Description

Green pepper tip control treatment agent and tip control treatment method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of plant tip control, in particular to a green pepper tip control treating agent and a tip control treating method.
Background
The fructus Zanthoxyli belongs to a deciduous tree of Zanthoxylum of Rutaceae, and the fruit of fructus Zanthoxyli is widely used as flavoring agent, and can be used as Chinese medicine with effects of warming middle-jiao, activating qi-flowing, dispelling cold, relieving pain, and killing parasite. Zanthoxylum bungeanum prefers to strengthen yang, is not cold-resistant, is wet, but is not waterlogging-resistant. The root system is good for fertilizer and qi, requires loose soil, good fertilizer retention and good ventilation, and has a pH value of 6.5-8.0, preferably 7.0-7.5.
The picking time of the green pepper is generally 6 months to 7 months per year, the temperature is higher in the period, the picking mode of the green pepper is to pick the pepper with branches for improving the efficiency and shortening the picking time, most branches of pepper plants are basically cut off during picking with the branches, new branches are required to be cultivated again to serve as pepper fruit branches in the next year while picking the pepper, and the length of the newly-extracted branches, the lignification degree of the branches and the pest and disease damage prevention and control are important factors influencing the high quality and high yield of the pepper in the next year. The green pepper shoot control method in the prior art has the following defects: the manual investment is large and the manual management is inconvenient.

Example 54
1. Formula of green pepper tip control treatment agent
400 times of solution of 25 percent paclobutrazol suspending agent, 1000 times of solution of 0.1 percent triacontanol microemulsion, 500 times of solution of 99 percent monopotassium phosphate crystal and 2000 times of solution of natural orange peel essential oil.
2. Treatment step
40g of 99% monopotassium phosphate crystals, 400g of 25% paclobutrazol suspending agent, 20g of 0.1% triacontanol microemulsion and 10g of natural orange peel essential oil are added in the process of preparing the mother solution. The rest of the operation was the same as in example 52.
Experiment 1
The young pepper young sprout extraction conditions of the examples 1 to 54 are investigated, and the specific operations are as follows:
during the investigation, fixed-point plant determination is carried out, and each pepper tree is investigated for east, west, south and north, and 1 new tip is investigated. When 55-60% of the fresh tips of the whole plant are extracted by 30-35 cm and 55-60% of the fresh tips of the whole plant are extracted by 55-60 cm, only the length of the branches is investigated; when 55-60% of new tips of the whole plant grow 85-90 cm, the length, the number of flower buds per 12cm and the lignification degree of the branches (the proportion of black parts to the whole new tips) are investigated. 5 plants were investigated per cell, the mean was calculated and the effect of tip control was evaluated.
The optimal tip control effect needs to simultaneously satisfy 3 conditions: the length of the branch is 1.2-1.4 m, the lignification degree accounts for 60-70%, and the number of effective flower buds per 12cm is about 4-5. Under the condition, the later period management is more convenient, and the yield of the green pepper is improved.
The optimal node range of the 3 branches is the critical point of vegetative growth and reproductive growth of the pepper branches, if the branches are short when using a medicament, particularly for the first time, the length of the newly-erupted pepper can be seriously influenced, the ideal length cannot be reached, and the yield of the pepper is seriously influenced. If the branches are too long in length during use, the yield of the pepper can be seriously influenced (the pepper branches are too vigorous in vegetative growth and seriously reduced in reproductive growth, so that the branches are seriously too long, the pepper tree vigor is reduced on the contrary, and the plant diseases and insect pests are increased).
The results of the experiment are shown in table 1.

When 55-60% of the whole plant is newly extracted by 30-35 cm, in examples 1-9, the same treating agent components are as follows: uniconazole, monopotassium phosphate and plant essential oil, wherein different treating agent components are as follows: brassinolide, diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate and triacontanol, wherein the treatment agent containing brassinolide has the best effect, and the treatment agent concentration has the best effect in the embodiment 2; brassinolide, diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate and triacontanol, wherein the brassinolide has the important functions of high activity, broad spectrum, promotion of growth of pepper, regulation of vegetative growth and reproductive growth, and improvement of drought resistance, frost resistance, disease resistance and insect resistance of pepper, while the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate and the triacontanol have incomplete functions. In examples 10 to 18, the effect of replacing uniconazole in the treatment agent component with paclobutrazol was actually weaker as a whole than in examples 1 to 9. The uniconazole is selected according to the principle that the drug effect of the uniconazole is 8-10 times that of the paclobutrazol, the half-life period of the uniconazole has 1/3-1/5 of the paclobutrazol on succeeding crops, the uniconazole has a certain sterilization function, the using amount of the uniconazole is far lower than that of the paclobutrazol, the comprehensive cost performance is slightly higher than that of the pepper crops, and the uniconazole is far higher than that of the paclobutrazol.
When 55-60 cm of fresh tips are extracted from 55-60% of the whole plant, the same treating agent components in examples 19-27 are as follows: uniconazole, monopotassium phosphate and plant essential oil, wherein different treating agent components are as follows: brassinolide, diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate and triacontanol, wherein the treatment agent containing brassinolide component has the best effect, and the treatment agent concentration in example 20 has the best effect; brassinolide, diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate and triacontanol, wherein the brassinolide has the important functions of high activity, broad spectrum, promotion of growth of pepper, regulation of vegetative growth and reproductive growth, and improvement of drought resistance, frost resistance, disease resistance and insect resistance of pepper, while the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate and the triacontanol have incomplete functions. In examples 28 to 36, the actual effect of replacing uniconazole in the treatment agent component with paclobutrazol was weaker as a whole than in examples 19 to 27.
When 55-60% of the whole plant newly grows to 85-90 cm, in examples 37-45, the same treating agent components are as follows: uniconazole, monopotassium phosphate and plant essential oil, wherein different treating agent components are as follows: brassinolide, diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate and triacontanol, wherein the treatment agent containing brassinolide component has the best effect, and the treatment agent concentration has the best effect in the embodiment 38; brassinolide, diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate and triacontanol, wherein the brassinolide has the important functions of high activity, broad spectrum, promotion of growth of pepper, regulation of vegetative growth and reproductive growth, and improvement of drought resistance, frost resistance, disease resistance and insect resistance of pepper, while the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate and the triacontanol have incomplete functions. In examples 46 to 54, the actual effect of replacing uniconazole in the treatment agent component with paclobutrazol was weaker as a whole than in examples 37 to 45.
