Abstract

本发明涉及一种转移印花纸改性糊料及锦纶56/棉交织织物干热转移印花的工艺,其中,转移印花纸改性糊料包括以下质量分数的各组分:水溶性热熔胶:0.1‑5%,水性增稠剂:0.1‑20%,吸湿剂:1‑8%,酸剂/碱剂1‑8%,水性交联剂:0.5‑8%,水性聚酯乳液:10‑50%,余量为水。锦纶56/棉交织织物干热转移印花的工艺包括以下步骤:将转移印花纸改性糊料施于纸张表面,干燥后得到转移印花纸;然后将墨水喷墨打印至转移印花纸上;热压贴合;汽蒸固色。经本发明改性的转移印花纸可增强染料与纤维的交联固着,织物经过转移印花后,不会影响织物手感,提高了转移印花过程中染料的利用率,减少了实际生产中印染废水的排放。

转移印花纸改性糊料及锦纶56/棉交织织物干热转移印花的 工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及转移印花领域,尤其涉及一种转移印花纸改性糊料及锦纶56/棉交织织物干热转移印花的工艺。
背景技术
锦纶纤维是世界上出现的第一种合成纤维,锦纶一般常用的品种有锦纶6,锦纶66等。锦纶56是一种新型的聚酰胺纤维,生产锦纶56使用的原料是生物原料,如通过生物工程方法从各类淀粉和秸秆纤维素中提取的原料。生物基纤维具有绿色、环境友好、原料可再生以及生物降解等优良特性,有利于解决当前资源和能源短缺,以及环境污染等问题。
但是目前关于锦纶56织物转移印花的方法未有相关公开技术。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种转移印花纸改性糊料及锦纶56/棉交织织物干热转移印花的工艺,经本发明改性的转移印花纸可增强染料与纤维的交联固着,同时,织物经过转移印花后,不会影响织物手感,提高了转移印花过程中染料的利用率,减少了实际生产中印染废水的排放。
一方面,本发明公开了一种转移印花纸改性糊料,以改性糊料的总重为基准,包括以下质量分数的各组分:
水溶性热熔胶:0.1-5%,水性增稠剂:0.1-20%,吸湿剂:1-8%,酸剂/碱剂1-8%,水性交联剂:0.5-8%,水性聚酯乳液:10-50%,余量为水。
优选地,以改性糊料的总重为基准,包括以下质量分数的各组分:
水溶性热熔胶:0.2-4%,水性增稠剂:0.3-15%,吸湿剂:1-6%,酸剂/碱剂:1-8%,水性交联剂:0.5-6%,水性聚酯乳液:10-50%,余量为水。
进一步地,水溶性热熔胶剂为水溶性聚酯(ES-1)和/或羟丙基纤维素(HPC)。
进一步地,水性增稠剂为水性聚氨酯、淀粉、海藻酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠和羧甲基纤维素中的一种或几种。
进一步地,吸湿剂为尿素和/或甘油。
进一步地,碱剂为尿素、碳酸钠和碳酸氢钠中的一种或几种,酸剂为磷酸二氢铵和/或磷酸氢二铵。
进一步地,水性交联剂为二亚胺型交联剂、氮丙啶交联剂、异氰酸酯型交联剂和恶唑啉型交联剂中的一种或几种。
进一步地,水性聚酯乳液为水性聚氨酯和/或水性聚丙烯酸酯的乳液。
另一方面,本发明还公开了一种锦纶56/棉交织织物干热转移印花的工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将本发明的上述转移印花纸改性糊料施于纸张表面,干燥后得到转移印花纸;然后将含染料的墨水喷墨打印至所述转移印花纸上;
(2)热压贴合:将锦纶56/棉交织织物与经步骤(1)处理后的转移印花纸在80-130℃、1-5MPa条件下进行贴合,得到贴合转移印花纸的锦纶56/棉交织织物;
(3)汽蒸固色:将贴合转移印花纸的锦纶56/棉交织织物在100-105℃的条件下汽蒸5-40min,然后去除织物表面的转移印花纸,然后将固色处理后的锦纶56/棉交织织物进行水洗和皂洗定型,得到印花锦纶56/棉交织织物。
