Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保型织物抗皱防水整理方法,其包括以下步骤:抗皱整理液的配制;防水整理液的配制;取棉麻织物,将纯棉织物浸入到抗皱整理液中,50℃下浸泡0.5~2h,两浸两轧,轧余率为80‑90%,在85℃下烘干;将经抗皱整理后的织物浸入到防水整理液中一浸一轧,浸轧液位70%,轧余率为80‑90%,在100℃下烘干,得到整理后的织物。本发明的织物抗皱防水整理方法具有良好的无醛环保性,穿着安全、健康;经本发明整理方法整理得到的织物干、湿折皱回复角(度)增加30%以上,皂洗40次后折皱回复角度基本不变;经本发明整理方法整理得到的织物具有良好抗水防油效果,并且多次洗涤后仍可保持良好的防水抗油性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织材料整理方法领域,具体涉及一种用于棉麻织物的环保型抗皱防水整理方法。
背景技术
传统的棉织物抗皱整理剂N2羟甲基酰胺类化合物、环脲羟甲基衍生物等,此类整理剂防皱效果好,应用广泛,但在织物整理和储存时会释放出大量的游离甲醛,危害人体健康和安全。现有技术中新型棉织物交联防皱防缩整理剂为多元羧酸类,其中1,2,3,4-丁烷四羧酸(BTCA)和柠檬酸(CA)研究最多,这类整理剂处理的棉织物虽无甲醛释放,但整理后织物撕破强力下降显著。因此,开发新型无甲醛抗皱整理剂成为目前研究的重点。
拒水拒油织物是一种功能化、智能化的织物。经过拒水拒油整理的纺织品能抵御雨水、油迹,而且能让人体的汗液、汗气及时地排出,从而使人体保持干爽和温暖。目前纺织品用防水剂存在的缺点是防油性能不够,以及耐洗涤性较差,从而在一定程度上限制了其在纺织品领域的应用。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足,本发明提供了一种用于棉麻织物的环保型抗皱防水防污整理方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种环保型织物抗皱防水整理方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)抗皱整理液的配制:分别备取以下重量份数的原料,亲水性氨基硅油20~30份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚12~18份、烷基苯磺酸钠5~10份、碳酸氢钠1~3份、丙烯酸0.5~1.5份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯1~3份、次亚磷酸钠3~6份、乙醇10~15份、去离子水100~130份,将上述原料于50~70℃下混合均匀,冷却后为抗皱整理液;
(2)防水整理液的配制:分别备取以下重量份数的原料,丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯10~20份、丙烯酸正丁酯20~30份、气相二氧化钛1~3份、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯10~15份、二丁基萘磺酸钠1~4份、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐2~5份、聚醚硅油2~4份、二羟甲基脲1.5~3份、六水合硝酸锌0.5~1份、催化剂0.2~0.5份、水100~140份,将气相二氧化钛、六水合硝酸锌和聚醚硅油置于容器中搅拌1~1.5h,得匀混物料;将丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯、二丁基萘磺酸钠、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐、二羟甲基脲和占水总量三分之二的水与上述匀混物料混合,并在75~85℃下保温搅拌40~50min,得匀混液;将匀混液温度降至55~65℃,并保温滴加催化剂与剩余水的共混液,滴加时间控制在50~70min,滴加完毕后继续保温搅拌2~2.5h得整理液;将整理液冷却、过滤后加水配制为浓度12g/L,得到防水整理液;
(3)取棉麻织物,将纯棉织物浸入到抗皱整理液中,50℃下浸泡0.5~2h,两浸两轧,轧余率为80-90%,在85℃下烘干;
(4)将经步骤(3)抗皱整理后的织物浸入到防水整理液中一浸一轧,浸轧液位70%,轧余率为80-90%,在100℃下烘干,得到整理后的织物。
进一步地,所述的步骤(1)中,备取原料的重量份数为:亲水性氨基硅油25份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚15份、烷基苯磺酸钠8份、碳酸氢钠2份、丙烯酸1份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯2份、次亚磷酸钠5份、乙醇12份、去离子水115份。
进一步地,所述的步骤(2)中,备取原料的重量份数为:丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯15份、丙烯酸正丁酯25份、气相二氧化钛2份、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯12份、二丁基萘磺酸钠3份、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐4份、聚醚硅油3份、二羟甲基脲2份、六水合硝酸锌0.7份、催化剂0.3份、水120份。
进一步地,所述的步骤(3)中,轧余率为85%。
进一步地,所述的步骤(4)中,轧余率为85%。
进一步地,所述的催化剂为正丁基锂。
