Abstract
本发明提供一种牛仔面料抗菌免烫的加工方法,包括如下步骤:生物酶退浆→酵洗→清洗→喷洒或浸泡整理液→脱水→预烘→压烫定型→焙烘→冷却回潮→清洗烘干;本方法处理后的牛仔面料具有很好的免烫性能,免烫等级经过了5次水洗之后仍然达到了2.5级以上,而且手感柔软,增加了穿着舒适感,甲醛含量也比较低,符合环保标准,能较长时间保持牛仔的清新效果和抗异味效果,易打理。

技术领域
本发明涉及衣物水洗技术领域,具体来说是一种牛仔面料抗菌免烫的加工方法。
背景技术
牛仔布,是一种较粗厚的色织经面斜纹棉布,经纱颜色深,一般为靛蓝色,纬纱颜色浅,一般为浅灰或煮练后的本白纱。又称靛蓝劳动布。始于美国西部,放牧人员用以制作衣裤而得名;经纱采用浆染联合一步法染色工艺,等,采用3/1组织,也有采用变化斜纹,平纹或绉组织牛仔,坯布经防缩整理,缩水率比一般织物小,质地紧密,厚实,色泽鲜艳,织纹清晰。适用于男女式牛仔裤,牛仔上装,牛仔背心,牛仔裙等。
现在的牛仔衣物在使用过程中,由于穿着时间过长,牛仔面料会软化,不能保持牛仔面料的风格,而且会带有很多细菌,影响人们的穿着舒适度,当牛仔面料软化时就需要将牛仔面料进行熨烫,但这样比较麻烦,所以需要一种牛仔面料抗菌免烫的加工方法,使得牛仔面料在使用过程中具有适度平整,不需常清洗,能保持牛仔原有风格,易打理等优点。
发明内容
本发明提供一种牛仔面料抗菌免烫的加工方法,用以解决上述背景技术中所提出的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供技术方案如下:一种牛仔面料抗菌免烫的加工方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)生物酶退浆:控制浴比为1:5-1:10利用浓度为1-3g/L的淀粉酶对牛仔衬衣织物在55-65℃的温度下处理16-25min;
(2)酵洗:排出淀粉酶溶液,再按浴比为1∶10进行酶洗,采用2-5g/L的中性酵素粉在温度46-55℃下酵洗30-50min,然后排液;
(3)清洗:利用清水在室温条件下或 30-40℃的温水清洗5-10min;
(4)喷洒或浸泡整理液:向清洗后的织物喷洒整理液或将织物浸泡在整理液中 10-20min,所述的整理液包括抗菌剂0.6-1.5g/L、免烫树脂65-85g/L、纤维保护剂11-25g/L、催化剂10-20g/L、柔软剂10-20g/L;
(5)脱水至带液率70-90%;
(6)预烘:控制温度为65-80℃,将牛仔衬衣织物烘至含水量为20-30%;
(7)压烫定型:将牛仔衬衣织物用烫斗或烫机在110-130℃高温下压烫定型;
(8)焙烘:将压烫定型好的牛仔衬衣放入焗炉或烘道式烘干机中进行焙烘;
(9)冷却回潮:将焙烘后的织物置于室温中冷却回潮1-2小时;
(10)清洗烘干:利用清水将织物清洗5-10min,最后烘干即可,烘干温度为50-75℃,烘干时间为30-50分钟。
优选的,所述的抗菌剂为银离子型抗菌剂、银 / 锌金属复合型抗菌剂或金属氧化物型抗菌剂。
优选的,所述的免烫树脂为改性二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲或二甲基二羟基乙烯脲树脂。
优选的,所述的纤维保护剂为聚乙烯类的分散乳液或二级聚乙烯分散物。
优选的,所述的催化剂为金属盐催化剂、铵盐催化剂或复合催化剂;所述的金属盐催化剂为氯化镁或硝酸铝,所述的铵盐催化剂为磷酸氢二铵或磷酸二氢铵,所述的复合催化剂为氯化铝、氯化铵及醋酸的混合物。
优选的,所述的柔软剂为非离子型或阴离子型有机硅柔软剂。
优选的,利用整理液处理织物时,还可以加入含量为0.5-1g/L的渗透剂,所述的渗透剂为非离子型表面活性剂,选自C7~C9混合脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚或高级脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本方法处理后的牛仔面料具有很好的免烫性能,免烫等级经过了5次水洗之后仍然达到了2.5级以上,而且手感柔软,增加了穿着舒适感,甲醛含量也比较低,符合环保标准,能较长时间保持牛仔的清新效果和抗异味效果,易打理。
具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例一:
一种牛仔面料抗菌免烫的加工方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)生物酶退浆:控制浴比为1:5利用浓度为1g/L的淀粉酶对牛仔衬衣织物在65℃的温度下处理25min;
(2)酵洗:排出淀粉酶溶液,再按浴比为1∶10进行酶洗,采用3g/L的中性酵素粉在温度46℃下酵洗50min,然后排液;
(3)清洗:利用30℃的温水清洗8min;
(4)喷洒或浸泡整理液:向清洗后的织物喷洒整理液或将织物浸泡在整理液中 20min,所述的整理液包括抗菌剂0.6g/L、免烫树脂65g/L、纤维保护剂25g/L、催化剂10g/L、柔软剂10g/L;
(5)脱水至带液率80%;
(6)预烘:控制温度为80℃,将牛仔衬衣织物烘至含水量为30%;
(7)压烫定型:将牛仔衬衣织物用烫斗或烫机在110℃高温下压烫定型;
(8)焙烘:将压烫定型好的牛仔衬衣放入焗炉或烘道式烘干机中进行焙烘;
(9)冷却回潮:将焙烘后的织物置于室温中冷却回潮2小时;
(10)清洗烘干:利用清水将织物清洗7min,最后烘干即可,烘干温度为50℃,烘干时间为50分钟。
具体的,所述的抗菌剂为银离子型抗菌剂。
具体的,所述的免烫树脂为改性二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲。
具体的,所述的纤维保护剂为聚乙烯类的分散乳液。