进一步地,在步骤(1)中,当所述转移印花纸改性糊料中包含碱剂时,选择活性染料墨水进行喷墨打印;当所述转移印花纸改性糊料中包含酸剂时,选择酸性染料墨水进行喷墨打印。
进一步地,在步骤(1)中,干燥后还包括轧光处理,得到转移印花纸。
借由上述方案,本发明至少具有以下优点:
本发明的转移印花纸改性糊料包括水性交联剂和水性聚酯乳液,利用水性高分子使未固着在纤维上的染料交联、固着在纤维上,使更多的染料与纤维结合。
本发明还公开了一种锦纶56/棉交织织物干热转移印花的工艺,省略了对纺织品的浸润处理,可直接对干态织物进行转移印花,方法简单快捷,可减少印染工业废水的排放,有利于节能和环保。使用该方法对织物进行转移印花,所得织物的耐皂洗、耐摩擦牢度均符合GB/T 3921-2008《纺织品色牢度试验耐皂洗色牢度》、GB/T 3920-2008《纺织品色牢度试验耐摩擦色牢度》。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种锦纶56/棉交织织物干热转移印花纸改性糊料,以其总重为基准,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:H-HPC:3%,CMC:10%,丙三醇:5%,磷酸二氢铵:3%,恶唑啉交联剂:3%,聚氨酯乳液:20%,余量为水。
该锦纶56/棉交织织物干热转移印花纸的制备包括:将印花糊料涂覆于纸张表面,经干燥、轧光处理后得到具有涂层表面的干热转移印花纸。
本实施例还提供了一种采用以上具有涂层表面的干热转移印花纸对锦纶56/棉交织织物进行干热转移印花的工艺,该锦纶56/棉交织织物干热转移印花工艺如下:
(1)喷墨打印,通过喷墨打印机将酸性染料墨水打印到转移印花纸上;
(2)热压贴合:将锦纶56/棉交织织物与制备好的转移印花纸在100℃、3MPa条件下进行贴合,得到贴合转移印花纸的锦纶56/棉交织织物。
(3)汽蒸固色:将热压贴合好的织物进行汽蒸,温度100℃,时间15min。汽蒸后将转移印花纸剥离,再对锦纶56/棉交织织物进行水洗定型,得到印花锦纶56/棉交织织物。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种锦纶56/棉交织织物干热转移印花纸改性糊料,以其总重为基准,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:ES-1:4%,CMC:12%,丙三醇:3%,尿素:8%,氮丙啶交联剂:2%,聚氨酯乳液:10%,余量为水。
该锦纶56/棉交织织物干热转移印花纸的制备包括:将印花糊料涂覆于纸张表面,经干燥、轧光处理后得到具有涂层表面的干热转移印花纸。
本实施例还提供了一种采用以上具有涂层表面的干热转移印花纸对锦纶56/棉交织织物进行干热转移印花的工艺,该锦纶56/棉交织织物干热转移印花工艺如下:
(1)喷墨打印,通过喷墨打印机将活性染料墨水打印到转移印花纸上;
(2)热压贴合:将锦纶56/棉交织织物与制备好的转移印花纸在100℃、3MPa条件下进行贴合,得到贴合转移印花纸的锦纶56/棉交织织物。
(3)汽蒸固色:将热压贴合好的织物进行汽蒸,温度100℃,时间15min。汽蒸后将转移印花纸剥离,再对锦纶56/棉交织织物进行水洗定型,得到印花锦纶56/棉交织织物。
对比例1
本对比例提供了一种锦纶56/棉交织织物干热转移印花纸改性糊料,以其总重为基准,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:H-HPC:3%,聚氨酯增稠剂:15%,丙三醇:5%,磷酸二氢铵:3%,余量为水。
该锦纶56/棉交织织物干热转移印花纸的制备包括:将印花糊料涂覆于纸张表面,经干燥、轧光处理后得到具有涂层表面的干热转移印花纸。