与现有技术相比,本发明具备的优点为:本发明的织物抗皱防水整理方法具有良好的无醛环保性,穿着安全、健康;经本发明整理方法整理得到的织物干、湿折皱回复角(度)增加30%以上,皂洗40次后折皱回复角度基本不变;经本发明整理方法整理得到的织物具有良好抗水防油效果,并且多次洗涤后仍可保持良好的防水抗油性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例1:一种环保型织物抗皱防水整理方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)抗皱整理液的配制:分别备取以下重量份数的原料,亲水性氨基硅油25份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚15份、烷基苯磺酸钠8份、碳酸氢钠2份、丙烯酸1份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯2份、次亚磷酸钠5份、乙醇12份、去离子水115份,将上述原料于50~70℃下混合均匀,冷却后为抗皱整理液;
(2)防水整理液的配制:分别备取以下重量份数的原料,丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯15份、丙烯酸正丁酯25份、气相二氧化钛2份、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯12份、二丁基萘磺酸钠3份、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐4份、聚醚硅油3份、二羟甲基脲2份、六水合硝酸锌0.7份、催化剂0.3份、水120份,将气相二氧化钛、六水合硝酸锌和聚醚硅油置于容器中搅拌1.2h,得匀混物料;将丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯、二丁基萘磺酸钠、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐、二羟甲基脲和占水总量三分之二的水与上述匀混物料混合,并在80℃下保温搅拌45min,得匀混液;将匀混液温度降至60℃,并保温滴加催化剂正丁基锂与剩余水的共混液,滴加时间控制在60min,滴加完毕后继续保温搅拌2.2h得整理液;将整理液冷却、过滤后加水配制为浓度12g/L,得到防水整理液;
(3)取棉麻织物,将纯棉织物浸入到抗皱整理液中,50℃下浸泡1h,两浸两轧,浸轧余率为85%,在85℃下烘干;
(4)将经步骤(3)抗皱整理后的织物浸入到防水整理液中一浸一轧,浸轧液位70%,轧余率为85%,在100℃下烘干,得到整理后的织物。
采用本实施例方法整理的纯棉织物的抗皱回复角为279,经10次洗涤后(试样在SW-12型水洗牢度仪上进行洗涤,洗涤条件为:无水碳酸钠2.5g/L,净洗剂209,2.5g/L,浴比1:20,温度70℃,时间30min)的防水性能为80分,防油等级为4级。
实施例2:一种环保型织物抗皱防水整理方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)抗皱整理液的配制:分别备取以下重量份数的原料,亲水性氨基硅油20份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚12份、烷基苯磺酸钠5份、碳酸氢钠1份、丙烯酸0.5份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯1份、次亚磷酸钠3份、乙醇10份、去离子水100份,将上述原料于50℃下混合均匀,冷却后为抗皱整理液;
(2)防水整理液的配制:分别备取以下重量份数的原料,丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯10份、丙烯酸正丁酯20份、气相二氧化钛1份、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯10份、二丁基萘磺酸钠1份、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐2份、聚醚硅油2份、二羟甲基脲1.5份、六水合硝酸锌0.5份、催化剂正丁基锂0.2份、水100份,将气相二氧化钛、六水合硝酸锌和聚醚硅油置于容器中搅拌1h,得匀混物料;将丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯、二丁基萘磺酸钠、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐、二羟甲基脲和占水总量三分之二的水与上述匀混物料混合,并在75℃下保温搅拌50min,得匀混液;将匀混液温度降至55℃,并保温滴加催化剂正丁基锂与剩余水的共混液,滴加时间控制在50min,滴加完毕后继续保温搅拌2h得整理液;将整理液冷却、过滤后加水配制为浓度12g/L,得到防水整理液;
(3)取棉麻织物,将纯棉织物浸入到抗皱整理液中,50℃下浸泡0.5h,两浸两轧,轧余率为80%,在85℃下烘干;
(4)将经步骤(3)抗皱整理后的织物浸入到防水整理液中一浸一轧,浸轧液位70%,轧余率为80%,在100℃下烘干,得到整理后的织物。
采用本实施例方法整理的纯棉织物的抗皱回复角为254,经10次洗涤后(试样在SW-12型水洗牢度仪上进行洗涤,洗涤条件为:无水碳酸钠2.5g/L,净洗剂209,2.5g/L,浴比1:20,温度70℃,时间30min)的防水性能为80分,防油等级为3级。
实施例3:一种环保型织物抗皱防水整理方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)抗皱整理液的配制:分别备取以下重量份数的原料,亲水性氨基硅油30份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚18份、烷基苯磺酸钠10份、碳酸氢钠3份、丙烯酸1.5份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯3份、次亚磷酸钠6份、乙醇15份、去离子水130份,将上述原料于70℃下混合均匀,冷却后为抗皱整理液;
