多变、互补的关系。包含三十余种传统配方,起到了作用相加,一食多功能的作用。
本发明据《中国居民膳食指南》和植物学定义划分为普通食物,据中医理论划分为药膳,具有双重特点。本发明的实际防病保健作用有:调节血糖,降低血脂,减少胆固醇含量,预防动脉粥样硬化,预防心脑血管疾病,预防脂肪肝,增强免疫力,预防癌症,预防便秘,控制体重,抗衰老等作用。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,但并不限制本发明的内容。
本发明食疗养生组合物:
黄豆:黄豆的学名为大豆,含异黄酮,可断绝癌细胞营养供应,含人体必需的8种氨基酸,多种维生素及多种微量元素,可降低血中胆固醇,预防高血压、冠心病、动肪硬化、可以美容等。黄豆内含亚油酸,能促进儿童神经发育。黄豆中不但含胆固醇,并可以降低人体胆固醇,减少动脉硬化的发生,预防心脏病,黄豆中还含有一种抑胰酶的物质,它对糖尿病有一定的疗效。因此,黄豆被营养学家推荐为防治冠心病,高血压动脉粥样硬化等疾病的理想保健品。黄豆中所含的软磷脂的大脑细胞组成的重要部分,常吃黄豆对增加和改善大脑技能有重要的效能。
高粱米:高粱米有一定的药效,具有和胃、健脾、消积、温中、涩肠胃、止霍乱的功效。高粱米中含有单宁,有收敛固脱的作用,患有慢性腹泻的病人常食高粱米粥有明显疗效。
豌豆:其主要功能:补肝养胃、滋补强壮、有助于长筋骨、悦颜面、乌发明目、延年
益寿等功效。每天食用豌豆可以降低血液中的胆固醇。

大麦仁,大麦仁味甘性平,有平胃止渴,消渴除热、益气调胸宽下气、消积进食,补虚劣,壮血脉、益颜色、五脏化谷食之功效;治小便淋痛,治麦芒入目,治老人烦渴不止、饮水不定,舌卷干焦,治水气病,夏季清暑热,治急性咽喉炎、扁桃体炎、咽喉部脓肿

根据发明人数代的临床验证,食用本发明食疗保健品后,症状均有明显改善:从2009年--2014年5年间,共收治全国19省市自治区100多个县份的糖尿病患者、高血压患者、高血脂患者和胃病患者总计3589余例,其中男性患者人数2153名,女性患者人数1436名:其中糖尿病患者人数894名,高血压患者1732名,高血脂患者486名,胃病患者477名;其中35--45之间青壮年人891名,占24.8%。45--65岁之间中老年人2140名,占59.6%;其他15.6%。
据统计学统计,3589余患例中痊愈2947例,占82.1%,显效464例,占12.9%,有效178例,占5.0%,无例未效。

1.提高免疫力、降低三高、润肠通便的养生保健膏,其特征在于:本发明包括由以下重量份的原料制备而成:高梁米0.1~1.0份、豌豆0.01~0.05份、苦荞米0.05~0.1份、大麦仁0.01~0.05份、麸皮0.01~0.05份、水10-30份、陈醋25~40份、黄豆50~70份、黑小麦5~15份、谷壳5-15份。
2.根据权利要求所述的提高免疫力、降低三高、润肠通便的养生保健膏,其特征是:它是由以下重量份的原料制备而成:高粱米0.5~1.0份、豌豆0.01~0.03份、苦荞米0.075~0.1份、大麦仁0.04~0.05份、麸皮0.01~0.03份、水15-25份、陈醋35~40份、黄豆50~65份、黑小麦8~12份、谷壳8-12份。
3.根据权利要求所述的提高免疫力、降低三高、润肠通便的养生保健膏,其特征是:它是包括由以下重量份的原料制备而成:高粱米0.1~0.5份、豌豆0.03~0.05份、苦荞0.05~0.075份、大麦仁0.01~0.04份、麸皮0.03~0.05份、水20份、陈醋25~35份、黄豆65~70份、黑小麦10份、谷壳10份。

6.权利权利要求1所述提高免疫力、降低三高、润肠通便的养生保健膏的制备方法,其特征是:按照上述配方称取高粱米、豌豆、大麦仁、麸皮、黑小麦、谷壳和水,具体是先将所述高粱米、豌豆、大麦仁、麸皮、黑小麦、谷壳浸泡在水中25~30min,然后加热蒸煮,沸水条件下蒸煮30~60min得到混合物;按照上述配方称取,然后将苦荞米和黄豆混合在一起,按照普通的磨粉工艺加工成含水量为2~13%、细度为80~200目的细粉;按照上述配方称取陈醋,然后将步骤(1)得到的混合物和步骤(2)得到的细粉混合侵泡在陈醋中,密闭条件下浸泡12~24小时得到产品。
