本发明目的在于提供一种回甘Q弹龟苓膏及其制作方法。本发明在传统的龟苓膏配方中还加入罗汉果、玉竹、桑葚、蒲公英、茅根等凉性清热解毒的药材,再配以桂圆肉、黑枣性温平的药材,能中和龟苓膏本身的寒凉,选用八年龟龄以上的石金钱龟壳并增加了龟壳成分比例古法熬制,制成的龟苓膏具有清热去火、滋阴补肾、消除暗疮、润肠通便、美容养颜的功效,还具有独特的回甘口味,无难闻药材味药,更受消费者的喜欢。
一种回甘Q弹龟苓膏,包括如下重量份数的原料:水30000-50000份、龟苓膏粉1000-1500份、石金钱龟800-1200份、菊花80-120份、枸杞子50-70份、茯苓30-50份、甘草30-50份、金银花20-40份、罗汉果10-20份、玉竹20-40份、桑葚20-50份、桂圆肉20-50份、黑枣20-40份、蒲公英15-30份、茅根20-40份、陈皮15-30份和槐花15-30份。

本发明另一目的还提供回甘Q弹龟苓膏的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)先将石金钱龟宰杀后,将龟壳和龟肉分开,并分别用炭火烘烤干;
(2)将烘烤后的龟壳放入水中熬煮72h至胶状,得龟壳胶;
(3)将烘烤好的龟肉放入水中,熬煮至龟肉烂为止,得龟肉汤水;
(4)将熬煮好的龟壳胶、龟肉汤水混合,并加入适量水,再加入打成粉末的中草药,熬煮60min至中草药与龟壳胶完全混合,过滤,去除滤渣,得龟苓膏原汤料;
(5)将龟苓膏粉与龟苓膏原汤料混合搅拌至龟苓膏粉完全融化,成为深棕色胶体原料;
(6)将龟苓膏深棕色胶体原料加热至沸腾,并不断搅拌30min,得龟苓膏;
(7)再将龟苓膏进行装瓶封盖,高温灭菌,自然静置冷却,即可得龟苓膏成品。
作为本发明方案的进一步优化:步骤(1)石金钱龟的预处理步骤具体为:石金钱龟宰杀后取壳,将龟肉和龟壳分开,龟壳去掉外衣,清洗干净,放炭火烤40min,在10min,20min,35min三个时间段分别刷上蜂蜜,将龟壳烤制金黄色且干脆状态。

实施例1
一种回甘Q弹龟苓膏,包括如下重量份数的原料:水32000份、龟苓膏粉1200份、石金钱龟950份、菊花100份、枸杞子65份、茯苓40份、甘草38份、金银花35份、罗汉果15份、玉竹35份、桑葚30份、桂圆肉30份、黑枣35份、蒲公英25份、茅根20份、陈皮18份和槐花20份。
其制作方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)石金钱龟宰杀后取壳,将龟肉和龟壳分开,龟壳去掉外衣,清洗干净,放炭火烤40min,在10min,20min,35min三个时间段分别刷上蜂蜜,将龟壳烤制金黄色且干脆状态,将龟肉去掉内脏血迹,将龟肉放炭火烤30min,在8min、15min、25min分别刷上蜂蜜,将其烤干,二者烘烤过程中不能将其烤焦。
(2)将烘烤后的龟壳放入5000份纯净水中熬煮72h至胶状,得龟壳胶;
(3)将烘烤好的龟肉放入2000份纯净水熬煮1h至龟肉烂为止,得龟肉汤水;
(4)将熬煮好的龟壳胶、龟肉汤水混合,加水至32000份,再加入剩下打成粉末的中草药,熬煮60min至中草药与龟壳胶完全混合,过滤,去除滤渣,得龟苓膏原汤料。所述药材的处理方法为按照比例称取药材打成≤0.1μm的粉末,并先放入纯净水浸泡2h,再过滤水分。
(5)将龟苓膏粉与龟苓膏原汤料混合搅拌至龟苓膏粉完全融化,成为深棕色胶体原料;
(6)将深棕色胶体原料加热至沸腾,继续加热并搅拌30min,得龟苓膏;
(7)按每瓶160毫升进行装瓶封盖,确保液体不外露,将装瓶好的龟苓膏放入120℃高温灭菌炉进行1小时高温灭菌处理,自然静置冷却,即可得龟苓膏成品。
实施例2
一种回甘Q弹龟苓膏,包括如下重量份数的原料:水38000份、龟苓膏粉1500份、石金钱龟1100份、菊花90份、枸杞子55份、茯苓35份、甘草45份、金银花25份、罗汉果12份、玉竹25份、桑葚40份、桂圆肉35份、黑枣20份、蒲公英18份、茅根30份、陈皮25份和槐花22份。
其制作方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)石金钱龟宰杀后取壳,将龟肉和龟壳分开,龟壳去掉外衣,清洗干净,放炭火烤40min,在10min,20min,35min三个时间段分别刷上蜂蜜,将龟壳烤制金黄色且干脆状态,将龟肉去掉内脏血迹,将龟肉放炭火烤30min,在8min、15min、25min分别刷上蜂蜜,将其烤干,二者烘烤过程中不能将其烤焦。