(2)防水整理液的配制:分别备取以下重量份数的原料,丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯20份、丙烯酸正丁酯30份、气相二氧化钛3份、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯15份、二丁基萘磺酸钠4份、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐5份、聚醚硅油4份、二羟甲基脲3份、六水合硝酸锌1份、催化剂正丁基锂0.5份、水140份,将气相二氧化钛、六水合硝酸锌和聚醚硅油置于容器中搅拌1.5h,得匀混物料;将丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯、二丁基萘磺酸钠、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐、二羟甲基脲和占水总量三分之二的水与上述匀混物料混合,并在85℃下保温搅拌50min,得匀混液;将匀混液温度降至65℃,并保温滴加催化剂正丁基锂与剩余水的共混液,滴加时间控制在70min,滴加完毕后继续保温搅拌2.5h得整理液;将整理液冷却、过滤后加水配制为浓度12g/L,得到防水整理液;
(3)取棉麻织物,将纯棉织物浸入到抗皱整理液中,50℃下浸泡2h,两浸两轧,浸轧余率为90%,在85℃下烘干;
(4)将经步骤(3)抗皱整理后的织物浸入到防水整理液中一浸一轧,浸轧液位70%,轧余率为90%,在100℃下烘干,得到整理后的织物。
采用本实施例方法整理的纯棉织物的抗皱回复角为262,经10次洗涤后(试样在SW-12型水洗牢度仪上进行洗涤,洗涤条件为:无水碳酸钠2.5g/L,净洗剂209,2.5g/L,浴比1:20,温度70℃,时间30min)的防水性能为75分,防油等级为4级。
实施例4:一种环保型织物抗皱防水整理方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)抗皱整理液的配制:分别备取以下重量份数的原料,亲水性氨基硅油30份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚12份、烷基苯磺酸钠10份、碳酸氢钠1份、丙烯酸1.5份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯1份、次亚磷酸钠6份、乙醇10份、去离子水130份,将上述原料于70℃下混合均匀,冷却后为抗皱整理液;
(2)防水整理液的配制:分别备取以下重量份数的原料,丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯20份、丙烯酸正丁酯20份、气相二氧化钛3份、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯10份、二丁基萘磺酸钠4份、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐2份、聚醚硅油4份、二羟甲基脲1.5份、六水合硝酸锌1份、催化剂正丁基锂0.2份、水140份,将气相二氧化钛、六水合硝酸锌和聚醚硅油置于容器中搅拌1.5h,得匀混物料;将丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯、二丁基萘磺酸钠、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐、二羟甲基脲和占水总量三分之二的水与上述匀混物料混合,并在80℃下保温搅拌45min,得匀混液;将匀混液温度降至55℃,并保温滴加催化剂正丁基锂与剩余水的共混液,滴加时间控制在55min,滴加完毕后继续保温搅拌2.3h得整理液;将整理液冷却、过滤后加水配制为浓度12g/L,得到防水整理液;
(3)取棉麻织物,将纯棉织物浸入到抗皱整理液中,50℃下浸泡1.5h,两浸两轧,浸轧余率为82%,在85℃下烘干;
(4)将经步骤(3)抗皱整理后的织物浸入到防水整理液中一浸一轧,浸轧液位70%,轧余率为85%,在100℃下烘干,得到整理后的织物。
采用本实施例方法整理的纯棉织物的抗皱回复角为247,经10次洗涤后(试样在SW-12型水洗牢度仪上进行洗涤,洗涤条件为:无水碳酸钠2.5g/L,净洗剂209,2.5g/L,浴比1:20,温度70℃,时间30min)的防水性能为75分,防油等级为3级。
实施例5:一种环保型织物抗皱防水整理方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)抗皱整理液的配制:分别备取以下重量份数的原料,亲水性氨基硅油22份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚16份、烷基苯磺酸钠6份、碳酸氢钠2份、丙烯酸0.8份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯2份、次亚磷酸钠4份、乙醇14份、去离子水110份,将上述原料于65℃下混合均匀,冷却后为抗皱整理液;
(2)防水整理液的配制:分别备取以下重量份数的原料,丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯18份、丙烯酸正丁酯22份、气相二氧化钛2份、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯11份、二丁基萘磺酸钠3份、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐3份、聚醚硅油3份、二羟甲基脲2份、六水合硝酸锌0.6份、催化剂正丁基锂0.4份、水130份,将气相二氧化钛、六水合硝酸锌和聚醚硅油置于容器中搅拌80min,得匀混物料;将丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯、二丁基萘磺酸钠、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐、二羟甲基脲和占水总量三分之二的水与上述匀混物料混合,并在80℃下保温搅拌40min,得匀混液;将匀混液温度降至60℃,并保温滴加催化剂正丁基锂与剩余水的共混液,滴加时间控制在65min,滴加完毕后继续保温搅拌140min得整理液;将整理液冷却、过滤后加水配制为浓度12g/L,得到防水整理液;
