本发明公开了一种含有68种矿物质的酒水饮料,包括以下原料:68种矿物质浓缩液2~6份和含酒精饮品94~98份。所述含酒精饮品包括水果或/和鲜花的发酵液,水果包括猕猴桃,杨梅,苹果,葡萄,李子,橙子,莲子中的一种或多种;鲜花包括玫瑰花,桃花,荷花,玫瑰,桂花,莲花等等中的一种或多种。本发明通过68种矿物质浓缩液与酒或者饮料相结合,获得富含68种矿物质的酒水饮料,达到一种可以补充人的矿物质的结果;同时含有水果或/和鲜花的发酵液,补充多种维生素,以及丰富的口感。

技术领域
本发明属于保健饮品技术领域,具体涉及一种含有68种矿物质的酒水饮料。
背景技术
目前,随着社会的发展和人们的生活节奏加快,工种选择复杂化,变动大,高竞争,人们在这快节奏的生活环境中学习,工作和生活,导致压力增大,情绪失衡,甚至出现疲劳、精神不定,心惊烦躁、体虚劳损与身体健康失调。
功能性饮料是通过调整饮料中天然营养素成分和含量比例,以适应某些特殊人群营养需要的饮品,包括运动饮料、营养素饮料和其他特殊用途饮料三大类。功能饮料其实是对人体具有某种保健作用、能调节人体生理功能的产品。
目前的功能饮料主要是通过添加各种食品添加剂,以及人工合成的氨基酸、维生素等成分,达到功能饮料的作用,这种饮料短期饮用会产生一定的作用,长期饮用对人体会有一定的副作用。也有采用名贵的中药材配制而成,价格昂贵,普通消费者无法承担。
人体重量中96%是有机物和水分,4%为无机元素组成。人体内约有50多种矿物质在这些无机元素中,已发现有20种左右元素是构成人体组织、维持生理功能、生化代谢所必需的,除C、H、O、N主要以有机化合物形式存在外,其余称为无机盐或矿物质。大致可分为常量元素和微量元素两大类。人体必须的矿物质有钙、磷、镁、钾、钠、硫、氯7种,其含量占人体0.01%以上或膳食摄入量大于100mg/d,被称为常量元素。而铁、锌、铜、钴、钼、硒、碘、铬8种为必需的微量元素。微量元素是指其含量占人体0.01%以下或膳食摄入量小于100mg/d的矿物质。还有锰、硅、镍、硼和钒5种是人体可能必需的微量元素;还有一些微量元素有潜在毒性,一旦摄入过量可能对人体造成病变或损伤,但在低剂量下对人体又是可能的必需微量元素,这些微量元素主要有:氟、铅、汞、铝、砷、锡、锂和镉等。但无论哪种元素,和人体所需的三大营养素:碳水化合物、脂类和蛋白质相比,都是非常少量的。

针对现有技术中的不足之处,本发明提供一种含有68种矿物质的酒水饮料。
为了达到上述目的,本发明技术方案如下:
一种含有68种矿物质的酒水饮料,包括以下原料:68种矿物质浓缩液2~6份和含酒精饮品94~98份。
进一步的,所述含酒精饮品包括水果或/和鲜花的发酵液,水果包括猕猴桃,杨梅,苹果,葡萄,李子,橙子,莲子等等中的一种或多种;鲜花包括玫瑰花,桃花,荷花,玫瑰,桂花,莲花等等中的一种或多种。
本发明提供了一种含有68种矿物质的酒水饮料的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)糯米浸泡,蒸熟,摊凉;
(2)加入水果或/和鲜花,拌曲;
(3)加入68种矿物质浓缩原料,进行落缸发酵;
(4)压榨,灭菌,灌装。
有益效果:本发明通过68种矿物质浓缩液与酒或者饮料相结合,获得富含68种矿物质的酒水饮料,达到一种可以补充人的矿物质的结果;同时含有水果或/和鲜花的发酵液,补充多种维生素,以及丰富的口感。

实施例1
一种含有68种矿物质的酒水饮料,包括5份矿物质原料和95份成品花果酒;通过以下步骤获得:
(1)糯米浸泡,蒸熟,摊凉;
(2)加入水果或/和鲜花,拌曲;
(3)加入68种矿物质浓缩原料,进行落缸发酵;
(4)压榨,灭菌,灌装。
经检测,每克酒水中的矿物质具体含量如下:

2.如权利要求1所述的含有68种矿物质的酒水饮料,其特征在于,所述含酒精饮品包括水果或/和鲜花的发酵液,水果包括猕猴桃,杨梅,苹果,葡萄,李子,橙子,莲子等等中的一种或多种;鲜花包括玫瑰花,桃花,荷花,玫瑰,桂花,莲花等等中的一种或多种。