(2)酵洗:排出淀粉酶溶液,再按浴比为1∶10进行酶洗,采用3.5g/L的中性酵素粉在温度55℃下酵洗30min,然后排液;
(3)清洗:利用清水在室温条件下清洗10min;
(4)喷洒或浸泡整理液:向清洗后的织物喷洒整理液或将织物浸泡在整理液中 15min,所述的整理液包括抗菌剂1g/L、免烫树脂75g/L、纤维保护剂20g/L、催化剂15g/L、柔软剂15g/L;
(5)脱水至带液率80%;
(6)预烘:控制温度为65-80℃,将牛仔衬衣织物烘至含水量为30%;
(7)压烫定型:将牛仔衬衣织物用烫斗或烫机在130℃高温下压烫定型;
(8)焙烘:将压烫定型好的牛仔衬衣放入焗炉或烘道式烘干机中进行焙烘;
(9)冷却回潮:将焙烘后的织物置于室温中冷却回潮2小时;
(10)清洗烘干:利用清水将织物清洗10min,最后烘干即可,烘干温度为55℃,烘干时间为45分钟。
具体的,所述的抗菌剂银 / 锌金属复合型抗菌剂。

一种牛仔面料抗菌免烫的加工方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)生物酶退浆:控制浴比为1:10利用浓度为3g/L的淀粉酶对牛仔衬衣织物在65℃的温度下处理25min;
(2)酵洗:排出淀粉酶溶液,再按浴比为1∶10进行酶洗,采用4g/L的中性酵素粉在温度55℃下酵洗50min,然后排液;
(3)清洗:利用清水40℃的温水清洗10min;
(4)喷洒或浸泡整理液:向清洗后的织物喷洒整理液或将织物浸泡在整理液中 20min,所述的整理液包括抗菌剂1.5g/L、免烫树脂85g/L、纤维保护剂25g/L、催化剂20g/L、柔软剂20g/L;
(5)脱水至带液率90%;
(6)预烘:控制温度为80℃,将牛仔衬衣织物烘至含水量为20%;
(7)压烫定型:将牛仔衬衣织物用烫斗或烫机在125℃高温下压烫定型;
(8)焙烘:将压烫定型好的牛仔衬衣放入焗炉或烘道式烘干机中进行焙烘;
(9)冷却回潮:将焙烘后的织物置于室温中冷却回潮2小时;
(10)清洗烘干:利用清水将织物清洗10min,最后烘干即可,烘干温度为70℃,烘干时间为50分钟。
具体的,所述的抗菌剂金属氧化物型抗菌剂。
具体的,所述的免烫树脂为改性二甲基二羟基乙烯脲树脂。
具体的,所述的纤维保护剂为二级聚乙烯分散物。

Claims (7)
1.一种牛仔面料抗菌免烫的加工方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤,
生物酶退浆:控制浴比为1:5-1:10利用浓度为1-3g/L的淀粉酶对牛仔衬衣织物在55-65℃的温度下处理16-25min;
酵洗:排出淀粉酶溶液,再按浴比为1∶10进行酶洗,采用2-5g/L的中性酵素粉在温度46-55℃下酵洗30-50min,然后排液;
清洗:利用清水在室温条件下或 30-40℃的温水清洗5-10min;
喷洒或浸泡整理液:向清洗后的织物喷洒整理液或将织物浸泡在整理液中 10-20min,所述的整理液包括抗菌剂0.6-1.5g/L、免烫树脂65-85g/L、纤维保护剂11-25g/L、催化剂10-20g/L、柔软剂10-20g/L;
脱水至带液率70-90%;
预烘:控制温度为65-80℃,将牛仔衬衣织物烘至含水量为20-30%;
压烫定型:将牛仔衬衣织物用烫斗或烫机在110-130℃高温下压烫定型;
焙烘:将压烫定型好的牛仔衬衣放入焗炉或烘道式烘干机中进行焙烘;
冷却回潮:将焙烘后的织物置于室温中冷却回潮1-2小时;
清洗烘干:利用清水将织物清洗5-10min,最后烘干即可,烘干温度为50-75℃,烘干时间为30-50分钟。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种牛仔面料抗菌免烫的加工方法,其特征在于:所述的抗菌剂为银离子型抗菌剂、银 / 锌金属复合型抗菌剂或金属氧化物型抗菌剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种牛仔面料抗菌免烫的加工方法,其特征在于:所述的免烫树脂为改性二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲或二甲基二羟基乙烯脲树脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种牛仔面料抗菌免烫的加工方法,其特征在于:所述的纤维保护剂为聚乙烯类的分散乳液或二级聚乙烯分散物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种牛仔面料抗菌免烫的加工方法,其特征在于:所述的催化剂为金属盐催化剂、铵盐催化剂或复合催化剂;所述的金属盐催化剂为氯化镁或硝酸铝,所述的铵盐催化剂为磷酸氢二铵或磷酸二氢铵,所述的复合催化剂为氯化铝、氯化铵及醋酸的混合物。