(3)取棉麻织物,将纯棉织物浸入到抗皱整理液中,50℃下浸泡100min,两浸两轧,轧余率为85%,在85℃下烘干;
(4)将经步骤(3)抗皱整理后的织物浸入到防水整理液中一浸一轧,浸轧液位70%,轧余率为80%,在100℃下烘干,得到整理后的织物。
采用本实施例方法整理的纯棉织物的抗皱回复角为266,经10次洗涤后(试样在SW-12型水洗牢度仪上进行洗涤,洗涤条件为:无水碳酸钠2.5g/L,净洗剂209,2.5g/L,浴比1:20,温度70℃,时间30min)的防水性能为80分,防油等级为3级。
Claims (6)
1.一种环保型织物抗皱防水整理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)抗皱整理液的配制:分别备取以下重量份数的原料,亲水性氨基硅油20~30份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚12~18份、烷基苯磺酸钠5~10份、碳酸氢钠1~3份、丙烯酸0.5~1.5份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯1~3份、次亚磷酸钠3~6份、乙醇10~15份、去离子水100~130份,将上述原料于50~70℃下混合均匀,冷却后为抗皱整理液;
(2)防水整理液的配制:分别备取以下重量份数的原料,丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯10~20份、丙烯酸正丁酯20~30份、气相二氧化钛1~3份、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯10~15份、二丁基萘磺酸钠1~4份、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐2~5份、聚醚硅油2~4份、二羟甲基脲1.5~3份、六水合硝酸锌0.5~1份、催化剂0.2~0.5份、水100~140份,将气相二氧化钛、六水合硝酸锌和聚醚硅油置于容器中搅拌1~1.5h,得匀混物料;将丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯、二丁基萘磺酸钠、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐、二羟甲基脲和占水总量三分之二的水与上述匀混物料混合,并在75~85℃下保温搅拌40~50min,得匀混液;将匀混液温度降至55~65℃,并保温滴加催化剂与剩余水的共混液,滴加时间控制在50~70min,滴加完毕后继续保温搅拌2~2.5h得整理液;将整理液冷却、过滤后加水配制为浓度12g/L,得到防水整理液;
(3)取棉麻织物,将纯棉织物浸入到抗皱整理液中,50℃下浸泡0.5~2h,两浸两轧,轧余率为80-90%,在85℃下烘干;
(4)将经步骤(3)抗皱整理后的织物浸入到防水整理液中一浸一轧,浸轧液位70%,轧余率为80-90%,在100℃下烘干,得到整理后的织物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型织物抗皱防水整理方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(1)中,备取原料的重量份数为:亲水性氨基硅油25份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚15份、烷基苯磺酸钠8份、碳酸氢钠2份、丙烯酸1份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯2份、次亚磷酸钠5份、乙醇12份、去离子水115份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型织物抗皱防水整理方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(2)中,备取原料的重量份数为:丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯15份、丙烯酸正丁酯25份、气相二氧化钛2份、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯12份、二丁基萘磺酸钠3份、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐4份、聚醚硅油3份、二羟甲基脲2份、六水合硝酸锌0.7份、催化剂0.3份、水120份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型织物抗皱防水整理方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(3)中,轧余率为85%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型织物抗皱防水整理方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(4)中,轧余率为85%。
6.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种环保型织物抗皱防水整理方法,其特征在于:所述的催化剂为正丁基锂。