Claims (7)
1.一种回甘Q弹龟苓膏,其特征在于,包括如下重量份数的原料:水30000-50000份、龟苓膏粉1000-1500份、石金钱龟800-1200份、菊花80-120份、枸杞子50-70份、茯苓30-50份、甘草30-50份、金银花20-40份、罗汉果10-20份、玉竹20-40份、桑葚20-50份、桂圆肉20-50份、黑枣20-40份、蒲公英15-30份、茅根20-40份、陈皮15-30份和槐花15-30份。
2.如权利要求1所述回甘Q弹龟苓膏的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)先将石金钱龟宰杀后,将龟壳和龟肉分开,并分别用炭火烘烤干;
(2)将烘烤后的龟壳放入水中熬煮72h至胶状,得龟壳胶;
(3)将烘烤好的龟肉放入水中,熬煮至龟肉烂为止,得龟肉汤水;
(4)将熬煮好的龟壳胶、龟肉汤水混合,并加入适量水,再加入打成粉末的中草药,熬煮60min至中草药与龟壳胶完全混合,过滤,去除滤渣,得龟苓膏原汤料;
(5)将龟苓膏粉与龟苓膏原汤料混合搅拌至龟苓膏粉完全融化,成为深棕色胶体原料;
(6)将龟苓膏深棕色胶体原料加热至沸腾,并不断搅拌30min,得龟苓膏;
(7)再将龟苓膏进行装瓶封盖,高温灭菌,自然静置冷却,即可得龟苓膏成品。
3.根据权利要求2所述回甘Q弹龟苓膏的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)石金钱龟的预处理步骤具体为:石金钱龟宰杀后取壳,将龟肉和龟壳分开,龟壳去掉外衣,清洗干净,放炭火烤40min,在10min,20min,35min三个时间段分别刷上蜂蜜,将龟壳烤制金黄色且干脆状态。
4.根据权利要求3所述回甘Q弹龟苓膏的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)石金钱龟的龟肉的处理步骤为:将龟肉去掉内脏血迹,将龟肉放炭火烤30min,在8min、15min、25min分别刷上蜂蜜,将其烤干。
5.根据权利要求2所述回甘Q弹龟苓膏的制备方法,其特征在于:所述石金钱龟为8年以上的活龟。
6.根据权利要求2所述回甘Q弹龟苓膏的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)所述中草药是将药材混合后打成粒径≤0.1μm的粉末,放入纯净水浸泡30min。
7.根据权利要求2所述回甘Q弹龟苓膏的制备方法,其特征在于:所述高温灭菌是在120℃高温下灭菌1h。