本对比例还提供了一种采用以上具有涂层表面的干热转移印花纸对锦纶56/棉交织织物进行干热转移印花的工艺,该锦纶56/棉交织织物干热转移印花工艺如下:
(1)喷墨打印,通过喷墨打印机将酸性染料墨水打印到转移印花纸上;
(2)热压贴合:将锦纶56/棉交织织物与制备好的转移印花纸在100℃、3MPa条件下进行贴合,得到贴合转移印花纸的锦纶56/棉交织织物。
(3)汽蒸固色:将热压贴合好的织物进行汽蒸,温度100℃,时间15min。汽蒸后将转移印花纸剥离,再对锦纶56/棉交织织物进行水洗定型,得到印花锦纶56/棉交织织物。
转移印花后,对以上实施例和对比例得到的锦纶56/棉交织织物进行各项牢度测试,结果如表1所示。结果表明,实施例中的锦纶56/棉交织织物的牢度符合GB/T 3921-2008《纺织品色牢度试验耐皂洗色牢度》、GB/T 3920-2008《纺织品色牢度试验耐摩擦色牢度》。

1.一种转移印花纸改性糊料,其特征在于,以改性糊料的总重为基准,包括以下质量分数的各组分:
水溶性热熔胶:0.1-5%,水性增稠剂:0.1-20%,吸湿剂:1-8%,酸剂/碱剂1-8%,水性交联剂:0.5-8%,水性聚酯乳液:10-50%,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的转移印花纸改性糊料,其特征在于,以改性糊料的总重为基准,包括以下质量分数的各组分:
水溶性热熔胶:0.2-4%,水性增稠剂:0.3-15%,吸湿剂:1-6%,酸剂/碱剂:1-8%,水性交联剂:0.5-6%,水性聚酯乳液:10-50%,余量为水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的转移印花纸改性糊料,其特征在于:所述水溶性热熔胶剂为水溶性聚酯和/或羟丙基纤维素。
4.根据权利要求1所述的转移印花纸改性糊料,其特征在于:所述水性增稠剂为水性聚氨酯、淀粉、海藻酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠和羧甲基纤维素中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的转移印花纸改性糊料,其特征在于:所述吸湿剂为尿素和/或甘油。
6.根据权利要求1所述的转移印花纸改性糊料,其特征在于:碱剂为尿素、碳酸钠和碳酸氢钠中的一种或几种,酸剂为磷酸二氢铵和/或磷酸氢二铵。
7.根据权利要求1所述的转移印花纸改性糊料,其特征在于:所述水性交联剂为二亚胺型交联剂、氮丙啶交联剂、异氰酸酯型交联剂和恶唑啉型交联剂中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的转移印花纸改性糊料,其特征在于:所述水性聚酯乳液为水性聚氨酯和/或水性聚丙烯酸酯的乳液。
9.一种锦纶56/棉交织织物干热转移印花的工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将权利要求1-8中任一项所述的转移印花纸改性糊料施于纸张表面,干燥后得到转移印花纸;然后将含染料的墨水喷墨打印至所述转移印花纸上;
(2)将锦纶56/棉交织织物与经步骤(1)处理后的转移印花纸在80-130℃、1-5MPa条件下进行贴合,得到贴合转移印花纸的锦纶56/棉交织织物;
(3)将贴合转移印花纸的锦纶56/棉交织织物在100-105℃的条件下汽蒸5-40min,然后去除织物表面的转移印花纸,然后将固色处理后的锦纶56/棉交织织物进行水洗和皂洗,得到印花锦纶56/棉交织织物。
10.根据权利要求9所述的工艺,其特征在于:在步骤(1)中,当所述转移印花纸改性糊料中包含碱剂时,选择活性染料墨水进行喷墨打印;当所述转移印花纸改性糊料中包含酸剂时,选择酸性染料墨水进行喷墨打印。
