本发明涉及纺织材料整理方法领域,具体涉及一种用于棉麻织物的环保性优良的抗皱防螨整理方法。
背景技术
传统的棉织物抗皱整理剂N2羟甲基酰胺类化合物、环脲羟甲基衍生物等,此类整理剂防皱效果好,应用广泛,但在织物整理和储存时会释放出大量的游离甲醛,危害人体健康和安全。现有技术中新型棉织物交联防皱防缩整理剂为多元羧酸类,其中1,2,3,4-丁烷四羧酸(BTCA)和柠檬酸(CA)研究最多,这类整理剂处理的棉织物虽无甲醛释放,但整理后织物撕破强力下降显著。因此,开发新型无甲醛抗皱整理剂成为目前研究的重点。
当今,随着人们生活水平的提高以及纺织文化的发展,追求纺织品的美观、舒适、保健,甚至功能性成为时尚,但是现有的织物尤其是床单、被套等不能有效地阻止如螨虫等微生物的滋生,进而在一定程度上影响了人们正常的日常生活。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足,本发明提供了一种用于棉麻织物的环保性优良的抗皱防螨整理方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种抗皱防螨织物整理方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)抗皱整理液的配制:分别备取以下重量份数的原料,亲水性氨基硅油20~30份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚12~18份、烷基苯磺酸钠5~10份、碳酸氢钠1~3份、丙烯酸0.5~1.5份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯1~3份、次亚磷酸钠3~6份、乙醇10~15份、去离子水100~130份,将上述原料于50~70℃下混合均匀,冷却后为抗皱整理液;
(2)防螨整理液的配制:分别备取以下重量份数的原料,麝香草酚10~15份、水溶性壳聚糖季铵盐15~25份、聚丙烯酸钠5~10份、硫酸钠1~3份、甲基正壬基酮2~4份、去离子水80~120份,将上述原料常温下充分混合均匀,得到防螨整理液;
(3)取棉麻织物,将纯棉织物浸入到抗皱整理液中,50℃下浸泡0.5~2h,两浸两轧,轧余率为65-85%,在85℃下烘干;
(4)将经步骤(3)抗皱整理后的织物浸入到防螨整理液中一浸一轧,浸轧液位70%,轧余率为70-80%,在100℃下烘干,得到整理后的织物。
进一步地,所述的步骤(1)中,备取原料的重量份数为:亲水性氨基硅油25份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚15份、烷基苯磺酸钠8份、碳酸氢钠2份、丙烯酸1份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯2份、次亚磷酸钠5份、乙醇12份、去离子水115份。

采用本实施例方法整理的纯棉织物的抗皱回复角为261,按照农药检(生测)函2003年45号《灭螨和驱螨药效试验方法和评价标准》检测采用本实施例方法整理的纯棉织物的螨虫驱避率达到94%。

Claims (5)

1.一种抗皱防螨织物整理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)抗皱整理液的配制:分别备取以下重量份数的原料,亲水性氨基硅油20~30份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚12~18份、烷基苯磺酸钠5~10份、碳酸氢钠1~3份、丙烯酸0.5~1.5份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯1~3份、次亚磷酸钠3~6份、乙醇10~15份、去离子水100~130份,将上述原料于50~70℃下混合均匀,冷却后为抗皱整理液;
(2)防螨整理液的配制:分别备取以下重量份数的原料,麝香草酚10~15份、水溶性壳聚糖季铵盐15~25份、聚丙烯酸钠5~10份、硫酸钠1~3份、甲基正壬基酮2~4份、去离子水80~120份,将上述原料常温下充分混合均匀,得到防螨整理液;
(3)取棉麻织物,将纯棉织物浸入到抗皱整理液中,50℃下浸泡0.5~2h,两浸两轧,轧余率为65-85%,在85℃下烘干;
(4)将经步骤(3)抗皱整理后的织物浸入到防螨整理液中一浸一轧,浸轧液位70%,轧余率为70-80%,在100℃下烘干,得到整理后的织物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗皱防螨织物整理方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(1)中,备取原料的重量份数为:亲水性氨基硅油25份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚15份、烷基苯磺酸钠8份、碳酸氢钠2份、丙烯酸1份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯2份、次亚磷酸钠5份、乙醇12份、去离子水115份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗皱防螨织物整理方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(2)中,备取原料的重量份数为:麝香草酚12份、水溶性壳聚糖季铵盐20份、聚丙烯酸钠8份、硫酸钠2份、甲基正壬基酮3份、去离子水100份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗皱防螨织物整理方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(3)中,轧余率为75%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗皱防螨织物整理方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(4)中,轧余率为75%。
