其中在上述步骤二中,沸水蒸煮包括以下步骤:
1)人工准备搅拌釜,将搅拌釜内部兑入水,升高温度至100-150℃,随后将步骤一2)中棉麻原料放入浸泡10-20min;
2)兑入壳聚糖溶液与丙醇溶液,搅拌10-20min,继续浸泡1-2h;

其中在上述步骤五中,人工将步骤四2)中得到抗皱棉麻复合纤维材料装入袋中,随后放置在阴凉地存储。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种服装生产用抗皱棉麻复合纤维材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一2)中取出浸泡的棉麻原料并将其烘干。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种服装生产用抗皱棉麻复合纤维材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤二2)中壳聚糖溶液与丙醇溶液比例为2∶1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种服装生产用抗皱棉麻复合纤维材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤三1)中平铺厚度小于2cm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种服装生产用抗皱棉麻复合纤维材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤四2)中烘烤时需要排尽炉内空气。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种服装生产用抗皱棉麻复合纤维材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤五中装袋前需要进行消毒处理。
